New patient for cleaning, good experience. Really friendly people. Was able to get an appointment quickly. I have a dye allergy that I listed on my forms, and they only had polish with that dye. The woman working on me noted that I listed this allergy but still used the polish on me before I said something. It would have been better if they had had another polish grit to use on me and the worker could have realized why my allergy was relevant. She ended not polishing my teeth after that. But otherwise the dentist was nice. He didn't offer any real advice; he just said I had good teeth.

To be honest, THE ONLY reason I go to this dentist is because of how friendly the office ladies and assistants are. The dentist himself hasn’t been very friendly to me at all. I’ve been going there for years and he hardly talks to me or gives me any dental advice. He will talk and talk with all the other patients, but he doesn’t with me.

Dentist visits are never something to look forward to, but this visit was really good and I would certainly recommend Dr. Olson and his staff to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Olson for 18 years and would never go anywhere else! He is kind, honest and caring and does not perform any procedures that are not necessary just to earn an extra dollar. Highly recommend this dentist!!

I have loved this office since I was a child. I started seeing Dr. Olson when I was about 5 or 6 years old. I always felt at ease in his office, whether it was for simple teeth cleanings or intense extractions. After being away for 7 years, going back to his office was extremely comforting. The friendliness, attentiveness, and gentle care of Dr. Olson and his staff is the same now as it was all those years ago. I appreciate this place so much!

For as long as we’ve lived in Idaho Falls we’ve gone to Dr. Brant Olson for our family dental needs. He has a great team who is as helpful as they are knowledgeable. His skill and experience coupled with his kind and gentle manner make him my only choice for all my dental needs. I trusted him implicitly.

I've been to alot of dentists. Not only is Dr. Olson the most reasonable priced, but he always genuinely cares. Due to the quality of my teeth, I have had the opportunity to use many dentist. As such I think I'm in a position to judge quality of a practitioner. I find Dr. Olson to be conservative in approach, diligent in practice and kind in hear. For me this trifecta to be a perfect match. In a world where dentist give out gift cards and such. Dr Olson is a solid practitioner and would recommend him most heartily.

Dr. Olson is probably the best dentist I have ever had in my life. Another dentist said I needed a root canal 10 years ago. Dr Olson fee was much more reasonable and when I was in the chair, he could find no valid reason for it. This year I finally got the root canal. on different tooth! And nowhere near the discomfort I anticipated. I have found him to be ethical, knowledgeable, skillful. communicative. reassuring, friendly and patient. He's the best!!!!?

Everytime I have an appointment at Dr. Olson's office, I'm reminded of how much I like going there. Dr. Olson and all of his staff are friendly and competent professionals. They don't have fancy marketing because they are not trying to draw you in and "sell" you unnecessary treatments. They are simply offering care that is best for patients.

We were on our way to Yellowstone National Park and my daughter had an issue with her braces. We stopped at Olson Family Dental and Doctor Olson got us right in and fixed the problem for us. They wouldn’t let us pay them for the service, but we were very appreciative of Dr Olson and all of his friendly staff. In looking at their reviews, it looks like this is what to expect from them and if we lived up here we would for sure use them for our dental needs. I have always been satisfied with Dr B Olson's dental service. Friendly, skilled, and painless experience.

The staff is fun and very friendly and always up-to-date with the latest in teeth-cleaning techniques, tools and procedures. You can view your x-rays from your examination chair in great detail. The staff genuinely cares about each and every patient. I have been going there for the past 28 years. I’ve had my wisdom teeth pulled there and had 3 cavities filled over 25 years ago at their location. And they’re still in great shape. Choose a dentist you actually look forward to visiting. I go in twice a year for a thorough cleaning and enjoy their talented staff. They take care of all the insurance billing automatically for me. I think you’ll be happy choosing Olsen Family Dental for your family’s or your individual needs.

I was referred to Dr. Olson by a friend. I had a broken tooth that was causing pain and needed immediate attention, since I was going out of town. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within a day. Dr. Olson took care of the broken tooth, and was very gentle, as I have anxiety about going to the dentist. The staff has been great to work with as well.

I have been going to Dr Brant Olsen's office for about 17 years.. I was always scared of Dentists... until Dr Olson...I started my children out early going to Dr Olson's office so they wouldn't be scared.they always look forward to going in.. all my kids.... I can honestly say I look forward to going ... I love going in on my every 6mos visit cause nothing feels better than a clean mouth!!!! But honestly I love going in to see my hygienist too.. we always leave off from the last chapter we talked about before.. and my teeth are so clean I don't want to eat.. and those who know me not wanting to eat is unusual?Dr Olson's office is absolutely wonderful...everyone!! And if your getting a tough time getting scheduled it's cause he's an awesome Dentist... if you are staying up on your cleaning schedule you will always be scheduled and it's not a worry..

I am always impressed whenever I come into the office by the professionalism of the staff ... The front office always greets me in a friendly tone!

This man and our experience at his office was a horrible nightmare, I explained from the start that my child had extreme anxiety with dentists. even after I explained this to him at the beginning of the "procedure" after the main reason of her anxiety was over (the numbing shots) he still violently shoved the mouth guard into her mouth. yelled at her to "open her mouth, close her eyes and let him do what he had to do" at this point my child was crying and shaking she was so scared. only after a few minutes of trying to work on her mouth he threw his hands in the air exclaiming he was done causing her to flinch. Even after leaving his office the nightmare was not over, he had billed the insurance for a root canal that he didn't even do. when I explained the situation to the new dental office I took my child to they said they had another patient, a child who had dealt with similar circumstances concerning Dr. Brant. I reported him to the insurance company for fraud as well as the state for his conduct. This man shouldn't work with children. I had to take my child to my family doctor to get a prescription to sedate her for the next dentist, but after her 1st visit with her new dentist he was so wonderful with her that she now reminds me of her appointments, she no longer has her extreme fear of dentist as and all it took was a little compassion, for a child who was in a extremely scary situation. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Brant to anyone with children or adults with anxiety.

He was able to get me in on short notice. I don't know if that is normal or if they just happened to have an opening. They were all nice staff and very professional and answered all my questions. The best part was they had a super soft toothbrush, the kind that I can't find in the store. I'm a hard brusher so I need the ultra soft ones for my gums. If we stay in the Idaho Falls area, he'll be my permanent dentist.
