Excellent, very professional Dentist & staff! Dr Falh has been my dentist for almost 20 years Saved my teeth! Recently broke a tooth, got in next day for temporary crown Staff very flexible with scheduling, getting you in asap, notifying you of cancelations, etc Also referred me to my periodontist. Sincerely recommend this practice-outstanding establishment!

What a fantastic place all around. I had a bit of unexpected dental urgency. I live in another state and was working at the nearby hospital helping out with the pandemic. I had 3 places turning me down as I was a new patient and needed everything to be done, and they would not accommodate me at all. This place was amazing. They took me in the same day and everyone was very friendly/professional. Dr Fahl is really great, composed, confident, fixed my urgent issue, and we had a nice simple human conversation. I am a Hospitalist PA myself going above and beyond for my patients, and it was nice to be for once on the other side and receive the care and compassion that I strive to provide for my patients. I am a regular patient now, me being out of state does not matter. Thank you!

Dr. Fahl and his team are fantastic! It’s a very welcoming, comfortable office and Dr. Fahl is great with both kids and adults. Definitely a dentist you can trust.

I can't believe they have a person they call a professional in the business office that treats people like I was treated over the phone by Paula. I was trying to figure out where I had to pay a bill. She first asked for my name they after finding out she jumped down my throat about where I needed to pay it. Remember though I only called because they called me on Friday and told me that they were canceling my dentist appointment because I had unpaid pay for $131. So she tells me I had to call their lawyer to pay it or if I needed to set up payment arrangements. Now IT'S MONDAY.! She told me that they sent out several notices about this and their lawyer also sent one. I didn't receive them at all but she tried telling me I did. She said she didn't send then certified or anything so really she has no idea if I got them or not unless she is a minder reader and if she was not a very good one because I didn't get them. Not only that I asked them to check to make sure that everything was going to be cover before services and that I didn't know if the service would be covered because I went somewhere else before them so I wanted them to check but no they still found something to charge me with. I just want for the record we paid our bill today in full. She also had to ask us if I would like to keep my appointment that was cancelled ...Really?

I am so disappointed in this company and how they do business. So unprofessional. They couldn't answer any of my questions nor could they validate what service was done but still charged us for something they were supposed to check to see if it was covered under our insurance. We even asked if they could tell us how much it was going to be before the service and not only that if they could check to see if I had the service because I didn't know so I would not be charged twice.

Wonderful professional group! Have had Dr. Bayer as my dentist since he began his practice here. He is up to date on all the latest advances in care and is always considerate and gentle when doing procedures. The entire staff makes you feel welcome-like being part of a family!

I love this place mainly the careful way all of the people treat their client's. Super recommended! I went again mid november and as usual I was provided by wonderful professionals.

Excellent dentistry and support. I drive an hour each way and have for four years to receive honest and clear explanations for my dental issues, which are minimal due, in great part, to Dr. Fahl and his team.

Dr. Bayer and his hygienists have always made for a relaxing visit. They are thorough and at the same time gentle. The atmosphere is warm and almost like being in a very attractive home. My husband and I have been patients for many years.... too many to count....and have been well satisfied with the treatment we’ve been given.

I saw Dr Joe Fahl on Monday 8/19/2019 for a 6 month dental exam and teeth cleaning. The results were that I had no cavities again. Dr Fahl clearly explains what he is doing and has a reassuring manner. I have been going to him for over 20 years. His dental hygienist, Kayla, is very thorough and pleasant. The office staff of Riki and Karen are so friendly and efficient. Surprisingly, it’s a pleasure to go to the dentist.

I was going to a different dentist. Over time the rates he charged seemed to go up well ahead of the cost of living. I looked around for a different dentist and found Dr Bayer. His rates appeared to be in line. His care in his work is apparent. I have had some crowns put in over the years. He spends time fitting them properly and have never had to have adjustments unlike my past experiences. I would recommend him for anybody looking for no nonsense dental work.

I have been seeing Dr. Fahl as my primary Dentist for over 25 years and I could not be happier. Their entire office staff is extremely professional and both Dr. Fahl and Dr. Bayer are awesome. I had a problem one time and there was no hesitation to work past closing hours to resolve the issue.

I see him professionally as little as possible, provided I follow his advice on oral hygiene:-). But he and the staff at Bayer & Fahl are as gracious and welcoming as any patient could ask for. I'm one of the lucky folks who also gets to hang out with Joe pretty regularly away from work. Volunteer work with Rotary, and social time, often including his wife Kay in both venues.
