I have been a patient at Beechwold Dental for over 3 years now. I can't say enough how pleased I am with the care I have received here over the years. From the moment you walk into their clean and modern facility to the time you leave with a smile on your face. The reception team pleasantly greets you like you are family, they are always on top of things and on time. When I have questions about the cost of a procedure I am promptly provided with a price breakdown that shows my different options and what my insurance is going to cover. I always have the same pleasant and attentive dental hygienist, Keyana. It is nice having having the same hygienist each visit because you get to know them and they are more familiar with the care you need. Dr. Michelle Tsai is very knowledgable and thoroughly explains everything when I have questions while ensuring I'm always comfortable during any procedure. She is also up on the latest technology and medical advancements and incorporates them into her practice in the office. Choosing a new dentist can be a tough and scary decision but thankfully I lucked out and made the perfect choice with Beechwold Dental!

I had my dental appointment at Beechcroft Dental and was very impressed with everyone there. From Dr. Akel and Dr. Hoffner, Miya, Taylor and Mandy, Kimmie, and Molly, I felt very welcome. They were all extremely professional and friendly. I look forward to my next dental appointment!

Dr.Akel is amazing.. as for Molly in the office.. not so much…

I really appreciate the kind manner of Dr Merrick and all of his assistants. Got me in and took care of my needs thoroughly. I feel I was taken care of well without judgement. I highly recommend this office to everyone although finding it on gps was a bit difficult.

I know that this office had some staffing changes and that has made it challenging for this office to keep some appointments. However, I have been kept informed as to what was going on, felt I received information in a timely manner, and new appointments have been set. The only reason I am not giving five stars at this time has been the scheduling delays. The office staff has always been patient, polite, and friendly in helping me reschedule over the phone. I found them to be the same in person when I had my first in-person appointment and x-rays done recently. I truly feel that all of the staff are sincere in providing quality care for the clients and are professional in their approach. I really loved the dentist that I saw and talked with, and have follow up appointments on my calender. Sincere thanks for all of you at Beechcroft Dental! You are doing a great service in our community!

The lack of courtesy call for the appointment shoulda been my first clue. The entry to this establishment has an ambiguous "Do Not Enter" sign in the main and only entrance, located inconveniently in a not so accessible area, so you can imagine for newcomers how this may be problematic to find the entrance. This wasn't mention when establishing the appointment. Then i was told i needed to reschedule after driving 40 miles (80 round trip) i was a whole ten mins late due to how confusing it is to find and limited mobility (im on crutches healing a broken ankle) what a way to establish new patients and build a rapport,

Wow!!! The Beechcroft Dental folks are AMAZING!!! As a new patient, I was able to get in quick and able to get extra work done I so desperately needed. Everyone from the first person you see (Kimmie), and Mandy, Rita (who assisted the dentist…hope I got her name right) and the dentist herself, along with many others are so great!!! It’s so hard to find providers that actually care, well I definitely found mine—thanks Beechcroft!!! 5-Stars

I have had nothing but good experiences here. Dr. Hoffman is very competent, and a good listener. I had a minor issue with a previous filling. She took care of it, on the next visit, no problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. I had a bad experience at another place. I avoided dentists for a couple of years after that. But Beechcroft has restored my faith in modern dentistry. This is one of the best Dental places I have been too my entire life. Very nice hygienist and the receptionist Kimmie is very outgoing and nice

Our family was very well taken care of here and the staff is so very nice. We appreciate their kindness and gentleness.

Everyone I have encountered here has been kind and considerate and very professional. I have never experienced a long wait to have any work done. I have been treated with respect. I was worried before my first visit because I had gone so long without dental care and I am so happy to say I was not made to feel bad at all. I also was able to get my appointment scheduled quickly.

I'm really happy to have found Beechcroft Dental. The office is spotless and modern and the staff is friendly and professional. Kimmie called back and went out of her way to get me in the same day which was great news. Taylor made me feel welcome, took x-rays and identified the problem right away. Dr. Akel was thorough and understanding. Mandy made all the follow-up plans and I left knowing I was in good hands. If you need dental care this is the place to go.

