Worst place ever the front ladies are rude please take your kids to a different dentist office .

My kiddo has a heart condition, so whenever they need dental work done, we have to go to the children's hospital. This is the only dentist office I know of that works with the phoenix childrens hospital. Not going to lie, it was a lot of phone calls, several doctor visits, and pretty stressful getting everything ready, but Sophia M. was on top everything and was quick to let me know what needed to be done next. Our pediatrician's office filled out the medical history paper incorrectly, Sophia noticed right away and called them to get it corrected, then called us so we knew what was going on and could reach out to our pediatrician. She also coordinated with the cardiologist to get the needed records/EKG to make sure the hospital had my kids most up to date records. In the end, she made sure the PCH had everything they needed so when I showed up everything went so smoothly. I basically just had to validate they had my kids info right and then wait for them to be finished. They did a phenomenal job with the caps and fillings. You can tell the office put their hearts into their jobs.

Been going her for years the more go the rude the staff! Also Dentist Doctor kind of suck! Everyone they seen before was great now suck!! Took my girls else where. Sun Valley is great also Apple Tree. Top off they called me to confirm a appointment for 10/14 for 12:10 on 10/18 then called me again on Friday & was super busy and didn't answer or call back they cancelled it due to "COVID" so took my girl to a better office

Amazing office and staff, love Dr. Sun! Have two kids with braces and the monthly payments are affordable!

My son was a patient for 2 year this office stop taking my insurance I was never notified so after the cleaning I received a bill for 150 dollars for the cleaning ( the cleaning is free with my insurance) this lady’s in the front office should check this things , but they always talking about their personal life…

Can somebody replace this two rude ladies that are up front. The one that is on the left an older lady is like a soldier and feel like you have to stand up straight and don’t you smile or laugh about anything when you talking to her. The one on the right that been here for a while now, doesn’t call back or answer questions politely. Looks like the are related the way they act. They need to go they been here too long and feel too comfortable. But doctors are great, especially doctor Dave and Dr. Kodale they are both from India. Chinese and Indians are best doctors for me from my experience.

They must be used to nonworking parents. After waiting a year...due to me working with covid patients and them not allowing me to come ..they cancelled my appointment because I was at work and didn't confirm... People work sorry I can't answer calls when I get them but I'm working... THIS place used to be good now it's trash...don't waste your time

The young lady that's at the front desk for ortho and take payments is very rude and condescending. We have 3 boys that went to this office and have moved 2 out of here and cant wait till our youngest is done with his braces to be done dealing with here. Her customer service us costing this dentist and ortho potential and existing client.

One word to describe this office, Incredible! It begins when you call to make your first appointment. Sylvia is one of the most understanding and fun front end managers to talk to! She is beyond helpful and thoughtful. My son was having work done, and as a mom, I was nervous. Sylvia came to my aid and sat with me and made sure I was comfortable and calm. The dental assistants make sure that they know your child before taking them back to the room. They listen to your needs and work with you. My son has special needs and can be quite a handful, but they were very calm, patient and caring. They took care of him like he was their own. If you are looking for a dentist that treats you like family, you will not be sorry that you chose Arizona Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. I know this was the best decision I could have made. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my family!

LOVE THIS PLACE! They are always so nice and helpful! Eva and Evelyn are absolutely amazing! Very professional, work around my schedule, always show that they care about their patients and overall a great place to take your children!

I had been taking my children here for years. It used to be great but lately they have really gone downhill. They overbook and they lie. Several times they acted like I made the appt time myself and walked in unexpected. All they care about is money not your children. Office staff is rude and incapable of doing their jobs. Ive switched dentist. Im done with their nonsense

My daughter started visiting is office since she was two years old. It has been amazing 14years with them from day one no complaints about them. You call them for any issues about your teeth you will be surprised that they will tell you to came in that same moment and they will make sure the problem is solved. All my kids go to this location in chandler. Their services is awesome. I will definitely refer any parent for great teeth care no where else but Arizona pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontist.

Dr. mutlu forcibly put a syringe of their cocktail down my daughter's throat while placing her hand around her choking her. she stated I was lying that she didn't give her anything and tried sending us home when in fact my daughter started getting loopy and even at home she started throwing up. she stated because I graduated in the class of 2017 that I was an unfit mother and didn't know what was for the well-being of my daughter. it was based on a shirt that I was wearing that wasn't even mine. all the staff saw and heard everything she told me they even saw her poking my stomach area at where it said 2017. this all happened in front of my daughter. when we went into the restroom she followed and asked "do you hold her or do I so they don't hear her out there"I will never forget those words..all for a procedure two doctors previously said that weren't necessary for her age.my daughter is 3 years old and she loved going to the dentist but now it's a nightmare trying to brush her teeth.the manager decided to let us go as clients because he didn't want to go back and forth of the he said she said. the police report has been done and a report to the board has been done as well. please be careful taking your children here.many mothers I have spoken to have said that this isn't the first time that something like this has happened but nobody's ever said anything they just haven't returned back.

