Someone recommended this place to me and I really wanted to go here but it says that masks are required. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Moved from out of state… Dr Bethany came highly recommended. She and the staff were very accommodating to an old lady with dentist phobia… super pleasant experience. How many folks can say that about a trip to the dentist? Thank you so much.

I recently had a root canal done with Dr. Jensen and her team! This was my first root canal and I was very nervous about it. When a person hears those two words; my mind automatically thinks of pain and suffering! My experience was the exact opposite! Dr. Jensen thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns. I was relaxed and comfortable the entire procedure. I went from having an unbearable toothache to zero pain whatsoever. I would highly recommend Dr. Jensen to anyone who may need a root canal in the future!

Dr. Jensen is the very best. She is thorough, professional and committed to ensuring my dental health. Our city is fortunate to have this caliber of dental care!

Dr. Jensen is a true professional, but still is genuine and very kind. I was concerned about a broken tooth that I had neglected a few years ago, and not only did she do an outstanding job of fixing it, I also never felt judged for letting it get so bad. I now look forward to my semi annual appointments, and haven't had a cavity since!

Broadway Family Dentistry was recommended to me three years ago. I am so happy with my decision to switch to Broadway Family Dentistry. In fact, I now go once a quarter for regular cleanings. The customer service is top notch. Appointment times are always kept as scheduled. My 7 year old son was recently in a bike accident and experienced some mouth trauma. The ER doctor was able to connect with Broadway Family Dentistry after regular business hours for guidance. The following morning, I was able to bring my son in for a follow up appointment. Broadway Family Dentistry offered a level of comfort and security in what was a stressful time for my son and his parents. Very glad we decided to go here. My son is very stubborn and has adhd,ODD and mild autism. Heidi was amazing with him. He let her do everything she needed to do to clean his teeth :o He usually has a lot of issues at dentists. Dr Jenson is also very informative and can really tell they want what's best for your child. They give lots of great information and advice. My son has always had a problem with sleeping as well and she subjected a Little retainer that is called a habit corrector that they wear at night that help align the jaw for better breathing at night and i think it will really help my son! they were also really great with my 3 year old and explained everything that they were doing to him before hand and he even sat perfectly still for everything :o they made it a fun and positive experience for him which I'm so happy with! Even with me, i've had 3 dentist try everything they could to help my sensitivity on my teeth and none could figure out why. Dr Jenson found a small crack on the tooth i said hurt and i'm getting a crown on it soon and hopefully will be better :) The front desk ladies are super sweet as well and got us all in at the same time to accommodate our trip from Glenburn so we didn't have to travel on multiple days. They always fully explain any billing of what Insurance will cover and how much you would pay upfront as well. Will definitely be our go to dentist while we are stationed here! Thank you so much.

My children and I have been going to this place for several years. The staff is amazing and very compassionate. The amazing service starts the second you walk in and are greeted from Wendy and Megan. They always go way beyond what I expect. The hygienist do the best job. Makes me look forward to my next appointments. How many people can actually say they look forward to the next dentist appointment? Me ??

I have been going to Broadway Family Dentistry for years now and absolutely love the place. Dr. Jensen has been great with my orthodontia and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Their extra safety precautions in the midst of a pandemic are also commendable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for professional service and a great atmosphere.

Wonderful staff; the front desk ladies are very nice and the team is very professional. My kids had been very nervous about dentist visits until they met Dr. Jensen who is the best dentist we have had. Personally, I have the greatest experience with Dr. Jensen, My filling fell off and I called the office, I immediately got an appointment (although it was during COVID 19 outbreak). She fixed my filling perfectly AT NO CHARGE!!. Besides her professionalism, Dr. Jensen is an amazing person and very friendly.

