My experience has been terrible. The Dr is good, and a cple shining stars that have been helpful. But so many negative moments make me seriously wish I had never ever ever ever gone to Froedterdt. I never imagined...

Took my 2 year old daughter for a Covid test here. It never made it to the lab. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone and they keep giving you a phone number that goes to voicemail and nobody calls you back. I will never trust any type of care to them and question Froedert overall.

Don’t schedule an appointment to get a Covid test here! The number to call when you arrive doesn’t even go through to anyone so you are just left sitting in your car wondering how many times you should try before you eventually leave. And that’s WITH an appointment!!

If you need to get COVID test done, stay away from this location if possible. I was told to show up 10 minutes prior to my appointment which exactly what I did, with 2 young kids in the back seats. I called the number and answered all the questions upon arrival ans was told to wait for them to call us in. 30 mins went by, I called them back and was told it's 40 mins wait because things are running behind. I thought it's only 10 more minutes from then so all good. Another 30 minutes went by and still nothing. I called back again and was told there are still a lot of people ahead of us and nothing she could do. Why couldn't they tell us the real wait time at once? It took me and 2 kids almost 2 hours waiting in the parking lot to finally get tested.

Good place to go for a scheduled check up or follow up appointment. Being able to take care of lab work without an appointment is a plus. I really like my primary care and eye doctor here. I really like being able to schedule an appointment online using my chart. The biggest downside is you have to schedule your appointment sometimes well over a month in advance. If you need any care that isn't scheduled well in advance you're forced to go to an urgent care instead.

The things I have heard firsthand about this specific clinic, the nurses, and the charge nurse leave me speechless...and that's not a compliment. I am a Froedtert patient, but you will never find me stepping through the door of this clinic! Rude, disrespectful, and thoughtless are their best qualities. But failing to send orders for scripts, return patients' phone calls, or address patients' concerns are unprofessional, uncaring, and unforgivable.

This is a fine place to go for a scheduled appointment. It's nice that they have the urgent care/walk in service here, as it has X-ray imaging available and you can go from an appointment straight to your X-ray and back again without leaving. They also have a mini lab where you can come for bloodwork. The staff will work hard to get you in for a scheduled appointment if you need to come in on short notice, and will arrange for you to see a different physician than your regular doctor if needed. However, I have not had a lot of success with the walk-in/urgent care service in and of itself. The hours are kind of weird (not open until 12:30 pm most days) and even if you wait until they open, changcs are there won't be anyone staffing it!! What the hell? No doctors, no nurses. So why say you are "open" for walk-ins? Walk in, walk out. Don't bother unless you have an appointment. If you are in the Froedtert network and need urgent care, go to the Moorland Road location (at Moorland and Beloit Rd). They are open from 7 am until 11:30 pm and are excellent.
