I have had 2 of my children in braces at Advanced Orthodontics and the before and after were perfect, but the level of care and attention to the little details blew me away. I rarely write reviews, but after 4 years between both kids. The first 2 years were evaluation, preparation and coordination with the kids' pediatric dentist. They came in twice a year to see how their teeth were coming in and when the best time to start treatment would be. After the kids had progressed to a good starting point they did the invitation, and then switched to metal to perfectly arrange their teeth. Dr. Larrabee always puts his clients 1st, so he doesn't rush anything, but will speed things up when the mouth gives him the green light. Dr. Larrabee has a unique talent for reading a person's gums and moving their teeth in place like a finely choreographed musical. Dr. Larrabee's team... I can't say enough how great they are. He hires the best qualified and most personable employees I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Dr. Larrabee is a great leader and if his team were in orthodontic champions, like the Alabama Football of Orthodontics ( Sorry Doc, I know you are a Michigan fan). Bottom line is that if you want the best service, team and results, then Advanced Orthodontics and Dr. Larrabee are the best option of any practice in the valley, and I would dare to say the nation. Most beautiful medical office I’ve ever been in. They have legit waterfall walls, better than a spa. As far as their services, I am a transplant that was just in need of a new retainer. They didn’t try to sell me on additional services (I’ve already had braces twice), just got me what I needed next day at a fair price. Really happy with services

This is absolutely the BEST orthodontics office! The staff is incredible! You feel so welcomed and at home here. They also have the sweetest office dog “Ruca” she will put a huge smile on your face as soon as you walk through the doors ! I highly recommend this place for anyone needing an orthodontist! Dr. Larrabee’s office was fantastic through my Invisalign treatment! Dr. Larrabee was great going through what Invisalign entails and the responsibility behind it. The staff is always so welcoming and fun to chat with. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Larabee and the entire staff at AO are professional, fun-spirited and passionate about the work they do to transform smiles. From first consultation, contract negotiation and appointment setting you are impressed by the amount of technology and high tech for their clinical workflow and practice. They are so easy to reach by phone and text. Open communication between patient and parent is so important and AO makes it so easy to communicate and understand where we are in the treatment plan process. Dr. Larabee personally called to check up with my daughter the day she started Invisalign to see how she was doing. And he was in office today when she finished treatment, high-fiving and congratulating my daughter and so excited for the review of pics pre and post treatment. We are so happy to be a part of the AO family!

Wow ? 10 out of 10 highly recommend !!! “Trustworthy” Went to other orthodontist they were afraid to fix my teeth due to short front roots with the possibility of me loosing them. I had a terrible experience here that I will never forget. As a preface, I was a 27yo working overnight shifts and I slept during the day, so I admit it was difficult to get ahold of me since my phone was always on “do not disturb” during the day. However, I never missed or was late to any appointment. During my appointments I would get lectures from Dr. Larrabee about how I need to be better about answering my phone, etc. Then at one appointment he asks me “who brings you to your appointments?” (Implying I couldn’t take care of myself). At first I was confused, so I asked him to repeat himself. He says again “Who helps you out and brings you to these appointments?” What?!? I said “nobody....” Anyway, Dr. Larrabee, just remember that you don’t know what your patients are going through or what’s going on at home with them, so please don’t make comments like this. I had a lot of things going on at home, and having you question whether or not I am able to take care of myself was a huge slap in the face. I will never forget this horribly offensive comment.

I went in after seeing a few orthodontics that recommended pulling teeth to fix my smile. Dr. Larabee was able to not only NOT pull teeth, but use Invisalign to straighten my teeth and fix my overbite. The whole process was super quick and you could hardly tell I had anything in. The difference is night and day and now my teeth look absolutely amazing! The staff and Dr. Larabee were always nice and helpful as well. 10/10 experience for sure!!!

Great place to get ortho work done. I am please with the results. However, I didn’t like the fact that it was extra for the Invisalign retainers after my treatment. I think that the retainers should of have been included in the total price when I got my estimate. Had I known that from the beginning, I would of have gone elsewhere. I have talked to other ortho offices and some give clients unlimited retainers for life if they are damaged or lost.

I had come to Advanced Orthodontics to fix my smile that I was very unhappy with. I had previously already had ortho work done before when I was a teenager but my retainers kept falling out. Dr. Larabee and his team were AMAZING. They listened to what I wanted my dream smile to look like. I was on a 14- tray Invisalign treatment plan. The before and after results were VERY impressive. I am so, so, so happy and grateful that I made the decision to go with Advanced Orthodontics. Highly recommend if you want that perfect smile.