We had a great experience coming into this office. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Never have I had so much information giving to me. They walked me through every step and explain to me in away i could understand made me and my daughter feel comfortable. Which its hard to do at a dentist office! They take their time to make sure you and your child understand. Plus the big shark head with braces makes it fun for kids. My daughter left the office happy I left the office with ease knowing they HEARD my concerns.

I took my child to see Dr. Mutlu and staff and had a great experience. As a first time parent having had a bad experience with my kiddo at another dental office previously, I was on edge this morning. The office staff, dental assistant and Dr. Mutlu were all great. Dr. Mutlu spent time explaining the treatment plan, was great with my kid and everything went seamlessly, and the office staff was efficient and polite. Thoroughly satisfied and I think we found our new dentist :)

We had the BEST experience here. My son is 4 and being his first time he had to get fills and root canal, I was so nervous. Sylvia was so amazing! The staff was so friendly and made my son feel so comfortable! The dr was so amazing and called to check in on my son a couple days later. Best experience and highly recommend. Also felt very comfortable due to covid not one issue of concern regarding that.

When calling to make first appt I had a bad impression an then coming I waited a little to long but after I got in everyone was very nice an apologetic for the wait. Place is very clean and Dr an assistant where amazing. I highly recommend this places an thank them from working under this hard times.

If i could give them a 0 i would. Its not just a one time experience that has me upset, we have had 3 appointments dropped and one time they didnt eveny know or have a record of my 13 yr old ever being there when i called about the referral they were supposed to send to the specialist we were sent too by there office.

If I hadn't already paid and started brace treatment for my son with a different dentist, I would switch over in a heartbeat. I had to use this office to get my son's teeth extracted at Phoenix Children Hospital and Sophia was absolutely amazing! Even when we had to get rescheduled due to COVID she kept in touch and was available with any questions. There was a lot of headaches between the virus, insurance and referralls but she kept on top of everything and I know if it hadn't been for all her help, we would still be waiting for the extraction. Her and Dr Martinez were amazing.

I been going to them for 2 1/2 for braces and got them off last year to get my retainers. The staff is great super friendly and really nice always so very nice and were just great all around!

This is an amazing group of people! Our children have been visiting this dental group for years. If your appointment is set for 9 AM then you are sitting in the dental chair at 9:01 AM. Dr. Sun and all her girls are VERY prompt, courteous and professional. Cannot overstate how satisfied we are with the wonderful treatment received from Arizona Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. This office is the best! They were so helpful when I needed to take my daughter in on short notice. Miss Sylvia ,in the front, was super helpful in getting all my paperwork done and told me to call her with anything I needed! Plus the dentist that saw my daughter kept her calm by explaining everything that was going on and I truly appreciated that. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

Extremely rude office staff. Had planned on using them for my children too but after how I was treated and them telling me to pretend to be my sisters mom at another place, wouldn't allow me to sign even though my father came and gave permission and had came and told them this. The doctors were great as well as the assistants but the office staff ruined the enitre experience. Seriously suggesting to pretend to be their parents? They need to be fired.

I brought my grandson here after going to another dentist and fighting with them to get my grandsons teeth fixed for a year. My grandson is special needs and needed work done at the hospital. He was in constant pain and the other dentist office just didnt care. So I called Az Pedistric dentistry and they got him in to be seen the very next day. They got him scheduled at pch to get the work done. They cared about him and went above and beyond to help us. I would definitely recommend this office.