Dr. Jensen and her staff are amazing! I am new to the area and wasn’t sure what dentist to go to. A coworker referred me to Broadway Dental and I can strongly confirm that this will be my new dentist from now on. I have some dental anxiety from previous practices and Dr. Jensen and her staff were completely understanding and happy to accommodate me with headphones and even a blanket! She was so informal and walked me through the entire procedure of my tooth filling. Afterwards she took extra time to explain further instructions and generally seemed to care about what I had to say. It was so nice not to feel rushed out of the office like so many other dentists can be. I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know about Broadway Dental!! :)

I had a bad dental experience as a child, and now as an adult, I dread going. However, not anymore. Dr. Jensen and her staff made me feel so welcome and calm. I’m already looking forward to going back in December!

The staff at Broadway Family Dentistry are so friendly and accommodating. The dental assistants are professional and thorough in their cleaning. My daughter and I love Dr. Jensen. My family and I have been going to Broadway Family Dental for almost 5 years and every appointment has been nothing but wonderful! We are always greeted with a welcoming smile and are never rushed out. The nurses are thorough with their work and are super accommodating when I have to bring my two young children along to my appointments. The nurses give my daughter coloring pages, books, and even visit with her while I’m getting my work done. Megan at the front desk, is always a pleasure to work with regarding payments and scheduling. Dr. Hirst is so friendly too! He and the staff of Broadway Family Dental are phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Our son had a tongue tie and Dr. Jensen and her staff did an excellent job. She was very thorough and detailed allowing us to feel comfortable and understand the diagnosis, procedure, and after care with ease. The front desk reception and assistants were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job helping with our insurance and any questions we had.

As a man whose experienced more than his share of dental work, I can honestly say that this was my most favorable experience. So much so that I am planning on going back to get other work completed; and I’ll be sending my family as well. I firmly believe that if every visit was as nice we’d have a better appreciation for dentists without the apprehension and dread associated with the routine visits.

Dr's. Hirst and Jensen are so caring and gentle. I enjoy seeing them and trust them. Broadway Family Dentistry is more than Dr's Hirst and Jensen, from the time you enter the building, you're greeted with kind and professional people then you meet the hygentists and dental assistants who are equally all of the aforementioned. They have a wonderful chairside manner, are very personable and make accommodations for your comfort, including headphones and a blanket. I can't say enough good things about Broadway Family Dentistry. I'm very thankful to have found them.

I avoided the dentist for 3-4 years due to an awful experience at my last dentist (tech shoving in the bite-wing xray as I was pushing her back). I had some tooth pain recently and knew I needed to go to avoid a cavity becoming anything worse. I cried all weekend leading up to the appointment thinking about those bite-wing xrays. But Jacinta was AMAZING. She let me hold the xray tool and gave me complete control of pushing it into my mouth. It took about 20 seconds total and afterwards, I said "that was it?!" No gagging and minimal discomfort. She would ask frequently during the rest of the appointment if I was okay and would tell me everything she was doing. Dr. Jensen was the same way; very kind and understanding and walked me through everything. I never leave reviews, but this office definitely cured me of my phobia and I know I won't dread any future appointments.

I was suffering with mouth pain on a Friday. The staff was able to accommodate me in just a few hours. I will definitely be a future patient.

I had a tooth break off of my dentures on Sunday evening. I called the office Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. I dropped the plate off and had it back Thursday afternoon. I was expecting a 3 or 4 day wait. Great service. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Broadway Family Dentistry.

My three young daughters have all seen Dr. Jensen the last few years. We have found BFD team to be professional, gentle, and friendly. She takes time to talk with me, never seem rushed, and offers helpful suggestions regarding caring for feisty todlers' teeth. My youngest daughter had a tongue tie lasered as a newborn. Everything went perfectly and made nursing much more comfortable. My husband and I see Dr Hirst as well, and have always had excellent gentle care. What sets BFD apart the most? Their timeliness. I don't know how they do it, but they have never been late getting our appointments started. Having little kids and driving from out of town means waiting in a waiting room not much fun! I think of them whenever I am sitting waiting somewhere for an appointment. Lastly, they have a very clean bathroom and changing table! Necessities!