I’m absolutely amazed at how kind and courteous the ENTIRE staff is at Beechcroft Dental! I had a TON of anxiety returning to the dentist after a few terrible experiences, which is why I had more issues than I’d like to admit. The staff never made me feel out of place, they helped me get things squared away & always made me feel comfortable! I highly recommend this office - do not hesitate like I did. I promise you’re in good hands!!

Don’t come here they are rude and disrespectful! I came in for a filling and I had to come back three times for them to fix my teeth and now I can’t chew my food. Every time I am trying to come back in they want to schedule me out a week. I CANT CHEW MY FOOD!!!! Then the office manager told me they have done nothing wrong and it’s not their fault I can’t chew my food. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

Had such an amazing experience here today! Was skeptical to return after the staff from a couple years ago were terrible and so unprofessional. Now everyone is so welcoming and comforting! Would highly recommend going to them for all your dental needs. Looking forward to returning for all of the work that I need done. The assistant Taylor I had was so sweet, understanding, and PROFESSIONAL! So happy they turned this place around for the better.

The front office staff are really nice and professional. The dentists no matter who you go to, they're all pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend everyone go here. Oh did I mention how clean it is :)

Went in for a root canal and was pleasantly surprised at how positive this team made the experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were accommodating and ensured my comfort and answered all of my questions. After this visit, I'm definitely no longer averse to going to the dentist. Dr. Akel and James went above and beyond during the visit and Mandy was a great help at the front desk. A+ would give 6 stars if I could!

Omg!!! I knew I would forget the girls names at the front desk but I'm going to leave the review anyway cause their service is so top notch! It was so easy getting in an out also if those dentists see another problem while they are fixing a tooth they will fix it too I LOVE ? BEECHCROFT DENTAL!!!!!!

I absolutely love this office. I have never stayed with a dentist more than a couple visits, but I’ve been here for at least a year. I take my children here also. We moved an hour away, but I still travel to be here because of how amazing their office is. I love the staff, and the doctors. James is our favorite tech!

I have been coming in for about a month now to get all my dental needs squared away, I’m sure it has been quite the challenge. I still have a little ways to go and I am fully confident in the Beechcroft dental family. They have all been nothing but wonderful throughout my experience with them! Dr. Hoffner, Samantha, Kimmie, James, and Mandy have been an absolute pleasure! They do all they can to go above and beyond to get things done properly in a timely manner and get you on the schedule for what you need. I have no complaints they’ve all been great!

I’ve been getting all my dental issues resolved with Beechcroft dental over the last couple months and it’s been a great experience. Everyone here is so friendly and personable. I felt comfortable and everything was completed in a timely manner with minimal pain!

Do not bother with these people. I should have listened to the previous reviews but I didn’t. They are unorganized and late. The staff is nice, but the actual dentist was terribly rude. So much that on my second appointment I left without finishing my procedure. He was frustrated because I had questions and apparently they are understaffed and there is no time for discussions before your procedure.

Dr. C and his team made the biggest dentalphobe excited to go have her teeth extracted! I never felt judged or looked down upon. I was not lectured or treated as an inferior human. What I did receive was kind, compassionate care with a team that makes you smile every visit. My teeth were BAD! Broken, damaged, painful, and down right ugly. The office staff got me in within a week of scheduling my first visit. Within 6 weeks, I am sporting a brand new, BEAUTIFUL smile! While I was terrified, Dr C made me feel like I was visiting a good friend. His gentle chair side manner, communication, and experience have made this process easier than any dental visit I have ever had. His office team took the worries out of billing. The hygiene team made a deep cleaning fun. (I know, that sounds strange, but it’s true) I truly believe a 5 star rating does not encompass the amazing staff and facilities of Beechcroft Dental.

