Aquila Dental

The office is very nice and there is a lot of floor space throughout. The front desk personnel were also very nice and helpful. The dental hygienist was friendly, gentle, and my appointment was on schedule. The doctor only came in for a doctors exam, but he was plenty thorough and we had a friendly chat before he moved on. 10/10 would recommend.

If you are looking for a great dentist I highly recommend Dr. Higgs and his staff. You won’t be disappointed.

We started going to Aquila dental around 2010 and I have been to other the dentist or tried. I am a very nervous patient and can’t stand my teeth worked on but Dr Higgs is so sweet and so is his team. I couldn’t switch because when I tried I was freaked out by how they would deal with my anxiety over the dental chair.

The staff is always friendly. I never leave with doubts about the work needed. They are a very competent and accommodating group; when asked, I refer all my friends to visit Aquila Dental.

This is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Dr. Higgs is great, the office staff are all very friendly, and the hygienists are all amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been going to Aquila for over 4 years now and am super happy with my Hygienist Dawnie and Dr. Higgs. Today Dawnie noticed that my gum pockets had increased in size to a bit more alarming rate. Highly recommended I get a deep cleaning to help mitigate this ASAP. Although she did not have to Dawnie and Christina worked wonderfully as a team to move things around and accomodated me last minute. Big Thank you to both of them!! When your in need of a hygienist, Dawnie will take care of you like family and she has a gentle touch with needles that you don't realize she's done. She's excellent at her craft and personable to the point you don't mind going to your dentist appts. Thank you Dawnie for being you, don't ever change that! Dr Higgs as a Dentist is extremely talented as I've had molars pulled and a gold crown done. All his work is on point and you will not be disappointed! I have to get a few more crowns done and with Dr Higgs I know I'm in excellent hands! If your in need of dental work I don't hesitate to recommend Aquila Dental!

Wonderful dentist office and fabulous staff. Everyone is caring and helpful and takes a true interest in your dental issues. You won’t believe it unless you try it for yourself!! Trust me, I’ve been to a lot of dental offices and this is the best one ever. 11/2021 Here we are three years later. Dr Higgs and his staff are still the best and never skipped a beat during COVID. The staff seems to have a good working relationship, almost like family! Dawnie is favorite Dental hygienist. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I look forward to seeing her and all the staff!

I would not have given 1 star for doctor Miller. She did my crown and filling today and she did cut my inner lower cheeks.it has been hurting a lot since i came back. cheek was so much swollen i could not even touch or talk. got temp relief from tylenol but as soon as it wore off pain was bad. I did get call from her to check how was i doing. she said u may have got ulcer. suddenly after crown how can i get ulcer within 4 min of drive from office to home. I think Dr Miller lacks Honesty and Intergrity. I am not writing review for any other Doctor as they may be good i dont have experience with that.I will never go to Dr Miller again. So this is addition to review on my follow up visit for my pain. Dr Higgs asked me to remove the review. from Dr Miller giving me hard core antibiotic to Dr Higgs giving Med for pain inflamation. These guys are not reliable. I even asked assistant staff if you saw anything her reply was "I did not, but again i dont know if Dr Miller would have done it, and i missed looking at it." So in short these guys are not responsible and shameful for Soulfull profession of Doctor. Dr Higgs said you got ulcers from injections unbelievable unkind people.

This office is exceptional. Staff is friendly, very helpful and truly care about their patients. The associate doctor, Dr. Miller, is amazing. She is kind, patient, gentle and does her very best to make you feel comfortable. This office definitely takes care of you. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I regularly attend Aquila Dental, by far one of the best dentists! I have gotten two crowns and a deep cleaning with no bad experiences! I definitely recommend this place to anybody, Dr. Higgs really pays attention to detail and is great at his craft!

Great staff and a no pain cleaning what else can

I have been going here for probably about 12 years now. Since I was 6! The staff have always been so friendly and personable. They remember me when I come in and always ask about how school and life is going. They are super professional and I have never had any problems with the work they have done. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been avoiding having scaling and root planing done for years. I had read such good reviews for Aquila Dental and decided to try their office. Dawnie, a super professional, caring, and patient hygenist, did an unbelievable job of calming me down and taking the time to explain things to me. I decided to trust her and have it done and I am so glad I did! As she did the procedure she talked to me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. She suctioned frequently which I really appreciated. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I also had two crowns done by Dr. Higgs who is also totally professional and kind. The best thing was that they made the crowns right in the office and I got them the same day! I am very happy with my decision to go there. Great office staff as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Aquila Dental. I have had extreme anxiety about going to the dentist for any reason whatsoever since I was a little girl. I recently chipped my front tooth and was literally terrified to seek out treatment. From the moment I called and spoke to the receptionist, I was treated with respect and kindness. The office was able to get me a same day appointment. I was greeted by friendly faces and extreme patience from the front office, hygienist, dental assistant, office manager and Dr. Higgs. They took their time with me, thoroughly communicated their procedures, and walked me through every step of my cleaning and tooth repair. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for their kindness. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone!

