We LOVE Bloom!! Casey and Peyton keep the front office so friendly and welcoming! We met their new hygienist today, Makayla, who was wonderful with my son’s cleaning! As always, Dr. Lee is simply the best! Thorough, gentle, and so friendly! Highly recommend Bloom for your kiddos’ dental care!!!

All staff we met are friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic Experience! We have seen multiple pediatric dentists and my son has had multiple bad experiences. His anxiety levels skyrocket and he ends up screaming, yelling, crying and has even bitten a dentist before. All of that is in the past now that we found Bloom. Dr. Lee and her team were amazing from start to finish. We started with routine checkups and cleanings and explained the anxiety issues. They were amazing and recommended a course of treatment they have seen work before. Fast forward a few weeks and my son broke a tooth. They got us in the very next day and were amazing! All of the team were wonderful at communicating what would be happening and making it seem like no big deal, even like my son was going to have fun. Well, they exceeded my expectations 10x over! I would highly recommend Bloom Pediatric Dentistry to anyone in or near Chandler, especially if you have a kiddo with anxiety or special needs. I can't say enough good things!!!

Dr Lee is amazing! She was patient and kind to my son, it was only his 2nd visit to the dentist (1st time at Bloom). She took the time to answer all my questions and I didn't feel rushed which I appreciated. Also, she gave great advice on how to help my 2 year old son brush his teeth.

My children have been Dr. Lee’s patients for almost 3 years now, and we have loved every visit! We’ve watched them go from scared little children to being extremely excited about the dentist. There are dozens of pediatric dentist offices between my house and the Bloom Pediatrics office, but we drive the distance to see them because they are beyond worth it! Their personalities and abilities to make sure you understand exactly what’s going on with your child’s treatment, supersede any expectations you could ever have in a dentist office. We are so grateful to have found them for our children!

Okay this is gonna be a long review, but to any parents with young children who need dental work, really, read this. I hope it'll ease any reservations you may have when it comes to picking your childs dentist! This dental office is the best pediatric dentist I could find online and after going there multiple times for my oldest son (age 3 at treatment, now 4) they've shown me exactly why they are the highest rated. Just give them a call and speak to the lovely ladies at the front desk and you'll see what i mean immediately! I had really bad dental health myself for about 2 years after having my son due to bad habits developing once I became pregnant with him. As a result both my teeth and my sons teeth weren't treated as well as they should've been, which resulted in many cavities for my son by the age of 3 years old. I was ashamed as a mother and terrified to take him anywhere due to the backlash I may receive, as I'd met some parents online who had been scolded and heavily shamed by dentists for their toddler having just 1 cavity. However, they were so kind to us and reassured us not to be ashamed or feel like a bad parent as we were making the right steps to correct our past mistakes and immediately shut my anxiety down. Once you are there they are so patient and great with the kids. As far as I understand they all have children of their own and they treat your children as their own. My first born son is very rambunctious, but never did they make me feel as though he was a nuisance, despite him non stop trying to get into everything, and me having to chase him all over the room. Dr Janelle Lee is so fun and has a personality that lights up a room! She and her team make a point to educate you on everything you need to know and give tips on how to get into better habits as well. She works quickly and stays positive while your child may fight getting their teeth cleaned. My son now brushes and flosses every night and is not scared of the dentist whatsoever. He actually enjoys going for the little token machine he gets to use at the end of his appointments. My son did end up needing to get put under anesthesia to get his dental work done on March 1st of this year, I was understandably nervous, but they work with an amazing pediatric anesthesiologist and both Bloom and Dr. Matthew Wall from Arizona Dental Anesthesia answered every question we had and gave so much support to me, a very emotional pregnant mother, lol.  They made sure to give regular updates throughout the procedure on what was being done, how his state was while he was under, and the finances. They were very up front with the potential cost of the treatment and gave us a higher quote just to ensure we could pay once we were there since they require you pay everything day of treatment. The initial quote was a few thousand more than it ended up actually being which just told me how honest they were being since they could've easily pretended they did more work than they did and taken our money and I never would've known the difference. But did they? Nope! They are just all such honest and beautiful people and we will be bringing all of our 2, soon to be 3 boys to them from now on!<3

I have taken my son here a few times for fillings and Dr Lee is amazing. So sweet to my son and really helped ease any anxiety or worry. My son actually talks about this place with fond memories. Thank you Bloom!

While wrapping up the appointment my 4 year old asks me "If we need to go the the dentist again, can we come here?". I think that question sums up our experience with our first visit. Everyone is friendly and helpful, you feel seen and heard and not like you are just another patient/appointment they are getting through. Dr. Lee is very thourough and friendly.

They were really friendly and explained to me I'm details what was happening what was going to happen..I love when they share details and take the time to explain to a concerned parent.

We really enjoy the friendly and fun environment at Bloom! My child feels at ease here and the staff are very gentle and sweet. Her cleaning and x-rays were fast and painless. Even the fillings we've had done here were handled with much care and comfort. Dr. Lee is great with the kids and very easy to talk to as a parent as well. She's very thorough in explaining any treatment plans or x-rays.