MOST AHHHHMAZING PEDS DENTIST EVER! Let me start off by telling you all I have been on a waitlist from 2 other dentist offices for my 4year old son (who's been in pain) for over 6 MONTHS!! 6MONTHS PEOPLE. And nobody has ever cared to speed up, check on or even call back on a status on this so called "waitlist". In desperation, I reached out to my insurance company and they gave me a list of dentists who could potentially help.. and I went down the list to see who can work with PCH and help my son who's in constant pain and ended up with a few options but didnt FEEL welcomed with having such a complicated patient that I already know need to be seen by a specialist at PCH, these receptionists spoke to me like I was a headache for them.. UNTIL i called this place here and spoke to Sophia! I'm not sure if shes front desk or hospital coordinator or what but she was the sweetest and genuinely CARING person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I explained my situation to her and never had to reexplain to 10other people and she got us an appointment within the week and within no time my son was at PCH getting all his work done!sophia called to check on status, on documents that need ed d to be sent ahead of time and made sure everything was taken care of so I wouldnt struggle like I have been and I cant tell you HOW MUCH this means to me. To have somebody who genuinely CARES about helping and actually care to FOLLOW up and just do their job Above and beyond, I cried because somebody was finally helping. The service here was exceptional thanks to Sophia and the doctors at Phoenix Childrens Hospital and the location is a drive from my house in surprise but worth it just for the kind of people they have staffed and the inside is very clean and has an amazing sea theme I highly recommend this place to everybody!

Great place and always a great experience

AZ Pediatric Dentistry offers a full range of services. We've been going there with our kids and over 15 other foster kids and we've never had any problems with scheduling or re-scheduling. The staff are courteous, professional and friendly. My kids and I highly recommend their services.

I have 3 children and this was the first time visiting the dentist and my children were terrified. The staff seemed irritated like they've never dealt with a crying/scared child. The dental assistants were ghetto and making unprofessional comments to eachother about how anxious my children were. "There goes the rest of your day." "I know right." The scheduler for anesthesia made me feel worse with her unenthusiastic unpleasant voice regarding putting my daughter under. The lady dentist was professional but will not be going back due to unprofessional dental staff..

I just love this office. I took my 8yr old son in to get 2 teeth extracted. Dr.Mutlu was excellent! She took her time making sure my son felt safe & had no pain. Everyone in this office is great! From scheduling with Nicole for his appointment all the way to the procedure. The staff is very caring. I would highly recommend this office. -Diane

My children have been going to this office over 3 years now. Dentist and orthodontist are great and the staff are so friendly. Definitely recommend this office to anyone with children.

Been going to AZ pediatric Dentistry since my daughter was 5yrs old. Staff has always been pleasant, friendly, professional & courteous! Their staff is great w/children! Fun atmosphere & very accommodating. Daughter is now 14yrs old & braves having braces! Dr. Sun is amazing & staff so helpful; ALWAYS!! Thank you ever so much!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I took my daughter here in June and still haven't heard back from them to schedule work that needs to be done. I sent them the insurance claim twice and still no word. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My daughter is developmentally disabled and we first came to this office for dental care last year. The parking is not handicap accessible . We have to park in the next complex and there is no ramp on the curb. Despite that obstacle, we have been impressed with the ease and skill of Dr. Mutlu. She is kind and swift.

I made an appointment for my son's 6 month cleaning 6 months ago. They sent me a card reminding me of the appointment also. I had a really busy week the week of his appointment and missed their phone call reminding me of the appointment. I left work early and also my son left school early that day so that we could drive the 30 minutes to their office for his appointment. We were there on time. When the front desk called us up, they said that we didn't confirm the appointment so they cancelled it. They never notified me that they just cancelled my son's appointment for no reason. So I left work early, my son left school early, and I had to drive for an hour (there and back) for no reason. They should have at least had the decency to tell me that they cancelled his appointment, but they didn't. They wasted my time instead. I will never do business with these people again. If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible business practice.

Great with my son & daughter

I've been going here since I got teeth. They clean my teeth and i get a token for prize. They noticed I needed braces at 7 to save my front teeth and it worked. I am getting them again to close the gaps in my tiny adult teeth. I love both ortho & dentist here. nice & gentle

I love this place it makes me feel welcomed and i love the under water theme and the staff are so nice and i love that they give us goodie bags with free toothbrush and flossing kit and with toothpaste when i go they are so gental and polite i have been goin to this dentist since i was 3 and it is still great

I used to go here as a kid, since I was like 10 years old. I am now 23 years old and was taking my kids here as well. All of a sudden I call to make an appointment and they tell me they have let both of my kids go and myself as a patient because they had supposedly called me numerous times to schedule an appointment and since I 'did t answer's they scheduled it anyways and of course I didn't show up because I wasn't aware of it so I was marked as a 'No Show'. they didn't even bother leaving a voice message at least!! I was so frustrated and upset. The dentists and the dental assistants are great, the front office sucks! they are unprofessional and rude all the time. it's a nice office.. I give them that....

This place sucks. I dont recomend it at all. The parking lot is small, waiting area small, staff is horrible. And the dentist doesnt respect your decisions as a parent at all. All they care bout is them getting paid and trying to get the most they can. I will not be going back. Dont waste your time going to this place.
