great experience with Dr. Kawas and his assistants Abby, Mikayla, and Anne for my wisdom tooth surgery! Would definitely recommend again. I was super nervous when I came in, but they all were very personable and kept me calm. Very easy to talk to and asked questions if I needed anything. I was a little cold, so they gave me a blanket haha very great hospitality ... even when my procedure was over, they took care of me well and I'll always remember that!

I had my teeth cleaned at this office today and I have to say the hygienist was the most skilled hygienist I can remember. I've been at this location for an implant a few years back but usually go to the Wauwatosa office for everything else....No More! this office is very clean, the staff is responsive and very professional. Sorry Tosa, your service just doesn't cut it compared to the Waukesha location!

They do not do their jobs they do not pre-qualify you for any kind of service so when you walk in and you're not covered they just want to charge you $3,000 for your wisdom teeth to be removed. Do not go here to have your wisdom teeth removed they are lacking in the insurance efforts to get pre-qualified

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. They are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. They ran me around for 5 months to get 2 teeth pulled and then keep rescheduling my surgery. Also they entered my Insurance information incorrect THREE TIMES into the computer and wanted me to pay full price cause of their mistakes. Do not go to dental associates

Extremely disappointed in customer service at the Waukesha location. I scheduled an appt for a cleaning over 4 months ago and showed up for my appt that I took off of work for and I find out that my hygienist had called in this AM…. I was not able to get in to see anyone else and my next time to get in would be Dec.

Some of the staff and the scheduling were horrible. I spent 2 days dealing with them not getting the correct information for my insurance. I need my wisdom teeth out and had to cancel because of that and the rude staff. I called to get a supervisor's name and the staff that was rude picked up the phone not knowing I was on the line and were talking about how they knew it was me and that the scheduler was running to the back so she wouldn't have to deal with me. They realized I was on the phone and got quite and parked the call and left me on hold never picking the phone back up after me waiting 10 minutes. I called again after going inside and talking to a different supervisor about what happened and the scheduler. I spoke with the scheduler and she lied and said she was quitting, that it was her last day because of what she did to me. You don't lie to your patients and you don't do things like this to them

Was a little concerned when I came in to your office to schedule an appointment. A lady named kabresha was attempting to help me, and was not able to give me a proper quote, and it seemed like she did not know what I was doing. Very unprofessional, I will go to another dental office.

Dr. Kawas and the Dental Associates staff took excellent care of me during my wisdom tooth surgery. They were extremely prompt in responding to my numerous questions and were personally invested in making sure I recovered 100%.

They will frequently change appointments last minute and have even called to confirm appointments that they then have no record... Would not recommend.

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth by removed by Dr. Kawas. The whole staff was great and the procedure went very smoothly! Would highly recommend

Wanted to wait to review until everything healed up - no dry sockets! Alicia and Marissa were very friendly assistants. Dr Kawas was excellent at following up to make sure recovery was going well. I'm not a fan of having my teeth worked on but the sedation made things completely manageable.

My daughter recently had oral surgery to remove all 4 of her wisdom teeth. Dr. Kawas and his team were wonderful! They were all very caring and personable. My daughter was nervous about getting the IV sedation, so Dr. Kawas allowed me to stay in the room with her during that process, and I didn't have to leave until she was asleep. The surgery itself was quick and went smoothly. The aftercare instructions were shared with us, and before we even left the office they asked me to text Dr. Kawas so he would have my number handy and be able to contact me later that evening to check on my daughter. I was thankful for the direct contact with the Dr. and when we had questions later that evening he was responsive and very helpful. It is clear that his patient's comfort and health is his biggest concern. Thank you Dr. Kawas and team for taking such good care of my daughter!

I’ve only been here once for a cleaning and had a pretty good experience. But now that I need a 2nd cleaning I had my appointment rescheduled from March to June and now a week before my appointment they tell me they need to reschedule my appointment for October. Nice staff but if I can’t get in for cleaning for more than 6 months now does it really matter? Save yourself the headache and go to a different dental associates. Edit: I was able to get into the Dental associates on Miller Parkway in under two weeks. Not sure what they’re doing at that location you guys aren’t. Edit: Almost a year later and it still seems they’re having staffing issues. If you want an evening or weekend appointment like 99% of people, expect to wait 2-3 months for a simple cleaning.

