I felt like Dr. Wade is set in his old ways. If he didn’t think it was necessary then he wasn’t going to do it. Just went to a new dentist and they found a bunch aid things wrong where Dr Wade said everything was good. I felt like I was a non important person and he just wanted me In and out quick so he could make a quick buck. Plus he’s touching everything with gloves on, then poking around in my mouth. Very unprofessional and gross. Plus Dr Wade is not a very nice person

Worst orthodontist around. He'll make major decisions without even talking to you about it, then slaps you with "non-compliance" so he can take your money and run. Really wish I could have avoided this nightmare.

If you need a cleaning this place is good, the front staff is nice and the hygienist I had was fine. I needed fillings for the first time though and I only got a couple done on the upper left and upper right and I had problems with both. One side was shaped wrong and bit my own tooth which feels odd to say, the other half shredded floss or it got stuck and I had to try to cut it out if I could even get it between. After going in for the dentist to "fix" both issues it didn't actually fix anything. I ended up going elsewhere and they replaced some already, they're fixing the others next week. Wouldn't recommend this place of you need work done.

I went and had a filling done last week, while there he was very rushed and walked around with his gloves on touching stuff then putting his hands in my mouth. He didn't even say anything when he came into the room and started to inject my mouth with novocaine. He never mentioned what he was doing. I was finally able to ask and he said he was doing the filling. I said the novocaine wasn't working that I could feel the pain and he asked if he could just keep going. I was annoyed and wanted to leave so I let him continue. He seemed rushed and barely talked to me After he was done he said "don't eat for half hour" and left the room. I came out and made sure he was done before leaving. Two days later I was having breakfast and the filling came out!!! It was on a Friday, so I called and left a message because they were closed. Now it is Monday and I still haven't gotten a call back. Apparently they dontd care that the work was done incorrectly nor about customer service. I will not go back!

I would never go back to this dentist office again nor would I ever recommend going here. My hygienist was rude and dr wade was horrible. He literally spend 30 seconds looking at my teeth in between other patients. They also had little kids, I’m assuming family, running around. One of them came and sat don’t in a chair next to me while I was about to get my teeth cleaned lol. Super unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. I was extremely disappointed. I will say the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. That’s about it.

Female dentist who cared for my cognitively delayed brother was crass and condescending to him. Was openly bothered by his oral hygiene in an unprofessional manner. Haven’t been able to talk my brother in returning to any dentist since this visit.

Very thorough cleaning - I've had my cleanings done both by Dr. Wade himself, and Barb - everyone at Wade is friendly and courteous. Pleasant office atmosphere.

Friendly and pleasant. Much nicer than the chain dental clinics... Just like I remember from years ago when we went to the family dentist.

My hygienist was very thorough and caring in cleaning my teeth. She made me feel comfortable and was very friendly. I highly recommend you to try them.

Place was dirty, I worst teeth cleaning I ever had. I went here because it thought It was in a better area but I got fool. He cleaned/X-ray my teeth and my two kids teeth finished in 35 mins. He doesn't even look like he care for teeth more like he just wants the money. This place is DIRTY! Dr wade wasn't a nice friendly person, I asked about my son's tooth and he told me I can't be asking about that! WOW! How nice of him! They don't clean anything they touch and that's nasty! I had me teeth cleaned before and they did one hell of a good job, it's call Sunset dental in Waukesha very clean and friendly people there! Wasted my time and money at wade dental.

Terrible service, both dentists are rude, lack bedside manner. office staff does not do their job and try and come after the patient as a result of their inadequate ability to do their job. I ended up doing it for them as them failed to follow through with requests from the insurance company. I am appalled at the service from the whole office. Word of warning DO NOT go there.

Listen to this review! Mental & physical abuse! I went to this dentist when I was 12 and had braces put on. He mentally and physically abused me. I am 37 now and he made me so afraid to go to the dentist I haven't been to one since. He put on a "metal bridge" across my teeth after my braces were off and it did not work. My teeth moved back to where they were. They are still crooked to this day and full of gaps. I would not take my cat here. Stay away. I had lots of tears all the time from his abuse. I can't even mention the abuse online. Just stay away.

Don't go to Dr. Wade. He is very rough and has no bedside manner. My tooth still hurts after 4 weeks. When I asked him what kind of filling he was going to put in, his response was "I don't care, I will do a root canel if you want. I just did not want silver.He then left the room in a huff to work on another patient. After he came back, he stuck me with the needle without letting me know what he was doing, he drilled, and put in the filling. I did not know what I had until I got home and looked.

Worst dentist that I have ever been to. Seemed to have an attitude. Rude and inconsiderate. All the religious paintings in his office must be a joke. Amazing how people use religion as a advertisement for their business much like politics. This guy made me feel like I was wasting his time. What a jerk!

I would never recommend this dentist, upon waiting for our son during his appointment, I am sitting in the waiting room and hear Dr. Wade yelling at my son while he is performing a caviting filling on him " you gotta open your mouth" I could hear him in the waiting room raising his voice at my son (who is cognitively disabled) At that point, one of the "attendants" closed the door in the office area to "break the sound barrier" so to speak. I find this totally inappropriate and actually quite sad that he feels it is acceptable to treat his patients in this manner. Neither the dentist or his assistant came to speak with me before or after my son's visit, who he himself, was unable to tell me what transpired during his visit. Fortunately I took the effort to ask the girl at the front desk what had taken place. My son walked out his visit, holding his face, saying "ouch that hurt" and with a swollen cheek in less than a 35-40 minute visit for a filling.

Both the dentists and hygienists are friendly, fast (but thorough) and share info in layperson's terms.

Good straight forward dental service without hype or trying to sell you stuff. Get in and out fast.
