My son is autistic and when our insurance changed we switched to this dental clinic. They are great at what they do. It only took a few visits before he'd lay back and not push them away. Still doesn't like going to the dentist but it's not traumatic for him anymore, and thanks everyone for getting his teeth clean when he's done? It is frustrating when you are a new patient with the long wait list, but if you tell them to try and get you in sooner if they have a cancellation they will get you in.

Very unprofessional dental hygienists and staff. Take your children elsewhere. When your child needs dental work done they have you save your nose guard for the laughing gas and reuse it for your next visit. How unsanitary! I watched them take back the wrong patient and they laughed about it. Instead of asking customers if they need help or calling to see if patients that are on their waiting list are wanting new appointments they are talking about their personal lives. When your child has cavities they asked me what’s going on at home verse seeing how they can fill the cavity. Being a medical professional myself I highly recommend to go elsewhere! Such a shame patients are treated like this. They continued to ask me if we were brushing our child’s teeth when instead they could have been showing us better brushing habits. They could have taken the time to teach and educated verse be little me for my child’s cavities. I’d rather pay out of pocket verse taking my child to this unprofessional dental clinic ever again. Instead of taking the time to educate parents and show them correct dental care they criticize you. If I could give zero stars I would??

Community smiles Dental is nice place to go to with your kids but I just think there rule are messed up because they don’t understand the patients. I feel like they don’t listen to you and they kick you out of there clinic for missing two appointments with out understanding and the girl had an attitude. I never heard of a dentist kicking people for missing two appointments and then want me to wright a letter to the manager like no. I would never go back there again or really recommending this place to any of my friends and family.

Thank you to the reviewer who pointed out that the clinic is mostly for children. It is on their site but it's down at the bottom of the page under 'About Us' It says: ' WCCDC is a full time safety net dental clinic. All of our costs are funded by donations, grants, and by Medicaid payment. The main goal of the dental clinic is to increase access to dental care for low-income children, high-risk pregnant moms, and adults with special health needs." Unfortunately you have to rate to leave a review, even if it's not about how their performance.

Add an additional 15 mins to the time to get here. Construction prevented me from parking at the actual building. Very inconvenient especially because I came from 94 and Barstow was completely closed. It is not open to residents or businesses

Worst experience. Staff is rude, wait to get in is ridiculously long. Once I finally was scheduled for my daughters appointment they told me "tomorrow at 1:50" but sent no text or email confirmation or call so the next day I call several times to confirm 1:50 (I had to take off work) every time I got voicemail they FINALLY called back at 1:13 and told me the appointment was for 12:50 and now she can't be seen for 6 months? So frustrating.

My experience at Waukesha County Community dental was a good one.I'm currently pregnant and no other dentist office would see me accept them.My orginal appointment was on March 27th , so I decided to call them because I thought that was a long time to wait.So I got to go in almost two days after calling which I thought was nice of them. The two fillings I had done were good also.Thank you.?

Called today and they told me they won’t take adults even though the site says they do. Also listed under forward health site as taking adults and is the only place in the area that is covered by it. Have to drive 40 minutes to Oconomowoc to get a cleaning...garbage.

I am currently going through the most difficult time of my (financially) and this place welcomed me and helped me find the treatment I needed. The staff there, particularly the DA (I was so scared and in pain I'm not sure if their names) with first name J and the DDS Swarvoski that I dealt with, were so kind, empathetic and most importantly non-judgmental! My only complaint would be that they could not perform what I needed-which is completely out of their control. (So that isn't a negative toward them-just to whom ever makes the decisions as to the parameters of their care. ) I am truly grateful for their help. I don't give reviews unless I am truly moved one way or another. Eternally grateful.
