The efficacy of Dr. Warren and her assistants exceeds any other experience I have had. I have lived with dental/medical trauma most my life and these ladies presented a professional, efficient, yet calming environment for me. Great experience cannot thank you enough.

They were all super nice and very accommodating. Had my surgery and they were very thorough with pre surgery and post surgery. I recommend!

They will go over how much it is going to cost you out of pocket after insurance which is great. I paid the day of when I was there then two months later I recieved a bill asking for hundreds more. I called them back to talk about the bill and they said they would have the manager call back which took three weeks and still not resolved. They clearly have a shady business practice avoid them at all cost.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here and had an overall great experience. I was very worried about the procedure going in but my doctor and nurse were very kind and everything went well.

Everyone here has been so wonderful helping me thru my tooth pain. I am going to be leaving the country soon, and the staff has been very conscientious of my time constraint. They sent me for a CT scan at the Mayfair site and kept me up to date with when they received the results and laid out all my options for the problem tooth. Turns out I had a problem with a tooth that already had a root canal, which had been done at a different place. Dr. Mehrotra was extremely thorough in explaining my procedure and answered my questions before starting. I am in the medical field, so I recognize the little things she did to make my procedure as comfortable and calm as possible, such as gently rubbing her mirror again the inside of my mouth to confuse pain pathways while using the very painful numbing needle, using a gauze instead of my paper bib to wipe her tools or hand off (like dentists do often) and kept my face clean of slobber throughout my time there. To top it all off, she gave me her cell phone number to call if I have any trouble with the tooth over Memorial Day weekend! Everyone there is supportive and helpful, and I am so grateful for how they are fitting me in to accommodate my travel plans. Thank you Dr. Mehrotra and Dee Dee!

I visited this dentist clinic as I was pretty sure I needed a root canal; however, I have a complicated medical history as a previous cancer survivor who has received radiation to my mouth/jaw area. Not only was I seen promptly, but the dentist was very thorough in talking through my medications and medical history. All in all she spent over an hour talking over the scans and coming up with the next steps.

They are as dishonest and disorganized as the day is long. They did not properly disclose what was going to be done, nor did they properly explain it to me. They also didn't pre-authorized anything with the insurance company. I filed multiple greviances, they said that they did everything properly, but that is not true. They didn't even answer all of my questions in my greviances. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and the state insurance commissioner's office. STEER CLEAR OF ADVANCED DENTAL SPECIALISTS!!!!!

I had a really great experience here. Receptionists were fine. Dr Mehrotra really put me at ease by explaining everything. She was very gentle. I was dreading my first root canal, but it went really well and I would recommend this place.

I don't think I've had a worse experience at any doctor's office. I arrived 15 minutes early so that I could fill out the new patient paperwork -- paperwork that made getting a mortgage look simple in comparison. Maybe it's that invasive and onerous so that the root canal doesn't seem so bad afterwards. I should have listened to my instincts and just handed it back to the receptionist and walked out. One receptionist was rude and the other three didn't acknowledge that I was even there. When I asked why certain bits of info (such as my social security number) were necessary, I was curtly told "it's all necessary." I was finally called back to see the doctor 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When my blood pressure was taken, it was 181/122. I was told I have a blood pressure problem. I told them they have an excessive paperwork problem. They took my blood pressure again and it was 67/45. I told them they also had a cuff calibration problem. Dr Mehrotra was pleasant, but based on the rest of my experience, I will never go back and I wish I had never gone in the first place.

I echo the sentiments of the reviewers here, especially Rico's. Worst office ever. The receptionist's rude behavior cost them at least $6,000 in new patient fees, as we walked out.

They were very rude at the front desk and they made us wait an hour after being late 10 minutes because we went to the wrong address.

The billing department has no idea what they're doing. Going here for my wisdom teeth extraction has been such a pain.