My son needed all his wisdom teeth pulled and we saw Dr. Kawas. He did a great job! My son’s recovery was very well and quick. Dr. Kawas even checked on my son several times during his recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Kawas!

Came for Wisdom teeth removal. I'm someone with a pretty intense phobia of big medical/dental procedures - anything beyond a basic checkup has the potential to give me a nasty panic attack. I let Dr. Kawas and the team know, and they took me very seriously and worked hard to make things as easy and comfortable as possible, from assuring consent and explaining everything happening to giving me a little something to calm down before I even saw so much as a needle. Really appreciate them listening and working with me. Made it easier for myself and certainly for them as well lol.

Horrible customer service. Bad dentists too, 2 caps fell off and my tooth broke apart after a filling. Never go here!

The last time I went to this clinic was in 2018. I will never go back. I waited for 30 minutes for the dentist- as I overheard him telling the office manager he would call in prescriptions for her - she had some kind of cold or sinus infection. Really? So unprofessional. After being charged for appointment I never made and getting nowhere with the office staff I have decided to find a PROFESSIONAL dentist.

Dr. Kawas was great! I have dental anxiety and he made me feel like it was normal. His after car was amazing as well!

Well, I'll admit that I was a little scared at first. Abby and Marissa made me feel so comfy. They answered my questions as fast as I could ask them! I had complete confidence in Dr. Kawas. He was thorough, when it came to my medical history, so I could have this procedure safely. thank you.

Horrible. Every appointment I have for a cleaning has been canceled because someone does show up for work.

Dr. Kawas performed my wisdom teeth surgery. He followed up with me the day after my surgery and answered all the questions that I had. I was having more pain than usual and he checked on me until the pain was totally gone. Also, the surgery went fantastic!

Please do not have go for the appointment. These people do not have system to intimate patients about their upcoming appointments. I booked the appointment for my daughter and these people did intimate me or sent the reminded. When I checked with them the lady told me that system had wrong telephone number. How can anyone be so careless to update wrong patient data. I had to reschedule the appointment only to find a next available date one month later. Very pathetic experience.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I need major dental work from a couple different doctors so there is some coordination that has to happen between the doctors staff people. DR. #1 says Maddie would call me to set up with DR #2 3 days go by and nothing so I call her explain the situation and she says she'll call me back. I wait a day nothing so call again and it's the same story as before call you back, wait another day and finally get an appointment. Now DR # 2 gives me a totally different price for the same work DR #1 did. Like $5000 higher when confronted with this he said he'll have Maddie call me to go over it. I was like yeah right she's never going to call and I was right. The DR.s are nice alone with their staff but One hand has no clue what the other one is doing they might do fine with the small stuff but go elsewhere for the big stuff the corporate environment there is terrible.

The dentist is by far my biggest fear. I needed my wisdom teeth pulled along with 4 others. Doctor Kawas and his team did such an incredible job at making me less nervous and did a great job with the procedure. It was nothing like what people say it’s like after you get your wisdom teeth pulled and I think that’s because he did such a good job. Not only did the procedure go good, but he gives you his personal number and checks up on you in the days after and answers any questions. He treats you like family, not just another patient. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kawas for a procedure. He was patient and explained everything during the consultation. He made me feel comfortable and did a great job on my procedure. I would see Dr. Kawas again if I need oral surgery in the future.

Dr Kawas and his nursing team where excellent. I had full upper teeth extractions. Everyone was polite and made me as comfortable as possible. The procedure was quick and painless during the procedure. I highly recommend Dr.Kawas and his nursing team . Thank you very much for the professionalism and great work , I couldn’t be happier .

Dr. Kawas and his team offered an outstanding customer experience from the time I entered the room to well after the wisdom teeth extraction was complete. They were supportive in calming the anxiety I had before we started by taking the time to hear my concerns and answer questions I had. They distracted me through conversation while the sedation started, and before I knew it, the wisdom teeth extraction was complete. Following the procedure, I was given a cell phone number for Dr. Kawas and was encouraged to text any time I had questions. I texted the number a few different times with questions that came up, and I always received a response by the end of the day by Dr. Kawas. I couldn’t recommend Dental Associates in Waukesha and Dr. Kawas and his team of assistants (Alicia and Abby) enough. They offer the care and support everyone is looking for in a wisdom teeth extraction.

