Today was our first appointment putting the braces on, and overall we did not feel very safe preventative measure wise because 1) apparently not all staff members wear masks, the receptionist that helped us did not, the whole time; 2) we did not see a single pane of plexiglass either in the reception area or in the treatment area where dental chairs are just lined up next to each other. Not a pleasant visit to this location.

The staff are super friendly!! I was looking around to possibly get Invisalign or traditional braces and I’m so glad I looked into Bubon. They we’re helpful in explaining difference between the two and what they recommend. I do not regret this place and I know you won’t too!

I’ve been going to Bubon Orthodontics for many years. I’ve had braces and Invisalign through them. Both experiences were great and the staff was always very nice. They were very willing to fix my teeth and now I am very happy with the outcome. I love the upgraded location and office!

We have had a great experience so far. Staff is super friendly and helpful. My kids were nervous about getting braces but they put them at ease. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost as I went in thinking I was not going to be able afford having 2 kids in braces at once. The prices were much lower than I anticipated which was such a relief! Dr. Bubon is the only dentist I have found that takes TMJ seriously enough to treat by making custom made splints. The staff is friendly, professional and the no nonsense professionalism guarantees that you will be treated in a timely manner. I have been a patient of Dr. Bubon for at least 25 years.

Bubon in West Bend was recommended to me by a friend and we were not disappointed. Payment was easy. When we switched insurances due to new jobs, the office made that easy as well. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our daughter was seen at several Bubon Orthodontics locations, but the Oconomowoc location was our home base. Our daughter was a complicated case, and their pricing was better than several other orthodontists in the area (which was a definite bonus.) This afternoon, we will see the results of their dedication to making sure everything turned out just right! We are excited! From day one, every single person has been absolutely delightful. 10/10 would recommend.

Bubon Orthodontics has been very helpful for our family. They’re treating my son, daughter, and myself currently. We’ve had only the best of care from Dr. Bubon and his staff at the Mequon office. They practice COVID safety, explain every detail, and answer all of our questions. We never feel rushed. Their front desk staff is highly efficient and respectful as well.

They ensured everyone took proper covid precautions during visits by running temperature checks and asking all necessary questions without relenting or being caught up in its redundancy during repeated visits.
