Phone etiquette/customer service could use some improvements.

This is one of the places that is very good and has good staff and good orthodontics work. I had a good time.

Excellent care, friendly staff...they make us feel like family. Both myself and 1 child have completed treatment with them and we are very pleased with the results. Dr. Burckhard does a wonderful job of evaluating and discussing treatment options. From the front desk to his orthodontic assistants...high level of service at every interaction. Highly recommend!

Dr. Burckard and his staff are amazing!! So caring and welcoming! They took wonderful care of both my son and daughter's smile. I didn't realize just how good we had it until we had to move and find a new orthodontist. He is a hard one to match. Not many care for you as a person like he does. You are not just another patient there. Highly recommend him and his office!

This office is just outstanding. I was in Minot for the fair, and my lower retainer broke. I called all over town trying to get into a dentist or Ortho that could help me. Dr. Burckhard and his staff made room for me the next day and were so fantastic. Dr. Burckhard is throughout and gentle, caring and attentive. He spends the time with each patient like you are individually his number 1 priority. I called my sister when I left and told her that her kids need to go here when they are near braces. So impressed! Thank you Dr. Burckhard and your awesome staff for squeezing in an out of towner!
