Minot Health Clinic

Travelling back to Canada, we had to get another PCR test as the previous facility we paid and took a PCR test did not arrive on time. We had to turn around at the border and headed back to Minot. We searched PCR testing and came across Minot Health Clinic. We were able to get in the next day. Booking was very easy at this clinic. The staff are professional and very welcoming which took the stress off us. The office was very clean and beautifully decorated. The test results came back within an hour!!! Thank you everyone at the clinic for being so kind and accommodating and making a stressful situation less stressful. Would highly recommend!

it took all of 10 minutes for sandy to find my problem write my prescription and after 24 hrs.i feel 100 % better she even called the day after to check how i was doing i am very impressed

I went to schedule my husband appointment and the receptionist is not nice at all. I thought those comments below were BUT they are NOT!

After a recent issue with this clinic, the head doctor reached out to my family to express her desire to serve our family to the best of her ability. Her concern to not only care for us, but to also improve how they are caring of everyone is inspiring. I appreciate the humility it takes to say "I want to do a better job", because I believe that is key in leadership.

The staff is friendly, and very knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to your concerns and are compassionate. I am shocked to see the negative reviews posted! But of course it must be the CLINIC’S fault if you are non-compliant, fail to show up on time, or refuse to pay your bill...?! There’s only one way to see how great this place truly is....schedule an appointment!

This is an incredible clinic full of knowledgeable and caring medical personal. After retiring from the military six years ago, this is the FIRST place in Minot, ND that I have felt truly cared about me and my family. They take the time to really listen to you. Brittany was amazing from our very first encounter. She she took the time to listen to each health issue, and try to get to the root of each problem. This is the fastest I have ever gotten Tricare referrals approved, normally within 24 to 48 hours, compared to months with Trinity and Sanford. Medication is crafted specifically for your medical issues from a local family owned pharmacy. Billing has been easy and convenient. I would give Minot Health Clinic 10 stars, if I could!

In the last 5 years, I’ve had 5 primary care providers between trinity, Sanford and St As. I’ve been disenchanted with them all! I was referred to Minot Health clinic with the highest reviews! They have not disappointed! I’ve received better care than I have in years and Brittany is more concerned about my actual health instead of throwing meds at me like everyone else. Not to mention that she gets referrals in in about 24 hours consistently! WITH TRICARE!! Tricare people - you know this is crazy fast! She just gets it done and does it right the first time! I can’t recommend MHC enough!! They get a million stars from me!!

The Minot Health Clinic is the premier clinic in Minot. From top to bottom, everyone who works there is fantastic. The level of care from Trisha is top notch and is the best I've experienced. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I would highly, highly recommend Minot Health Clinic. I am shocked by these negative reviews. As a reader, I would take them with a grain of salt and formulate your own opinion outside of a disgruntled person going out of their way to attempt to hurt someone’s reputation with name calling. I can only speak from my own personal experience: Brittany Haugtvedt FNP has been, BY FAR, the most thorough, dedicated and committed provider I have ever had. If you want someone who will advocate for you, listen without judgment and find solutions and strategies that aren’t just a “big pharma bandaid fix” but will actually help you for the long term- then look no further than this woman. She has always gone above and beyond to do additional research, to reach out for second opinions and more if it meant helping me find comfort, healing and solutions for my health struggles. She is a prime example of professionalism & kindness. I have nothing but the utmost respect and appreciation for her, this clinic and it’s wonderful staff.

Always a great experience at Minot Health Clinic. Brittany is very thorough and takes great care of me. She finally gave me answers to help me feel better after years of doctoring.

After going to Britney for two years, I had to make an appointment for every little question to be answered. When I relocated, I asked her to forward my medical chart and she refused to. Not only illegal but she is a controlling bully. Not a healthy environment. If money is not involved, don't expect Britney to do anything.

Very rude receptionist. Have trouble getting prescription refilled since i moved and was not able to set up an appt in a new city. The receptionist rudely told me "Trisha doesnt know anyone in Fargo for a referral, sorry." I would not recommend, just on the rude customer service alone.

