I had my first appt on Dec 7, 2021. I tried to be seen in Chandler but I needed the first available appt so I accepted a time at their San Tan office. Every staff member that assisted me was respectful and knowledgeable. Dr Shah was extremely kind and professional. He took the time to ask me appropriate questions and take note of my responses. He also took extra time to determine what approach would work well for me while staying cost effective. I was extremely happy with his recommendation and I agreed to the surgical plan. Everything was explained to me in detail. My scheduled surgery was well-timed. I would definitely recommend Dr Shah’s AZORAL to anyone considering facial and dental implant surgery. I thank my dentist, Dr Richard Higgs, for his recommendation and referral.

I was a little reluctant to have my mouth splints done today. I have a tremendous amount of jaw pain and I was nervous to have the impressions in my mouth. Suprisingly, it was not painful and it took much less time than I thought it would. The technician really knows what shes doing. The staff were all super friendly. I liked that they asked what was most important to you and what hesitations you might have. I also appreciated Dr. Shah answering my questions and pointing out potential issues in the future rather than assuming there was a problem or pushing more expensive treatments.

I would highly recommend! This location checks every box when it comes to selecting a quality oral surgeon. My daughter had all her wisdom teeth removed and this procedure was conducted in the best possible way for her. I'm very happy to have selected them following the referral of my daughter's orthodontists.

While I was in the waiting room there was an elderly women who was having a rough day. She didn't have an appointment and seemed distraught. The office person came out from behind the front desk and sat with the woman in the waiting room and patiently listened to her story. The staff person comforted and encouraged the woman, promising that they could help her. These days you dont often see that type of compassion. It was very encouraging!

The office staff were very friendly. The surgeons technician was also very personable. Everyone was super professional and explained every step of the process. I was in tremendous pain going in and and they were able to comfort me and helped me alleviate my pain quickly. The surgeon is very knowledgeable about his profession and I felt great knowing I was in good hands. 10/10 thank you AZ Oral ??

Dr Shah immediately had a plan to fix my problem. Very nice assistants. Made me feel very comfortable. The anesthetist was very good and so was the doctor. The whole crew was laughing ? at some very bad jokes. The anesthesiologist end I communicated with hand ✋ signals when I was awake to make sure I was comfortable. I would reecomend him to every one.

I wish no one need a doctors, but in case if it happened and you need specialist, then Dr. Shah is really one of the best. He is a reall DOCTOR. I m so so lucky that around of so many people, who call themselves "doctor", I found reall one. Doctor Shah and his team made dissappear my fear of doctors. This clinic is wonderful. I have never seen more personable staff or doctor in all the years my husband and I have gone to doctors--and that has been a LOT. Even when they make a mistake, which they did in scheduling, they were so gracious, apologetic and kind. No one ever apologizes anymore, but they did and it meant a lot. On top of the great personalities, they are thorough and very qualified. Dr. Shah is quite wonderful and has a terrific sense of humor. I would recommend them to anyone!
