To put it practically: he's the best dentist I've ever had (my first 20-some years with one, a few years with a few others, and the rest with Dr.Raisch). I was a patient of Dr. Raisch’s about six years ago while I was in university at tOSU, where we did Invisalign and got some implants started. He did so much for me with that process, and the office treated me like family. Unfortunately I moved away mid dental work, and never got it finished anywhere else. Six years later I decide it’s time to finish all of that, and that I’d like veneers. I came back to Dr. Raisch’s office because I trust them more than anyone, and his veneer work is stunning. The implants are finished, my gums are happier and healthier, I was still treated like family despite a long hiatus, and I have a beautiful set of veneers now. I wouldn’t have wanted to go to anyone else to finish my smile makeover and send me off happier and more confident than ever. They are so beautiful, I hope they are proud of their work! First off let me say, I hate going to the dentist. I always have and probably always will. But, that being said…Advanced Dental Wellness is the best dentist office and dentist I have ever been to. They work really hard to make sure I’m comfortable, relaxed, not in pain and to quell all my anxieties. I can honestly say I have never experienced pain at this office. The entire staff is extremely professional and very kind. I know that I am getting the best and most caring service possible and for that I am extremely thankful. So if you are someone who fears going to the dentist then this is the place to go.

From Tracy kindly checking me in with a friendly greeting, to the team of personable, knowledgeable, and competent dental hygienists who clean and treat my teeth, to Dr. Mark’s examination, procedural treatments, and clear, researched debrief at every appointment, the ADW team & their service is the best I’ve encountered in a dental wellness practice. Quality care and comfort for patients is an obvious priority upon walking in the front door, from the staff’s positive attitude and interactions, to the clean and relaxing aesthetic of each room. If you really hate having your teeth drilled on, this is the place to go! I never thought I would describe having a filling done as an enjoyable experience, but Dr Raisch does a phenomenal job of making a filling a pleasant experience! (And I've had a lot of fillings in my lifetime.)

I needed to find a new dentist, after moving here from CA and came across Advanced Dental Wellness. I am extremely happy with the care I received on my first visit (Front Desk/Tracy, my hygienist Nicole & the final check with Dr. ___?, so sorry forgot his name?). The facility is very nice with great location and convenient parking, however more importantly, they were all knowledgeable, thorough and very caring/genuine. I am happy to say I have indeed, found my new dentist! ??

Great experience! Staff took care of my dental needs with kindness and professionalism

We were patients of this practice when we lived in Columbus. I saw the new dentist and had 2 crowns installed. I had several issues with the work. However, Dr Raisch, the owner of the practice, graciously invited me back at no additional charge to correct the problem. He and the team worked on me for 3 hours, and I am as good as new. The younger dentist is no longer working there. The ethics and professionalism were second to none. I highly recommend this dentist!

Years of great service from this wonderful dentist and staff, but unfortunately led to a poor experience/miscommunication with billing and insurance, with absolutely no empathy from the front office staff (while I was on military leave). I’ve switched to a new dentist.

The receptionist and the hygienist were really kind which helped with my anxiety! And Dr Raisch did such a good job I barely felt the shots getting numbed. My teeth look better every time I go there!

Had a partial crown come loose and needed reset. They were able to get me in the day I called and fixed the problem. It was much appreciated because a large hole in your teeth is very annoying.

Dr. Raisch has been my doc for my entire 29 year old life! Great staff and friendly patient care. They also always get me in when I have an emergency! Highly recommended.

I went in for a check up today and the dental hygienist was thorough and professional. When Dr. Raisch checked my teeth, he noticed one tooth that had some small cracks in it. He then made a plan to fix the tooth. I really appreciate that Dr. Raisch is always proactive with my dental care! Everyone at the office is very friendly.

I was looking for a new dentist for my family. I am so happy Advanced Dental Wellness was accepting new patients. The office assistants were very welcoming. Our hygienist, Dawn was very good and made it easy to relax. Dr. Raisch was easy to speak with. He took his time in explaining procedures. You didn't feel like Dr. Raisch was in a rush to get you out of the chair. I would definitely recommend Advanced Dental Wellness to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Latest Tech and everyone is proficient and professional but still very personal, very comfortable waiting and exam areas. Plus on site crown making is awesome no temps no multiple visits. I’ve sent many people here and they are all still patients!

I have a fear of needles and in order to fill my cavities they needed to inject my gums with something to numb my mouth. Dr. Raisch was very understanding and gentle when administering it. He asked if I preferred to be told when he poked me or not, I did so he counted down from 3. He also used his other hand to tap another part of my gum to "distract the brain from what was happening at the injection site". He let me take a break whenever I needed it and it was the best experience at a dentist I have had with needles. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr.Raisch for more than 10 years and I always new that him and his staff were amazing!! But what really proves it is seeing my 5 year old son going to him also, he absolutely loves going to the dentist!!! It makes it very easy for us!!!
