Staff was amazing and friendly! All around great experience. I felt that they were very thorough and cared about taking care of their patients.

I'm terrified of dentists, been afraid of them my whole life, I also have severe anxiety. Dr.shaw and his staff were amazing, completely kind and accommodating, I'm also 31 weeks along in my pregnancy and they kept me and baby completely comfortable. Highly recommend this place and will be looking into taking my family here. Thank you for amazing service.

Love Dakota Dental. Dr.Bengson and his staff are outstanding. So appreciate the time and patience they have. I don’t fear having to go to the dentist. The dental hygienist was so gentle and kind. She takes her time and is very thorough.

Hanna was very slow, and caused my mouth a great deal of pain. She was in my mouth for over 1 hour. 3/4 of the time, she used a steel dental probe to do cleaning of my teeth. The rest of the time, she used a ultrasound cleaner. Which was faster and more comfortable. I will continue to go to dakota dental for my teeth in the future, as the rest of the staff are very concerned, professional staff, just not to her for any cleaning. Sorry for this review. I have always had great experience with dakota dental.

Dr. Shaw and Dr. Bengson have always been amazing, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. As well as the rest of the staff. Sheila is wonderful as well!

Been a patient there as long as I can remember. The staff is always very friendly kind and helpful. I've never had any problems with any service I've had at Dakota dental. I will always highly recommend them.

My experience at DDHC was the best it could be considering my difficulties with dental work. They are patient, supportive, and endeavor to make the situation as comfortable as possible. I am fairly new to the area and have a TON of anxiety when it comes to the Dentist. Dakota Dental staff were friendly, calming and were able to fix a problem tooth that day. When I initially called to schedule my appointment, they did not have an opening until August. The staff I spoke to was able to catch a cancelation and fit me in the next day. Highly recommend!

My good friend recommended Dakota Dental to me and this was my first visit. I got a wonderful and much needed cleaning after a year of coffee drinking COVID staying home. I talked to them about an issue with one of my teeth and Dr. Shau went over several options and scheduled the next apt. I was so pleased with the professionalism.

Heather is back from having Baby Estelle! She cleaned by teeth very well, as she always does. I enjoy visiting with Heather and receiving dental tips, like "using toothpaste for sensitive teeth". She is congenial and efficient. Thursday, June 27, 2019 Receptionist Sophia Bengson was the first one to greet me at Dakota Dental and she was very congenial and friendly! As I was early for my appointment, I enjoyed reading the current Minot Daily News in the pleasant waiting room. Hygienist Heather Rakness was welcoming, professional, and thorough, as always. I especially appreciated Heather’s recommendation and instructions, to begin using OraCare Health Rinse...and went home with the new rinse! Dental Assistant Kathy Kramer helped with taking depth measurements. Kathy and I have a fun, long term friendship, so we spent a couple minutes catching up on our family news. Kathy & Heather were an efficient team, and the measuring went very smoothly. After Jo Wolf and I exchanged warm greetings and said farewell, I walked out into the sunshine, knowing my dental health is well covered by likable, kind, professionals!

Receptionist was very nice and smiley. Natalie is always great to work with and Dr. Bengson is the best!!

Rave to Dr. Shaw and his assistant Staci. I lost a tooth about a year ago and the office reached out to me asking if I was interested in getting an implant as they were starting to do them. I have to say I’ve never had dental anxiety but I was very nervous about this procedure. In fact I almost considered backing out. The process was throughly explained and I was told what I needed to do before the procedure as well as after. The procedure wasn’t bad at all. Although I was worried how I’d feel after the numbness wore off and what it would be like the next following days. I had my procedure and went straight back to work. The numbness wore off and there was no discomfort at all. The next day nothing as well. I did not feel like I had any work at all. I was very surprised and things have been going great since. I went to my 2 week follow up appointment and things are looking as they should. I just wanted to give a shout out because it was a great experience and I have no regrets at all. The hard part is over which surprising turn out to be a piece of cake.

My son (3) had his first dental appointment today and the entire staff was so nice and made his first dental experience amazing. He was so proud and excited to tell his grandparents about it after he was done.

For a Dental office, Dakota Dental Health Center is outstanding! I'm grateful for a dentist that is into preventative care, or that cares at all. The treatment I received was gentle and encouraging. Dr Shaw was wonderful with me, as I am a coward when it comes to dental issues. But, I [finally] walked out of a dental office feeling like I received the best care possible. Thank you to the entire team.

The doctors are super nice. My first dental hygienist was super helpful, super nice, but the next one didn't understand what she was giving be when I got my teeth whitened. The lady who called me, super rude to me about the dental hygienist not understanding how to explain things properly.

Gracie is the reason I will not return.The rudest front desk person ever.

I love going to get my teeth cleaned at Dakota Dental! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Natalie and Dr. Bengson and very efficient. I know I am in good hands with them and I would recommend this office to ANYONE!

As soon as I stepped into the building this morning, I was greeted with a smile, a hello, AND my name. The reception area staff are always so nice and welcoming. Dorlee is my hygienist and has been for at least 10 years. She is always so thorough and so good about explaining what she is doing during the procedure. She is very accommodating and always makes sure I am comfortable. When I leave, I know my teeth have been cleaned in the best way. Dr. Fishpaw is my dentist. He is meticulous about his work. I have never had a bad experience during his procedures. Dr. Bengson was the dentist who checked my teeth today. He is also an excellent dentist and I was comfortable having him do the exam. I have referred several people there and will continue to do so when given the opportunity.

At Dakota Dental Health you will receive superior teeth care! They use updated equipment that makes it easier to clean your teeth! They get you in and get you out! There’s no waiting for half hour to get in! Friendly staff and very professional at what they do! Would recommend them if you want you teeth cleaned right with any soreness later! Also if you want your teeth fixed the first time! Not coming back later to fix something again that could’ve been down the first time! Looking for a good new dentist office I highly recommend Dakota Dental Health you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Bengson and his team are absolutely phenomenal! They take great care of their patients and are gentle on teeth and gums. They ask lots of questions and are able to customize a plan based on individual needs. I refer anyone I know who might be looking for a dentist to Bengson!

I had routine 6 month cleaning and checkup today. I have been Dr. Fishpaw's patient for over 10 years, though I saw Dr. Bengson today. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My dental insurance is about to change, but I will choose a new dental insurance in which Dakota Dental participates, because I have always been satisfied with the care. On the rare occasions when I have needed an urgent appointment (broken filling), they have always worked me in quickly to take care of the problem.

I had to be in and out quickly. I needed my teeth cleaned, but no exam or X-rays were required. Hygenist, Dorlee did a great job, was lightning fast, and provided top notch service. She did an excellent job despite pressure to hurry. Thanks a million for a perfect job! Most importantly (to me), I was right on time to pick up my granddaughter from school too! Thank you!

All staff seemed genuinely earnest to help me be relieved of my discomfort by getting me in quickly, giving me all options available and answering several questions. When my decision was made I was back in with support of everyone I came in contact with.