I wish I could give zero stars. I was referred by an actual licensed M.D. to obtain a vitamin shot due to the cost associated with an office visit with that M.D. I made an appointment for 8am on Wednesday, May 22,2019. The voicemail sent to me at 8:27am the day prior said “we do need you to ‘check in’ at 7:45am”. The email sent to me at 2:57am the day of the appointment was silent as to check in. Road construction in Minot has severely disrupted traffic, and I completely admit to an arrival time of 8:00am. The reception area was EMPTY, and the receptionist was incredibly rude in stating that she would not check me in nor could I be seen because they were booked full, and it would push all of their appointments back 30-60 minutes. I then called the office at 8:05am from my vehicle in the parking lot and requested to speak with Kaylee or Brittany, but had to leave a message. At 8:30am Brittany returned my call. I explained my situation in that I felt her receptionist was rude and that they simply could have cut my appointment time short. Brittany’s stance was that their patients are not happy if they get less than a one hour appointment. I do not require a diagnosis, merely a review of a licensed M.D.’s lab results & notes more than sufficient for a NP to provide a vitamin treatment. I have remained in the parking lot for my full appointment time. It’s now 9:25am, and, I note, since 8:15 only 3 vehicles have arrived. Two left less than 10 minutes after arrival, but I did not see the 3rd leave. I’m glad Minot Health Clinic’s patient load is such that they can make 15 min appointments, and thus my business is not needed. This process has wasted my time as well. I will never return, and suggest others with similar views make an informed choice. I took photos of the empty parking lot as it was from 8am to 8:15, a photo of the email reminder which did not state anything about check in, and a photo of the 8:37am email regarding my “patient records”. Since I’m not a patient, I will not be communicating with this facility any further.

Due to a incident I could not stop I had to reschedule my appointment and pay a $35.00 fee. Sounds money hungry to me. Receptionist has always been rude when I have there as well.

They do take time for you. It is $200 1st time visit/family member. Didn't get much for answers or solutions though, so we will need follow up visits which are a bit cheaper. A little frustrating, but not sure there's anything better out there.

From Lori at the front desk, to the wonderful nurses, and my NP - Brittany. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They value our time and theirs. They are very thorough, and are always willing to listen. They allow you to make your own choices about your health, and give you options. Great place!!

I called to schedule an appointment with Brittany, because I had been seeing her at Sanford. I really like her, she is very compassionate and seems to genuinely care about patient issues and concerns. However when I spoke to the lady at the appointment desk, she informed me it was $200 for an office visit! TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS???? I was so shocked. I will continue to go to Sanford, where their focus is patient care, not making money and breaking people's banks!!! Ridiculous!!!!

I tell people about Minot Health Clinic all the time. This is the place you want your healthcare to be directed from. The type of care offered here is unlike the hospital where you will be rushed through, looking to quick diagnose and move on with conventional therapies. My last visit was an example of this. I was offered to do a lab test that would help me understand more about what my pancreas is doing, which in my family is an issue though I’ve never experienced any. I’ve asked about this at other doctor visits but I really haven’t been given an option to test, or even get some sort of baseline. I have it now! Prevention is the best medicine! Thank you Trisha!

I just left my initial visit and couldn't feel better about the experience. Trisha Fennern was so thorough and really listened. I am so pleased to have found a professional who I have such confidence in.

A warm and friendly environment that offers superb health care . Trisha Fennern does an incredible job with explaining to you the many options they can provide to get you back on the fast track to a healthier you. Highly recommended to either of the two providers now helping care for Minot.

Nobody is ever at the front counter to help. No customer service.

Tricia looks for things other doctors ignore. She found levels of certain things in my body chemistry that were so low, they barely showed on the scale. No one else has ever checked for these things! They told me that I can expect to feel this way, because I am getting old!! For the first time in years, I have energy and vitality...and hope. I will tell anyone that is strugging with a health issue.. feeling exhausted all of the time..that there IS someone that can help. Don't listen to someone who tells you there is nothing they can do for you. Make an appointment with Tricia instead. And then expect that you will find answers and be in the road to feeling like your old self again.

Every visit to Trisha has been great. She is extremely thorough and never rushes through an appointment. She follows up with you and genuinely cares about her patients. I have referred many friends to her and my husband started going to her as well and he really likes her and says she is thorough.

I've been seeing Trisha for six months now. I've found her to be extremely helpful when other places in town ignored my concerns. I've never felt rushed or felt like I was one of too many patients. She's been a great combination of natural remedies and medical intervention. She listens to all problems and concerns and creates a treatment plan while working with what I want. I would highly recommend her to anyone especially those who feels like their current primary physician isn't listening or helping.

Excellent service. Very organized and precise. If you are looking for a place to take your loved ones this is the place to go. They are very respectful of your schedule and see you on time. Trisha is very thorough in her work and works with a conscience.

Very unpleasant visit. First, they said I would have a limited visit due to I was 5 min late. That was fair. After another 10 minutes, she tells me I will have to reschedule. They do not seem to care about patient health. The office was completely empty. Why I was unable to be seen is a mystery. I will take my service else where. Doctors should be thankful for patients, without us, they serve no purpose.
