They are quick and efficient, I’ve had great success so far! Their office is very nice and clean and their staff is friendly and competent. Would definitely recommend!

I love this establishment. Everyone is nice and friendly. As an adult getting braces is a challenge. I went in nervous as can be Julie was very welcoming. She told me everything I needed to know before getting started. Did I mention I was also pregnant!!?? I was so touched when everyone of them wrote a message in a card for me with a tooth brush for my unborn baby( he is 6months now with two teeth guess what?) he is using it lol. Whenever I have an issues the ladies at the front are always willing to help. I am so happy I choose this place my two hours drive every month is not in vain. My smile has come a long way. If you ever want to do something for yourself don’t hesitate money shouldn’t be an issue especially if it’s your smile. I can smile from ear to ear regardless of the braces being on! I love it at prestwitch orthodontist. Oh and when I got that gift from them I went in the car and shed few tears of joy! My pregnancy was hard and that made my whole journey easy. I can write all day but I will digress.

I absolutley love coming here! Everyone is super welcoming and extremely helpful. I come in with both of my kids, a 3 year old and my 8 month year old. My 8 month year old is being carried and took care of while the orthodontics is doing his amazimg job and my daughter is given stickers and things so that she is calm and lets me concentrate on my appoitment. Also dentist are great I get to meet with the orthodontist he makes changes where he sees necessary and nothing is painful nothing is bothersome. I would completly recomend this place to anyone and everyone !!! The orthodontist will be consistent and not stop untill you are satisfied with your smile ?

I had a great appointment today! The techs put my chains on to start closing up the gaps in my teeth, one step closer to having a smile that I can be happy to show. The new girl did most of the work today, forgot her name ?‍♂️ but she did great! Awesome people with wonderful personalities.

My daughter just got her braces off. During the two year process everyone at Prestwich were wonderful. Special shout out to Lea who helped us out with after hour questions & issues. And to Becky who always is so friendly & also got my daughter squeezed in when she had a problem & we were heading on vacation. Highly recommend Prestwich!

Dr. Prestwich's office is fabulous! They genuinely care about their patients and spend extra time with you if you have questions. They have made the extra effort to work with insurance, our dentist, and the surgeon required for one of my daughters. I would not go anywhere else.

My son is currently on his second phase of braces with Prestwich; I’ve never had a bad experience. Mandy and Becky are always so nice as soon as we walk in the door. Julie walked us through everything billing wise. My son adores all of the techs he’s come in contact with! Highly recommend them!

Incredile customer service, even for non-patients!! We were in Minot for an unfortunate reason (funeral), and my son's wire popped out of a bracket. He tried to "tough it out" for a few days, but we knew we couldn't get him into our Orthodontist in Utah for 5 days with travel, etc. I called Prestwich Orthodontics, explained my predicament, and without hesitation, they told us to stop by. We weren't in the back longer than a minute, and my son was good to go!! So very thankful for all of you at Prestwich, thank you!!!

Dr.Prestwich is a great orthodontist. I’m currently seeing him for Invisalign. He’s easy to talk to, down to earth and fair with his pricing. Highly recommend!

Super friendly and very professional! My treatment plan was explained in detail and they answered all my questions so that I felt confident in going forward with the treatment. The entire office is welcoming and seem genuinely happy to be there and see patients. I can't recommend this place enough!

I was so pleased with how quickly Prestwich Orthodontics was able to fit me in for a minor repair to my permanent retainer. I've had it break previous several years ago (done by a different doctor in another state), and I had to wait before I could get in for it to be fixed. Just within that short period, my teeth were being to shift. I knew this time I wanted to have to fixed ASAP! The issue happened on a Friday afternoon so I knew I couldn't be seen until at least the following week. I called Monday morning and was so grateful that I was able to be seen that afternoon. Dr. Prestwich talked me through all of the steps and explained his reasoning behind what he wanted to do versus a "quicker" fix that probably would not last. I was so impressed with the friendliness and warmth of the office staff and the knowledge, patience, and concern with Dr. Prestwich. I know eventually my permanent retainer will need to be completely replaced and I will be coming back. Both of my boys will eventually need braces, and if we are still in the area, we will certainly be coming back!

Very experienced and friendly staff environment, clean and nice. I liked talking with the doctor, he seemed to understand and paid attention to detail while i was there.

The personnel here were warm and friendly. I really enjoyed my experience and they also have an online consultation which I thought was great. They have a machine that takes a picture of your teeth while it is being scanned with the machine. I thought that was pretty cool. I look forward to my next appointment.

We didn't have to wait for service & it didn't take long for my granddaughter to get her braces put on. She has experienced a fair am't of pain this week because of cuts in her mouth from the braces.

Prestwich Orthodontics has a great zero interest payment plan. They are wonderful about helping both of my kids stay on the same schedule so I can minimize the amount of appointments. They have always been great about thoroughly educating us on each step and are doing their best to help us stay within a timeline so we don't end up PCSing and then having to start over somewhere else. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The entire Prestwich team is the BEST!! I really feel like I’m a part of the family. The ladies up front watch my son for me during my appointments and they even got us a gift when I had him! They always go above and beyond with customer care, I couldn’t be happier. I’m so glad I trusted them with my orthodontic care. I get my braces off next month and although I’m extremely excited, I’m also disappointed I won’t be seeing this lovely staff once a month anymore. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Prestwich and his team, you won’t be disappointed.

I haven’t seen an orthodontist for about ten years since I have a permanent retainer, well it ended up breaking on a Friday when everyone was closed (just my luck). Dr. Prestwich came in at a time that worked for me and fully removed the old one and put a new one in as a FAVOR for my original orthodontist in Bismarck! $0 out of my pocket! I wanted to cry with how nice he was and how he went out of his way for someone that wasn’t even a patient in the office! I will definitely go back if I ever need to!