I took my 2 week old son into this office, after being referred by a lactation consultant, for a lip tie. As soon as Dr. Jensen saw him she knew right away what needed to be done, which was a relief after his pedi told me there was nothing wrong. She walked me threw everything they would need to do for revision and was very understanding about my worried with sending my newborn for a procedure. After the procedure she allowed me to sit in her office to nurse my son and comfort him. She was very professional, comforting and up to date on recent research and techniques. I highly recommend her.

Dr Jensen was wonderful to work with. My newborn daughter was having breastfeeding/ latch difficulties due to suspected tongue and lip tie. I called the office and Dr Jensen was able to see me the next day. She approached our initial appointment with such care and love--you could tell she genuinely cared about the importance of our breastfeeding journey while also understanding my emotions and concern over the suggested procedure. She answered all of our questions and even was able to do the procedure the same day so I didn't have to come back later that week (with a toddler and a newborn). She and her staff handled my daughter with love and care. My daughter nursed immediately following the procedure with so much more ease. Dr Jensen followed up with us the next day and ensured all was well. Overall I cannot express my gratitude to her enough--I would recommend her to any mother who is struggling with a painful, shallow or difficult latch!

My entire family goes here and we love it! It started with my daughter who, at 4 months, I found out had a lip tie. Dr. Bethany was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had such a great experience with her and the staff we all became patients. My kids, 6,3, and 2 love going to the dentist. I think that says something:)

Dr. Jensen and her staff were wonderful with my three year old! My son's exam and cleaning went smoothly and he (and I) will be excited for next year's checkup.

I've always had a dental phobia. I avoided the dentist for years, and ended up with a lot of problems as a result. Dr Jensen changed all that. I've never had a dentist be so gentle, so understanding, and care so much about her patients. It took several visits, but together we finally got my teeth in good shape, and I've had two visits since then for regular cleanings with no additional problems. Dr Jensen did a fantastic job. The equipment available includes a laser, so on smaller cavities, she didn't even have to numb me, which was great, and I felt no pain. Dr Jensen treats everyone in my family, from my kids to my mother. My youngest daughter likes going to her so much, she's been known to fake tooth pain so I'll make her an appointment! Best of all, she's the only professional in the Minot community who can properly diagnose and treat tongue and lip ties. I took my youngest son to her when he was only 5 days old to have his lip tie released, and it made breastfeeding so much easier. I'm so grateful for the care I've received at this office, and I won't go anywhere else!

I went to BFD with a lot of work that needed to be done once a month for close to, if not over a year back in 2014 - 2015. I spent over 5 thousand dollars trying to get my mouth fixed. I just went to a check up at a different dentist office, as I have moved, in January and the dentist has told me I will need to have EIGHT of the fillings DR. Jensen had done for me, redone. One of the filings has turned into a root canal and a crown and another one of the fillings she performed had decay left in the bottom and had to be extracted. I understand that fillings are not an exact science and that occasionally they need to have work done on them; however, the fact that eight of these fillings need to be completely redone in less than a 2 year time period is an issue of great concern to me. I contacted Dr Jensen telling her my situation and seeing if there was any way we could work through this and make it right. I received a letter from Dr. Jensen basically telling me I was on my own and wished me luck. I feel betrayed as I spent so much of my money with her and yet she all she could do for me was send a letter saying that it was all my fault.

Best dentist office I've ever been to and wish I could continue my patronage. Unfortunately I am moving out of the area. I hope that I can find a dentist office as professional, kind and very communicative. Thank you!

This Dental Office is amazing! Its clean the decor is nice, and even better the people are GREAT! Dr. Hirst is amazing at what he does and he has a great attitude to go with it. You can tell he actually cares and is willing to talk to you and he is funny. I have had a lot of dental work done and I am happy with all of it, it really feels great to be treated like a person instead of the object I felt like at my previous dentist office. Jessica the dental hygienist is a great person to very happy go lucky. Marilee is Dr. Hirst's assistant and she is nice and caring. Even their receptionist Wendy is nice and likes to strike up a conversation with you and make you feel like you've been going there a long time. I have nothing but good things to say about this team, I am very happy with how I was treated and how well my dental needs were met. Thank you so much!