I am a very nervous dental patient and these ladies made me feel so much better. Since I have such trouble with my teeth I am very particular about which offices I frequent. I also feel that there is a lot of pretention in the dental field, as well as judgement directed at those of us with frequent dental issues... NOT SO AT BEECHCROFT. Absolute understanding and top notch care were what was offers here and I’m so grateful.

Genuine dental care with people who truly care about how you feel while getting work done and always share all concerns of teeth and make sure you don’t have any questions. Doctor was gentle and great! Veronica constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable while getting dental work done (I’m super sensitive) I highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. C and Staff are great. I've been seeing him for about a year now and have had a lot of dental work done throughout the years and Dr. C has been by far the best. The first shot you get in the gum to numb you, I usually can't even feel it. He definitely knows how to be gentle. He keeps you very informed in what he is doing to your teeth. Dr. C calls to see how I'm doing a few days after a procedure. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. C and Staff!

I have been with Dr. K and Veronica for a few years at their old location and followed them to the new location! They are the most genuine guys to take care of you and walk you through what they do. They keep you involved and allow you to ask questions. They always give me the best experience, great team and unforgettable experiences!

I’m usually petrified of the dentist and I recently moved to Ohio Beechcroft dental made me feel at home my dentist Dr.calimlim was so gentle and kind and Veronica always makes sure that I’m doing ok while I’m have my cavities filled. I like that they believe in the words KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY!!! Thank you front desk for putting up with my tardiness but overall seriously great place to GO!

May i please express my experience with beechcroft family dental My most deepest thankfulness to the best dentist Dr bekal best. You have the best team. Kim, Randi,Trinty, veronica, and to the man james. You are all the best. Now i dont like going to the dentist at all because you never get good news. Basically time catches up to bad habits. I was very nervousgoing in the first hour i had a lot of questions about everything im sure i repeated a couple. I have been working with them for several months for full extractions and full dentures. They have been very patient with my fear of needles, very straight forward with everything I need to do, very good with timelines and were more than happy to answer any questions I had for them. I recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.

I have had a few appointments here soo far, all of which have gone well. I had an appointment about a week ago, where I received a fitted mouth guard to protect my teeth from grinding while I sleep. Unfortunately one of the dogs managed to find it, and destroy it. I was about to get an appointment for the next morning, after explaining what had happened. Insurance normally only covers the first mouth guard, so I was expecting to need to fork over a decent sum of money to get a replacement. The dentist actually told me not to worry about it and took the impressions needed to get a replacement. I guess they either felt sorry for me, or understood the situation, since I only had it for a week. I will be sure to keep the replacement in a place the dog will have a lot more trouble getting to.

My experience at Beechcroft Dental has always been great. Excellent dentist and the best bed side manners. When I had to switch my insurance to medicaid, I was nervous about what kind of care I'd be receiving. Beechcroft Dental exceeded my expectations and is the best dental I've ever been to in my life.

This place with there professional and compassionate staff took the scary out of going to the dentist! I've never ever felt more relaxed in a dental settings. I never wait long in lobby, nor in the chair. They get you in and out. They talk in depth about your mouth and dental acre and answer any questions no matter how silly! I've recommended 2 new patients thats how good they are. My kids love it here and thats important to me

I was so happy to find a non-sketchy dental office that accepted my medicaid. They did a great job in getting all my cavities filled and even made me a night guard! So glad I was able to find this office:)

I normally don’t do reviews BUT I had a wonderful experience at Beechcroft Dental. I was scared of the dentist before I came here and now I’m not. The staff and dentist are so nice and friendly, they made me feel so comfortable. The dentist told me everything he was doing before and during the procedure. I love the Dentist now thanks to Beechcroft Dental. (No this is not a fake review, yes i am a real patient. I had about 9 cavities that needed to be filled)

I have Medicaid and I have been searching and seeking advice on where to find the best dentists accepting it while still being safe, caring, and clean. Luckily on my own accord I stumbled upon Beechcroft which is perfect, the only thing is that I live an hour away, however the professionals here have proved it’s beyond worth it. I feel informed, taken care of, and the environment is highly professional. The ladies at the front desk are kind and helpful and Dr. Calimlim & Veronica were gentle with my fillings. Beechcroft also linked me up to a local oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth extraction. HIGHLY recommend this team ??

