EON Clinics Dental Implants

I always dreamed of a beautiful smile and EON Clinics made my dreams come true. Starting with the initial consultation, through the surgery and the follow up appointments, everyone at the Schaumburg office has been professional, kind and very understanding. They even helped me with financing, which was a big concern of mine. I'm very happy with my new smile! I highly recommend EON Clinics!

It started with a simple phone call the lady who answered was Erica. I made an appointment. On the day I was at the clinic I noticed the ambience was calming with nutrial colors. In a short time I met Tiffany the office manager. To my surprise instead of a sail pitch she asked me about me. We were joined by Dr.Andrianto the prosthodotist. He took a 3D x-ray he told me I was a candidate for the implants. After the surgery I've been going to follow up I have had the pleasure of meeting Ray the dental assistant, and Becky the lab Tech. Becky the lab Tech is an artist, MY SMILE IS OUTSTANDING. Special thanks to Dr Andrianto Ray ,Becky and most of all Tiffany the leader of the group ? ? thanks for all your help Your the best ?

I love this location. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Andrianto is wonderful he transformed my smile completely. My experience was wonderful and I love it. Dr. A made me really comfortable. I was scared out my mind and he did everything possible to accommodate me. Than I meet Ms.Wright she is amazing her. She greets me every time she sees me. Making sure I’m comfortable and with my new smile. She’s really easy to open up to. I let her know how everything was going and she gave me some tips. I can use and I thank her for that. Honestly I wanna thank the hole entire team. They actually made me feel like family

Had an appointment at 4:30pm on Feb 22. We had a confirmation email and confirmation text message. Both replied "Y" for yes. We showed up 15min early to our consultation appointment but we found a dark empty facility. We checked our confirmation email and text message to confirm that it was at 4:30pm which it was. We tried calling them and other locations (only skokie location answered). We noticed that we got a "this appointment has been changed" email that showed they changed our appointment to 3:30pm with no confirmation. We checked what time this email was sent and sure enough it was sent THAT DAY hours before the appointment. No text, no call. I took off work for this. Very disappointed.

I had upper implants done & from that point on I had a very bad sinus infection & I have never had a sinus issue for the past 49 years until the surgery..Eon Clinics would do absolutely nothing for me, I had to see a ENT doctor in which I had a CT scan & was told by them that I had a severe sinus infection..When the ENT spoke with the surgeon @ Eon Clinics he stated he would not prescribe me anything for the infection or the pain. I have paid $17,000.00 no insurance coverage. Eon Clinics state in there advertising that they take personal care of each patient & are treated like a family member. As of now they won't treat my Infection or the severe pain I am in..I would definitely look around before you make a commitment with Eon Clinics. I am very dissatisfied & I would not recommend Eon Clinics for ur implants..

I have always been a heavy smoker, because of that my regular dentist told me that my gums had began to recede. Honestly, I didn't want to stop smoking, I was completely comfortable with the ideal of having to wear dentures as long as I was able to smoke. I'd smoked since I was 14 years old and I was 55 when I started this process. After a few more visits with my dentist, I found out that dentures wouldn't be an option for me because of the potential bone loss that I suffered due to the regular loss of teeth. I would need to have a bone graft before I was able to get a denture and this is where I learned about dental implants. He referred me to EON Clinics who not only educated me more on bone grafts, but showed me the difference of dental implants and dentures. The hardest part of this procedure was knowing that I would have to completely stop smoking. I did the consultation and it took my a while to make up my mind. They didn't forget about me, in-fact the treatment coordinator in Chicago would call me ever so often to check up on me. She'd ask me about my oral health and if I had stopped smoking, I really felt her genuine concern for me. I eventually came in to get my treatment and I felt no different from the initial consultation. Everyone was still friendly and open to helping me out. I have completed the bone graft and initial implant surgery and the doctor says I am healing very well. EON Clinics has really left a lasting impression on me and my family. My wife will be coming in next month for her surgery.

The Doctors at this clinic are professionals and know their job well. I will recommend this clinic for dental implants.

I was at EON with a friend who was visiting the doctor for followup. The doctor seemed very professional and good to know how they handled everything. It was little expensive but when it comes to your tooth, you gotta be careful.

honestly didn't know what to expect after i saw one negative review. I had to get my tooth replaced .but all my doubts proven wrong . they gave me timely appointments and consultations. they have latest technologies . Beginning from the staff to the doctors they all made procedures easy and organized. Qualified bunch of people.EON Clinics really did deliver

Right from the consultation to the treatment the process was hustle free. The prices are bit high compared to others but they assure patients satisfaction. Whole of the staff was qualified and doctors were friendly and discussed the problem so nicely, suggested the best suited treatment for my issue. Staff itself told to have financial support through ‘carecredit’ if it seems expensive to anyone. My experience there was totally fine.

My experience with Eon Clinics at the Hoffman estates office from my consultation with Gretta to the actual all on 4 procedure was great!! Gretta was available any time of the day with any questions or concerns I had. All the staff including doctor Dryer, Amanda and Nancy were very caring. Honestly the best work and treatment I have ever had receiving services as a customer. I felt that I left their office with a priceless work of art in my mouth. So grateful to know that dentistry exists at such a high level.I'll never go anywhere else.

I went to the Hoffman Estates office for all on 4 upper and lower. The experience could not have been better from start to finish. Sure it was expensive, but I just got my permanent teeth today and went out for a big steak dinner. They did everything they said they would do and I couldn't be happier. Everyone on the staff took great care to help me at every step.

I was hesitant to go after what I read the one and only review written about this clinic. But I went anyway because I need to see someone soon and that is only review and no other to compare. I waited 1 hour from my appointment and asked them how soon would I be able to see the doctor and she said few more minutes. So I waited few more minutes and she called me again, and said that she is not sure how soon the doctor can see me because they over booked the patients. She wanted to reschedule another day. I told her that is not appropriate and I am disappointed.