YOUR KID WILL LOVE THIS PLACE! Many pictures attached. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lee and the staff here! We have been coming for a couple years and will never leave! Every single person we have worked with, from making appointments, dealing with insurance & billing, dental hygienists, and Dr. Lee have been so nice, amazing with kids, patient and fun to be around. The changes they have made to keep everyone safe from COVID are fantastic too! Making appointments are a breeze, multiple reminders and easy to reschedule if needed - staff is really nice about it too. They are great about explaining any costs that will be out of pocket too. Prior to COVID, their waiting room was great (still is). You're greeted by a cute sign that has the names of kiddo's who will be coming that day (first names only), tablets that the kids can play on, a normal play area, fun movie on tv & comfortable chairs. COVID CHANGES: Masks are required - Check in is done from your car. Once you've checked in and masked up, you will meet them at the front door, asked covid symptom questions, given a temp check (at wrist without contact) & escorted in. Every staff member is masked up, even girls working the front desk. If you need to sign any documents, you get to keep the pen you are using. When you walk in, there is a board showing pictures of every member of the office with and without their masks. (this is so great for kids if they are nervous and are hesitant of masked faces) The table also has hand sanitizer available and extra masks if needed. All floors throughout the office have been marked with signs noting 6' distance requirement. Quite a few chairs, all tablets, play area items have all been removed. Chairs are spaced far apart & they recently put in a life size Lite Brite Board. There is a table next to the board requiring sanitizing hands before touching any of the pegs (pegs are sanitized multiple times as well). There is also now a hepa air filter on the front table too. The room where kids have their teeth cleaned, etc. is a very large open room with multiple dental chairs/beds set up in a row, large tv's placed over each one, there used to be toys and activities set up on outer parts of the room for siblings who came along. There are also benches along the side of the room as well for parents to hang out. COVID CHANGES: the extra toys have been removed, and benches have been spaced apart even further. Plexiglass dividers are now between every chair. The room was very sterile prior to the virus so not too many changes were needed. My daughter and I LOVE Dr. Lee, Zaira, Paiton, Casey and I feel like I'm forgetting someone....but they are so sweet and have treated my daughter like a princess. They take the time to get to know her, and actually remember HER and what she talked about at the previous appointment (some doctors act like they've never seen you before). They let her make her own decisions (as much as a kid can) and walk her through the entire process, whatever it may be. When cleaning her teeth, they do such a good job keeping her comfortable. Xrays are always a challenge for my kiddo but they are amazing with her; extremely patient and never push her to the point of throwing up and/or freaking out. Kiddo just had a couple sealants put on and a stubborn baby tooth extracted and the experience was WONDERFUL. Prior to this, Dr. Lee explained what she was going to do, (after getting my permission about what was to be done) asked kiddo what SHE wanted and answered all the questions she had. She showed her pictures and the tools she was going to use. It was awesome to watch this conversation. I was able to hang out in a small room directly across from the procedure room so I could see everything. They were so sweet, covered her with a blanket and again talked through what was going on. They gave her just enough nitrous oxide & numbed her gums well so when her stubborn tooth was extracted she didn't feel it. She was pretty nervous about that.... Total success and now she has no fear!! LOVE this place!!!!!

The staff at Bloom Pediatric Dentistry is AMAZING. I have two kiddos and one loves the the dentist but the other gets extremely anxious and her dentist visits used to result in crying, gagging and throwing up until I found Bloom! They are SO patient and understanding and she no longer melts down. She still gets nervous but they work with her and she leaves happy. The staff are SAINTS. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Since moving to the chandler area, I was eager to find a super close pediatric dentist as good as our past dentist in ahwatukee. The ladies were all very nice, the office was clean and they answered all my questions and were great with both of my boys. Their prompt referrals allowed us to make the needed appointments we need to schedule with the oral surgeon and the orthodontist. Happy to have found Dr. Lee and her staff.

Wonderful all around!! I’m a general dentist in Chandler who works on all ages of patients. When I have a patient who needs some extra care (or in this case my 5 year old daughter who didn’t want me fixing her tooth) I send them to Bloom. Staff are all great and Dr Lee was fantastic with my girl. I highly recommend this office!

My son had an abscess and was in pain, called at 9am and they took him in a 2pm for an appointment! Outstanding treatment while there as well, my son needs to go back for an extraction and he’s excited!!! Thank you so much Bloom for the great customer care!

Dr. Lee and her team we're very welcoming and informative. Her office was clean and very cute. I would recommend her to be your child's dentist. 3 years ago when I was choosing a pediatric dentist for my daughter, I couldn't have made a better choice. She educates, informs and doesn't push expensive treatment. She allowed me to return home and think about something before I rushed into making a hasty decision about my daughter's teeth. I am happy I found her and as long as she is here and she will be my children's dentist.

I took all 4 of my kids (8, 6, 4, 10mths). The staff was very prepared and efficient. The hygienists were patient with each of my kids, making it a very positive experience. The doctor was thorough and very personable and connected easily with each of my kids. The take home bags and tokens at the end were a hit for the kids as well. My oldest who has always struggled with the dentist said “It was ok.” ? I’ll take it! My middle two kids left saying how much they love the dentist ? ? ?. Great experience. I highly recommend them.