I am new to Ohio, was looking online this place had good reviews so I chose them, i had old fillings removed and new ones replaced I have found my forever dentist, I'm so pleased, they are all friendly and Dr C was awesome, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist office i have never had a dentist I was ok with going back a second visit..

I have been a patient of Beechcroft dental for a year now. The Doctor is a perfectionist in his field and he always insures that a procedure is done exactly right. I had a great experience yesterday January 7th 2020 at beechcroft dental. All of the staff are caring, professional, friendly knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure that your experience is a great. Thank you for your great work.

This place is AWESOME! They actually care about people and even went out of the way to make sure we got in to see a dentist! I would give this place 100 stars if I could! Seriously if you need dental work this is the place to go! I am very appreciative of the service and the respect that was shown.. this place is actually one of a kind!

Dr Jolly is 1 of the best Dentists I've ever been to! Went to his office on a referral & was told I could see him full time if I wanted. Even though I'm 50+ yrs old...I ended up crying in the chair before he even started. Not from fear or pain...it was him & his team's excellent bedside (chair) manor. PLEASE give them a try if you ever get the chance!

Great dental office for those who are on Medicaid. Office is clean, easy to park nearby, courteous receptionists. Dismayed that they don't do holistic dentistry but grateful to get an extraction for an infected old root canal that had to be removed. They do provide American Sign Language interpreter for Deaf patients, thank you for that! I gave a 3 star rating because one dentist didn't believe me when I stated my jaw was not numb enough for a molar extraction. I've had other dentists do extractions in the past with utter ease as they gave me a lot of numbing medicine. So, it was pretty traumatic for me to learn how painful until the very end, and by then the sawed in half molar just "popped" out. Hopefully this was a learning lesson for the dentist/and dentist assistance - listen to patients when they ask for more numbing medicine. I'll go back for teeth cleaning but not for extractions.

The office was clean and modern, the staff was very friendly. And Dr. Dodo, not only took care of my tooth, he also fixed a problem I had with my partial that he didn't make! It fits great..... now!

Best dentist I've been to, hands down. The entire staff was kind and friendly and understanding. I'm so glad I found such a nice place. It is very clean and they try to help keep you calm if you have any anxiety. I would recommend to anyone. 5 stars and two thumbs up!

My children are patients here. They took excellent care of my daughter when she was feeling rather apprehensive about a cavity that needed filling. Fun and energetic staff!

Very quiet and calm, safe surroundings as well as really good results. Didn't have any issues or problems either. I would have the wisdom teeth done here again and again if they grew back.

We absolutely adore this dentist. In addition to being courteous, professional, and pleasant, they are also wise in their advice. We have had an experiences with another dentist that over-prescribed treatment, in the interest of maximizing their profit, but have gotten much sounder advice here. Equipment, skills, ease of scheduling, office culture, emotional care and priorities are all excellent. I'm grateful that these folks are here.

This place NEVER answers the phone, listens to voicemail, or calls back. These are huge red flags. Dont even bother.

I had the best experience today with everybody in the dental clinic. All the women were polite, did a great job on my teeth and made my frown turn into a smile. Even the lady that checked me in at the desk. I would recommend this dental clinic for anybody. If you’re looking for a great dentist go there because the won’t let you down.

I had an awesome visit. The staff were awesome and welcoming. The dentist was very great. I felt so bad for bleeding all over him... lol he was very generous and prompt . He made me feel comfortable. I wouldn't want to change dentist. I thought i had bad teeth and he told me I do not. The visit made me at ease. I am pregnant and was worried about a dentist dealing with my sensitive gums, he was not worried and did not make me feel odd or bad. I would recommend everyone to this office.