About 7 years ago, I had a tooth emergency. A friend referred me to Dr. Higgs and I have never looked back! To say that he and his staff are fabulous is an understatement! They go out of their way to make sure that all of your dental needs exceed any and all expectations! I have been going going to Dr. Higgs for several years now. Cost is really great, comparedly, being I am self employed. I also know how important reviews are. I was quoted on the first gold crown less than half of the dentist I went to for years prior. In a friendly and clean environment, the work they do is impeccable. I’m ashamed to say I had not been to the dentist in many years, and was dreading making the appointment. I was experiencing some increasingly painful sensitivity and knew it was time. I found Aquila through a recommendation on a community Facebook page, and could not be happier with my experience. The staff is extremely friendly, and there was no judgement for my years of dental neglect. Everything was explained to me in detail, and great care was taken to make sure I was comfortable and engaged in the plan to get me back on track. I have seen tremendous improvement in the health of my teeth and gums, and will continue to use Aquila to stay up to date on my routine visits.

Always get my teeth cleaned by Dawnie and she is the best! Super fun personality and easy to talk to. I always leave with my teeth feeling great and squeaky clean. She isn’t afraid to tell me what I need to work on and gives me homework til the next cleaning. If only I followed her instructions better and actually flossed daily...whoops. I love this office! Dawnie is an amazing hygienist and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I haven't had much dental work...thankfully! (...probably because Dawnie takes such good care of my teeth.. and she hits me if I dont! lol jk). I did have a couple of bonded fillings on my front teeth replaced due to not great work from a former dental office and Dr Higgs really did an amazing job, my front teeth look perfect. I really appreciate everyone in this office!

Aquila Dental is the best and most professional dental practice I have experienced in my adult life. I am 68 years old. Dr. Higgs and his entire staff are polite, profession and inspire confidence in every service that they provide. In the 5 years I have been using their services, the dental work has always been exceptional. I have recommended Aquila Dental to everyone I know.

Fantastic dentist and staff!!! Trustworthy and professional, really knows his dentistry and the right now in house 20 minute lab production of my crowns is so amazing! My crowns have been awesome after leaving office with no return visits for bite adjustments!!! That a first for this age mature woman who’s been in for crowns for many years!!!! I went to Aguila Dental for the first time because I saw an ad that looked like they were taking extra precautions for COVID. I felt very safe as everyone was masked the entire time and were wiping down surfaces. The receptionist was friendly and kept people in the lobby at a safe distance. The cleaning was the best experience I’ve had because the hygienist numbed my gums so I didn’t experience any discomfort. She took a lot of pride in her work. The dentist took the time to show and explain some potential problems with a couple of my teeth. He then gave me some options with pros and cons. At the end, I sat down with the friendly office manager in a private office (with a glass divider) who explained the estimates in detail. Very impressed with the entire team!

A 5.0+ as always.....just like seeing Family only not quite as often. Best Dental care ever. Love all the Staff. 01/21/2021 Judy and I both had cleanings today almost at the same time! Wow! I just got home from my first appointment. This was the most pleasant dental appointment I have ever had. I was nervous about going to the dentist because it has been a couple years since my last dental appointment. Unfortunately, I was so nervous that I forgot the name of the dental hygienist. The dental hygienist was amazing! My teeth feel so much better. She was also so kind and genuine. She made me feel comfortable and was gentle. The doctor was also friendly and kind. I am so impressed with the hygienist and Dr. Higgs. I look forward to my next cleaning with her. If you are looking for a professional and kind dentist, I highly recommend Aquila Dental.

My experience yesterday, having an old crown replaced, was almost "fun"! No pain at all and there was lots of kidding around with Jen and Maria and Dr. Higgs. They really put me at ease. Maria introduced herself as an intern and was very professional throughout the procedure.