We were seen very quickly (less than one minute in the waiting area), the hygienist was very friendly and showed my daughter everything that she was going to do before doing it, and there are TVs on the ceiling to distract the kids.

Back in June, I was trying to find a dental office for my daughter's first dental exam. I was having a problem finding an office that accepted our insurance even though the offices were listed on the insurance website. Kasey, a patient coordinator, contacted our insurance and emailed me several times regarding our insurance and options I had. In the end, they did not take our insurance, but I appreciate that Kasey took the time to get in touch with our insurance.

I appreciated the precautions they took in ensuring their patients are protected from Covid and how well they were with my toddler. The staff were all nice and thoughtful. The dentist was very knowledgeable and comforting.

** Look no further ** So today I pulled the short straw and had to take the kids to the dentist. Something my amazing wife has the privilege of doing most of the time. I was absolutely blown away by how kind, thoughtful and professional everyone was. From initial greeting through walking out the door. The level of service was absolutely amazing. I don’t even think the kids knew they were at the dentist. I’ll no longer dread taking the kids to the dentist. You will not find a better pediatric dentist.

We had a great experience with Dr Lee and her wonderful staff. They are kind, patient, and understanding. I chose to do just the laughing gas for my son on our first attempt to get some fillings done. My son got nervous with having everything in his mouth so we had to stop and reschedule to use the oral sedative. From the time I walked in with my daughter for her first dental visit to the moment I stepped out the door, every single person was nice, happy, pleasant and polite. Dr. Lee took the time to educate me as a parent on how diet and life style affect teethwith a power point. She was so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Her dental assistants offered my daughter small items just for her. The front desk lady was super nice and wonderful to talk to. The office was beautiful, the toys available to play with were age appropriate and my daughter loved them. My 12 month old had his first dental check up and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Bloom Pediatric Dentistry! All the staff were very nice and understanding of an active toddler. I could tell Dr. Lee truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. Very happy to find Dr Lee and her team. The office is clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The waiting area has tablets and board games. A lot of nice small touches like a welcome board with all the patient makes for the day. The cleaning room had 4 beds next to each other with a TV the kids can watch while getting their cleaning. There is also a separate room for treatments. Dr. Lee is very friendly, patient, easy to talk to and communicated clearly about my childrens' dental needs. They also have my kids pretty bloom dentistry t-shirts with their prizes. Dr Lee's calendar fills up up quickly and I set up appointments 2 months in advance, but definitely worth the wait. I'm so happy Dr Lee is within our dental insurance network (DELTA DENTAL). HIGHLY recommend their office.

Dr. Lee & her entire staff is AMAZING!!! I took all 3 of my kids for the first time her and the office is beautiful. Everything is kid & parent friendly, we felt so welcomed, so involved in the visit. I know how long & time consuming 1 new patient takes let alone 3 and not once did we feel rushed out. The staff & Dr. Lee her self went out of there way to greet us, educate regarding there teeth. Plus our kids left with goodies bags and a token for the office toy vending machine. My kids LOVE going to the dentist now. I will never go to another dentist... I’m actually sad they take adults.

My 2.5 years old had his first appointment at Bloom. Previously we went to another dentist but our experience was not good. Today my son had a completely different experience. He actually enjoyed his dental visit. Dr. Lee did an excellent job of providing valuable information about dental health and care. The facility is excellent and the staff is Friendly.

Dr. Lee and her office staff were fantastic! After we started having some very long wait times at our dentist office, I decided it was time to find a new place to take my kids. I chose Bloom Dentistry based on their reviews and recommendations from people within our community. When we arrived, my kids were excited to see their name on a board welcoming them. The office was clean and the staff was extremely welcoming. We arrived at our appointment a little early, and we were actually called back before our appointment time (I’ve never had that happen before). Not once did I feel as if they were rushing to get my kids out. They did a great job, they answered any questions I had and Dr. Lee made me feel very comfortable. The kids got to enter a raffle for having no cavities. My kids could not stop talking about how much they liked this dentist. I’ve never seen kids get so excited about their teeth cleaning and are looking forward to their next visit. All in all, this is a great dental office and I’m so glad I chose them!

I cannot begin to describe the difference Dr Lee and her staff have made in my family’s life. When we first started seeing her 18 months ago, my son (8 yrs at the time) was so anxious that he wouldn’t even sit down. He’d literally jump up and say “what are you doing, what is that, is it gonna hurt” every single time they got close. Dr Lee and her staff were beyond compassionate and patient, they made him feel comfortable, and they made every accommodation to ease his anxiety. For the record, Dr Lee (aka “the Magician”) managed to give him several numbing shots at a later appointment WITHOUT HIM KNOWING! And don’t think he wasn’t watching for it. It was divine. Anyways, we went in today, and I sat there in awe as my son got his routine cleaning completely at ease. We left and he said “mom, I actually like the dentist.”? Dr Lee, you are proof that not all super heroes wear capes. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to you and your staff for changing my children’s lives for the better.

Loved this whole experience! I had been searching for the perfect place for my little one and I found it. Great service :) friendly environment and top notch care
