Dental Care Associates

I and my family have been going to Dental Care Associates for many years now. Dr. Chase & the team have always been excellent in rendering their care & services. All the staff were friendly and accommodating . They always find ways to meet your need. I like their place too it is nice & clean and accessible .I will not go anywhere else, highly recommended!

Although I know the dentist was just trying to do his job I was hurt in the process after asking him to stop and raising my left hand. After multiple attempts at placing the spacer thing to hold my mouth open and place the screen that keeps the tooth dry I was in tears from the corner of my mouth being pinched and forced open. My mouth is rather small and I have right teeth, so you think he would try a smaller or different approach. The hygienist that was with was very sweet and tried to comfort although I was done with the situation and just wanted to leave. I am now left with a scab and cuts on the corner of my mouth as well as cut up gums. Leaving in tears was now how I pictured a simple filling.

Dental Care Associates provides professional, accommodating and friendly dental care services. I have been coming here for several years now and everyone that works here is very professional and kind. Also they are very thorough in the care they provide to their patients and will gladly answer any questions you have about your dental care because they truly care for their patients.

I had the best experience here. The staff are top notch. Wouldn't recommend any other place. They are the Best!

Excellent experience! Dr. Deeter and the hygienist were excellent at providing preventative care as well as diagnosing dental issues. Dr. Deeter explained the treatment plan and his receptionist were able to get my family scheduled quickly. I highly recommend Dental Care Associates!

I'm a Senior citizen and have never had better care than I've received at Dental Care Associates! I recommend them highly for your future Dental experiences!

They’re the nicest people and they do a very thorough job

My 10 year old daughter has been to Dr. Chase and Dr. Deeter and she loves going to both! They are both SUPER friendly and gentle and very personable! The receptionist are very friendly and helpful as well! Honestly, everyone that works there is just amazing! We love it there!

I was in Minot on a hunting trip and my crown came loose while duck hunting. Called to see if Dental Care Associates could get me in quickly to fix my crown. Got me in quickly and they were very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend them for your dental care needs!!

From the minute I walked in I was extremely impressed with Dental Care Associates. The building is clean and welcoming, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and Dr. Chase was so professional and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend!!

The reception staff at Dental Care Associates are absolutely wonderful, they're professional and caring and treat you with the utmost respect. Dr Deeter is personable and pleasant to talk to and gives you the facts about present and future care. The tech assistant Sam really knows her stuff and I feel like I'm totally being taken care of. As much as anyone could feel with a BIG GIANT hook in your mouth.

By far the best dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Chase is always gentle and explains procedures thoroughly. Mat is very friendly and puts patients at ease (I am a very nervous patient!). The women behind the desks are always kind and helpful. Even though this office is out of network for my insurance, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with Dental Care Associates is with Dr. Chase, Matt and the staff! Greeted me with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for my needs. I had an emergency with my tooth and I was in severe pain. Within 2 hours of calling I was in the chair being taken care of. Dr. Chase and Matt came through with flying colors! Alway's warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed! My gratitude for Dr. Chase, Matt and the front desk goes beyond the 5 stars! There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend! When you find the best, you keep it! I highly recommend Dental Care Associates. Asked for a check up and a problem with one tooth. Examined only that tooth and sent me on my way with information I already knew and please pay in advance for further treatment. Seemed more interested in my ability to pay them than my dental care. Won't go back and feel cheated.

Excellent customer service. Had and emergency and got an appointment within an hour. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I was put at ease before I even walked in the office. Dr. Chase and his staff were kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The office was spotless! I couldn’t has had a better experience!

As a visitor passing through with a broken molar and no insurance, with smiling faces they took me in quickly, did a fantastic job, painlessly and at very reasonable cost. Five stars are not enough!

Dental Care Associates is always great to me. Dr. Deeter and Dr. Chase are great and Jenny is always amazing. I am always greeted with a smile!

Had a few issues going on with my teeth and Dr Chase was able to help me and ease my mind. I travel for work and he was able to fit me in and do what needed to be done. Price is what you expect from a dentist. Nice staff. He is very gentle. Clean.

Amazing staff!!!!! I called on Friday with a chipped tooth at 12:45pm and I was able to get in at 1:30pm. So professional and friendly.

Best dentist I have ever been to, hands down. Dr. Chase and his staff are amazing!! Everything is explained, including all options and price, and the level of hygiene is superb! Staff are meticulous at cleaning, washing hands, and changing gloves. This is the first dentist I have been to where my lips and cheeks didn’t hurt after from the dentist working. Very gentle touch. Would definitely recommend!

I have seen many dentist over the years. This is by far my favorite experience from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Chase. Highly professional place with a wonderful staff that is understanding and honest! I would recommend this place to anyone!! Best office in Minot.

The team did a great job! Everyone was super friendly and Dr. Chase was fast and gentle with my tooth extraction. Also didn't have to wait long at all, which is a bonus.

Fantastic people! Quick, easy and completely painless wisdom tooth removal! They let me borrow headphones to listen to music, but they were done before I finished the first song.

OMG I cant say enough about Dr Deeter and his wonderful staff. Went in yesterday with a horrible abscess. My flight was leaving in a couple hrs and they still got me in. I was honestly just expecting to get an antibiotic, but then Dr Deeter gave me my options and said he could pull them, I was totally on board. He was very friendly and told me everything to expect. He got the job done and did it well. In a way, I wished I lived in Minot just so I could go back. All in all, 5 stars just isnt enough to give them.

Normally dentists offices are small, crowded and often window less. Coming here really made you feel comfortable. That you had large area of space, was really clean, windows to look outside, ceiling was a nice wood trim, walls were a good color blue to be peaceful and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and squeezed me in because I had a horrible toothache. They took care of all the hassle of dealing with my insurance providers. Dentists took the time to throughly explain why my tooth is in so much pain and what would happen if I don't get it removed. I was even showed the X-rays so I could see myself what is wrong. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Nice facilities, friendly knowledgeable staff. The team here works hard to build relationships with their patients and treat them right. This is the only place I would ever go for dental work.