This orthodontist is great. I went there for almost 3 years and never had to wait more than 8 minutes in the waiting room. All the staff is super friendly and know what they are doing.

The whole staff was professional and kind. We didn’t feel rushed, and they took the time to answer our questions.

Prestwich has the friendliest staff of any doctor’s office in town. They really bend over backwards to make you feel like you’re a part of their little community, holding contests and drawings, and even sending quarterly newsletters. In 2.5 years I never had trouble scheduling or rescheduling appointments, same day emergency appointments, or fixing any payment issues that arose. Top quality service meets affordability meets impeccable results. This place is a unicorn.

I had the best experience with Prestwich. Every visit was on time, the entire staff knew me by name and treated me as a person. They have awesome payment plans, a really nice facility, and a professional get friendly staff. As for my teeth, they know what they are doing. I've been under their care for 6 months and my mouth looks so much better. I have to finish my treatment in another state do to work relocation. They helped me find a new provider and sent me away with a smile. 5 stars all day long.

Such an amazing staff! Dr. Prestwich took time away from his family on a holiday to help with a dental emergency. My retainer had come loose and was stabbing my tongue. I don't live in town but called and left a message that I was in dire need of help. They called me back right away and drove to the closed office and met me within 10minutes. Took care of me efficiently and professionally and were very kind. Best experience with a bad situation ever!!!

We had the best experience with Prestwich ortho. My daughter had a bad/ traumatic experience in Florida with her old ortho, when we moved to Minot he came recommended to us and has been SO worth it! All of the techs we encountered were amazing over the last year and a half that she had left. The front desk has also always been awesome and very helpful with making appointments that work around our schedule. A++

The staff is friendly and professional. They do have a payment plan for services. The boys smiles have really improved.

I've never been involved with a business that has acted so unprofessionally. I had an appointment that was somewhat urgent and the orthodontist cancelled the appointment. I had my permanent bar (that was behind my two front teeth to keep them from shifting) removed at the dentist so he could fill in a cavity properly. I then had an appointment at Preswich afterwards to get my bar put back on. It was rescheduled, however, not till almost a month later. It's been only about ten days and my teeth have already shifted. When I called to express my fears of my teeth shifting without the bar in place, the receptionist preceded to tell me that I never even had an appointment that day. I responded by telling her that I did have an appointment and that I was even called by them to let me know that my appointment was canceled due to the orthodontist having family related emergency. She then told me to call back the following day because she wasn't the "expert" and after repeatingly telling her my situation, asking if I could somehow get an appointment sooner than almost a month later, she was confused and of no help. I'm very disappointed, because my front teeth have now shifted and the gap I had before braces is back. I tried getting appointments everwhere or anywhere else, but there's such a long wait and especially for new patients. I would not recommend this place.

Man oh man our daughter had it rough with her first set of braces (before moving to North Dakota) Ness Dentist recommended us here and thank you Ness! Prestwich was able to get our kiddos braces fixed and corrected without charging an arm and a leg. He is very caring and takes his time, ensuring comfort and answering any questions asked. Ladies at the front are wonderful and polite always a pleasure chatting with. Ladies in the back all seem to make the patients feel comfortable and relaxed. Best Orthodontist in Minot in my opinion. I’m extremely happy with the results from Prestwich Orthodontics. After checking out other Orthodontics in Minot, I selected Prestwich to do my braces. They have a comfortable environment and of course the cost for braces beat out the others. I’ve been with them for 10 months now and they have always treated me very well. This starts with the friendly receptionists all the way to Dr. Prestwich. They've always listened to concerns and provided solutions to get my teeth exactly where I wanted. I will definitely choose Prestwich Orthodontics again if my kids ever need braces. I recommend them to all family and friends. Thanks again to all the friendly staff at Prestwich!

I have had 2 kids seen here they were excellent!!! 1 is done with braces and the other has to go back! Great staff! Great service! We travel all the way from Williston! But it is so worth it! Thanks to the wonderful staff!

Honestly, the GREATEST staff and service I've ever had. Now you get out as much as you put in, so I suggest getting to know the people there because in the 2 years I had my braces, I ended up looking forward to every appointment. And it sure helps that the quality of their work is fantastic.

One of the associates were straight up in a bad mood, wasn’t ashamed to show it, and I was lucky enough to be her patient. And while I showed her a smile, she discouraged it and just walked away. While the changing of colours was going on, she was very aggressive. On the other hand, the other associates I’ve been with were really nice. Especially the front desk! :) But just not this one. :( Tip - I think you guys should put chapstick or some kind of vaseline on your customers because it’s winter now. Some people might not be able to put on chapstick before they go to an orthodontist, and the associate might just pull and tear your mouth apart. So, open wide!

The whole staff is so friendly! The doctor takes him time with each patient and really listens to what you have to say! Recommend 10/10!

Just finished my Invisalign treatment at Prestwich Orthodontics & I couldn’t be happier with the results! It only took 10 weeks & my teeth are PERFECT! I love that they were nearly invisible when wearing. It was a pretty hands off experience as I only had to go in twice. Dr. Prestwich & his whole staff were a pleasure to be treated by!

I just finished with my orthodontist work. It took a lot longer to complete not because of the doctor but my teeth just didn’t want to my. The doctors and staff were great. By the time it was all done they were all like Family. You couldn’t ask for a more friendly office staff. I’m glad the work is done but will miss going in and visiting.

Sommer/Prestwich orthodontist is a efficient, and care free way to brighten up your smile in as short a time as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to fix their face bones.