Dr. Kawas is the BEST! I recently had oral surgery done and Dr. Kawas and his team was the best. I can’t say enough on how friendly and professional they all were. Dr. Kawas’ follow up with me after the surgery was OUTSTANDING and he made me feel at ease and that he cared. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.

After hearing great things about Dr. Kawas at Dental Associates Waukesha, I decided to schedule my wisdom teeth extraction with him. Dr. Kawas and his team did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable before, during, and after my surgery. He sent me follow up texts once I was recovering at home to make sure the healing process was going well. I was also able to ask him any questions I had about my recovery. Dr. Kawas and his team are very professional and personable. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Kawas for your oral surgery needs!

I am 34 and had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kawas. He did a wonderful job and even called to follow up to see how I was healing. Definitely recommend.

I was told today March 5th that the next available apptfor a root canal is April 19th. I am already in pain (and stated that) not to mention a month and a half of a possibly festering infection with zero medical care is not patient care! I have had good cleanings at this clinic

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kawas and his dental assistant, Abby. They went above and beyond to make things go smoothly and to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Kawas took his time and I left with minimal pain and all the things I needed to recover at home. 10/10 recommend this location and this staff.

My children have no anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr. DeLeon always explains to not only me, but my children what they can do to keep their teeth healthy. The staff is patient and gentle. Got charged 130$ for I have no idea what . I started getting calls from a debt collection agency . I assumed it was a medical bill I had missed when I had medical trouble in Janurary. Nope its this dentist office that I went to once for a teeth cleaning . When the pandemic started they said on their website that they were canceling/postponing their appointments. , I never made any other appointments nor followed up. I'm assuming the 130$ was for an appointment I didn't attend . All your workers from top bottom were awesome and I would be going back for them , but nah. I hope the 130$ was worth the complete loss of patronage.

Have had nothing but great experiences here. Dr. Chughtai and her staff have helped me create and execute a plan to get my smile back! Kris, my Hygienist was also great during my cleaning. The whole staff here does a great job with Covid protocols and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I would highly recommend.

The pediatric dentist and hygienist were AMAZING. This was our 2nd attempt at a dental office with our daughter and it was WORLDS different than when we tried the Wauwatosa clinic. Thank you Waukesha for your EXCELLENT service and warmth for my kid!!

Hygienist was very thorough and professional explained everything well and made recommendation as to how to improve care. The dentist was very matter of fact, seemed disinterested said she could do something and did not follow through. My wife and I had the same care and ended up with different charges, makes you wonder.

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed. And Dr Kawas and his team (Alicia, Monse, Karlye, and Maddie) were absolutely phenomenal! They did an incredible job of making sure I was comfortable before the procedure and before you know it I woke up and it was done. Dr Kawas has been extremely helpful, especially with all of my post procedure questions. I cannot recommend Dr Kawas and his team enough. They are the best!

Dr Kawas, the nurses and assistants took amazing care of me when I went in last week to have oral surgery. I admit that I’m terrified when it comes to any dental work, let alone a “surgical procedure”, but they were all masters at distracting me from my anxiety through friendly and comfortable conversation. As for the work I had done, I was able to leave his office with a pretty new smile and a feeling of relief that my fear was unfounded. I greatly appreciate the exceptional care I received from him and his team. I highly recommend Dr Kawas. Thank you! :)

Update: It's been almost a month, and I have sent multiple emails and have had no follow up or reply from Dental Associates. We went in for routine dental work for our son and they asked if we wanted to have optional sealants put on his teeth. I asked them to check our insurance and they said it was all covered under our plan. Shortly after, I received a bill for over $500.00 because only molars were covered on our dental insurance. At a time of financial hardship during Covid, this is devastating and I feel like I can't trust this clinic to give me accurate information.

Great experience and profesional service. They do a great job. Usually don’t like going to dentist but my dentist is excellent.
