If you are here reading reviews it must be because you are looking for a dentist, well look no further! You will not be disappointed choosing Dental Care of Waukesha in the Meijer shopping center. I was so anxious having to find a new dentist and then having to go! But from the online scheduling to the virtual paper work the booking a new dentist part was a breeze. The office is conveniently located, and easy to access. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. Every staff member clearly and kindly communicated the steps to processes, what they were doing and why, and exactly what was going on. Both the dentist AND the technician were so delicate and efficient it was so refreshing. They asked for confirmation every step of the way and at the end explained everything very clearly. The finance staff member (I believe her name was Joanne) was exceptional! She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The fees even without insurance were much less than I had expected and with my insurance were nearly if not half. Before leaving I made an appointment for one family member and intend to bring the rest as well! I am so pleased with the incredible luck I had in finding Dental Care of Waukesha, I assure you you will be pleased as well!

My sweet, sad chomp-chomps needed an overhaul, and I figured this place for the bill. Dental? Yes. Care? Hopefully. Of Waukesha? I live in Waukesha, so very well located and highly relevant to my convenience. Made a painless appointment via their website, and then headed there shortly before my appointment. Walking in? What I assume were smiling faces, of staff and clients, hidden behind the requisite face masks for safety. After a short wait, I was taken back, scanned and irradiated, and shown the results. Also, provided some information to allow me the info needed for a knowledgeable consideration of the plan moving forward. Step one? My first filling. Luckily, Jaime and Doc Jordan (I sincerely hope I recalled these names correctly) were sweet and pleasant and ever so gentle on me. In the end, it hurt more to keep my mouth open than the drilling and all, and no painkillers. Doc Jordan has the golden touch, like Midas but with…pain? I mean, not pain. Like, when he touches you, it doesn’t hurt anymore. I guess…maybe some stuff still hurts, if it has nothing to do with your mouth and it hurt when you walked in the door, but can you blame him? He’s a dentist, not a whatever-it-is-you-need. And the front desk staff? All lovely. A second Jaime, and another woman whose name I woefully did not get. Fantastic service, well satisfied and I don’t exactly look forward to going back, but I will do so with an ever better smile on my face, each time!

I was greeted and taken care of in such a positive way! All of the services were completed with great thoroughness and care and the staff there are top notch! Would definitely recommend Dental Care of Waukesha for any dental needs.

My first time at Dental Care. The receptionist was very cordial and professional. The hygienist and dentist were very thorough, caring and easy to to communicate with. All employees I encountered were welcoming and made me feel as if I had been a patient for a long time.

From start to finish, my experience was outstanding! The staff warmly welcomed me, addressed my concerns without judgement, and made me feel comfortable and confident being in their care.

Ive spent the last year looking for a good dentist office in the area. Been to three other offices, this is honestly the best one ive ever been to in any state ive lived in. Associates are kind and cordial, office is clean and orderly. The Dr. and techs seem to really love what they do and do great work while providing a pleasant experience for me, the patient. Dental work has always made me uneasy, dental care of Waukesha has made much more comfortable going to see a Dentist.

I experience extreme anxiety at the mention of going to the dentist. I found someone years ago who made me feel very comfortable and at ease unfortunately couple years back he retired and I have been searching for a replacement with not much luck until I walked into Dental Care of Waukesha. From the time I walked in there until I left I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with. They were up front with the cost not at all pushy and very understanding of my needs.

This dental office gives you a whole different perspective on going to the dentist. Highly recommend!

Brittany was very sweet. The office is very organized and runs well. The doctor was personable too. They were very cost conscious and made sure to communicate what insurance would cover. I will be going back here!

Like most people I don't enjoy going to the dentist. Today I had a root canal done and I tell you there was no pain whatsoever. Maybe a little discomfort towards the end but in all in was a very good experience!

The front office staff are very friendly. Brittany is a fantastic hygienist. She was very friendly. I was nervous, Brittany made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Brittany explained every thing she was going to do before she did it, and was very gentle. Dr. Patel, the dentist, was very nice. I am very happy with the dental care they provided.

Wonderful place! I think the staff is amazing here and the doctor is wonderful! Big shout out to Brittany - she was fabulous with my 3-year old son for his first time at the dentist. She kept him entertained and sang songs that left him excited and engaged for his visit! Thank you for a great first impression for my kiddo - we'll see you all soon!

This was my third visit to this dentist. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. They were so welcoming, comforting, and informative. So far Dr. Patel, Britney and Angie have worked with me on my needs and they have only been absolutely incredible and skilled.

overall a perfect dental experience. The facility is brand new and extremely clean. Everyone here is so kind, upbeat and happy. Virtually no wait time in the waiting room. I got right in and was greeted by a super nice receptionist. The dental hygienist was also extremely nice, kind, efficient and courteous. The Dentist here is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Overall, a wonderful Dental experience and would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for dental care.

I have to say, I had the most amazing filling experience in a while. I am very anxious about going to the dentist and I informed the receptionist of this. I was worried I be judged, but she was so amazing. She set up lavender essential oils and got me a warm, fuzzy blanket to have during my appointment. She also informed the dentist and helpers and they turned on HGTV for me to watch (which who doesn’t love a good home renovation show). They explained every step of the process, gave me plenty of time to mentally prepare and gave me a break during it so I could rest. Amazing.

I am a “high anxiety patient”. I just got back from having a crown put on and can’t believe how gentle Dr. Patel is. Her assistant Molly and her work together so well. I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone who has anxiety over going to the dentist.

Dr. Patel is wonderful and caring. I’m not a fan of the dentist; however, she puts any fears to rest with her calm demeanor, caring attitude, and vast knowledge and expertise. With her as my dentist, I can actually say I don’t mind going to the dentist!

I was very nervous going to the dentist as it was about 30 years since I went to one. They made me feel right at home from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. They explained everything and Dr Patal was outstanding. You need to go to Dental Care of Waukesha because they really do care about your oral health.

I really like this place. However after today I was a little disappointed that they quoted me a $1200 next appointment and will not do payment plans in house. I asked why because I had some this previous on payment plan and she said it comes down to individual. I had paid previous bills in full but now they won’t do it. I felt a bit judged.

I was nervous before going as I've never liked the dentist but the hygienist made me feel really comfortable and did a great job on my teeth! Dr Patel was very detailed about the issues I had and gave me good options without pressure. Highly recommend this dentist!

I haven’t been to a dentist in several years due to bad experiences I’ve had with other dentists in the past and high Anxiety. I was very nervous going into my first appointment, but the staff ended up being so friendly and professional. I felt like they cared about me and they didn’t judge me at all. I would recommend Dental Care of Waukesha to everyone!

They send lots of reminders so you don’t forget. Friendly from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Everything is thoroughly explained.

The Dentist and her staff were all absolutely wonderful!! I had a dental emergency and I was seen quickly. The service was way beyond my expectations as everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. The people here are very good at their jobs. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to go.

I went in for a dental emergency and needed a root canal. The staff were outstanding, helping to ease my dental anxiety and making me feel as comfortable as possible with lavender oil and TV during the procedure. It was a painless process and I am beyond grateful for their work and compassion.

Impressed with this dentist's office. They did a very thorough job on my cleaning. Dr Patel was great with explaining everything and so was Britani (sorry about the spelling). Actually everyone there was polite and friendly. Guess I found a new dentist!
