I, of course, hope you don't need an endodontist, but if you do, I highly recommend Acacia Endodontics in Chandler. Dr. Cullimore is the best!! He is very thorough, gentle, caring and kind. Dr. Cullimore took the time to completely explain the issue with my tooth and show me on the xrays. He clearly explained my options and was very patient with me and my questions. He made sure I understood my options and did not pressure me to quickly make a decision. I never felt he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. To resolve the issue with my tooth, it took multiple appointments. He was just as wonderful at each and every appointment. I experienced almost no pain throughout my treatment. The girls in the office are all very helpful and kind.

I had a re-treatment of a root canal done here, and after it was over, he tells me there is decay under the old crown, so I will need to have my crown removed and redone. I go to my dentist to do this, and there was so much decay, that they couldn’t put another crown on. My dentist was not sure why they didn’t stop when he felt the decay to make sure I would have enough tooth to hold a new crown. The root canal took up all my insurance benefits for the year, I paid money out of pocket to them, AND I now have to pay an oral surgeon to get the tooth removed, so the root canal was pointless and unnecessary ! As a single Mom that doesn’t have extra money like that, I am very disappointed and sad that this is the endo I chose. I used to use a different doc, but because he was out of network, I ended up switching. What a mistake!

Such a good experience here! I was nervous about a root canal procedure and the dentist I saw (Shaun Cullimore D.M.D MS) made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and I would highly recommend Acacia Endodontics to anyone. Thank you!

I would give zero stars if I could, My husband was referred there from out dentist. Long story short the front desk staff did not do their job, told my husband he was not covered with our insurance, he would have to pay $225 just to see the dentist . Called our insurance and yes we are covered. If they would have done what they should have done this would not have been an issue. We will be going elsewhere.

Highly professional, kind, knowledgable and amazing! I had a tooth that became infected and my regular dentist could not do anything for me. He gave me a script and my face swelled up real bad so I went to the ER. The ER had an on site oral surgeon and he wanted to pull my tooth, but thankfully I told him no. Upon seeing Dr. Skidmore, he took a couple x-rays and told me it was a different tooth than my regular dentist + ER oral surgeon were thinking about pulling out! Thank GOD I did not get the wrong tooth pulled! Dr. Skidmore did a 15 minute procedure and took care of the infection! No teeth to pull, and I'm feeling much better! I have 100% trust this team. Thank you!

Wonderful Experience! I had "back-to-back" root canals done today and it was 100% Painless. I've never left a dental review before and want viewers to know this experience was awesome. I suffer from extreme anxiety and avoided dental care for almost 5 years. I'm finally on the road to dental recovery. I was able to utilize an Anesthesiologist (Dr. Aaron Roberts - HIGHLY RECOMMEND) who kept me comfortable the entire time. PEOPLE READING THIS: DON'T PUT OFF DENTAL TREATMENTS! CONTACT ACACIA IF YOU NEED ROOT CANALS DONE.. LET THE EXPERTS HELP YOU.

Dr Cullimore was amazing. The entire staff was kind. I was welcomed the moment I walked in. Having a root canal is not my idea of fun but I was absolutely comfortable the whole time. Dr Cullimore has a great bedside manner made me feel like I was an old friend. He got me very numb and I barely felt it at all. The work was done efficiently and I am out of pain and feeling better. Thank you to everyone at Acacia Endodontics.

This company is so unprofessional, I'd never recommend it to anyone. First off, I go to them hoping they could relieve me of some pain in my tooth, from a failed root canal. I meet my dentist and he's very short with me, and wasn't very personable. Since I found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant, I wanted to get the infection under control because it could hurt the baby, and he knew this. So we take an xray, we see where the abscess is, and I just want him to file out the infection, medicate it, and temporarily cover it until i'm in my 2nd trimester to finish the re-treatment. Well, it only takes him like MAYBE 30 minutes to do this, and he seals me up, and tells the assistant that we don't need to take a second xray, which i found odd, but i figured it was just to make sure there wasn't too much xray exposure, because of my pregnancy... The next day i get a call from the office assistant asking me how my tooth was feeling, I let her know that it's actually in a little more pain than before, and she just tells me to try and wait it out till the following monday and if i'm still in pain to call them... Well I could only wait till friday after work, that was my breaking point, I call a different dentist that thankfully stayed open after 5 so I could get an emergency extraction, because the pain is sooo bad. Upon going in and meeting the dentist there, he goes ahead and takes an Xray of my tooth and comes to me, asking if i knew there was a FILE THAT WAS BROKEN OFF IN MY TOOTH!!!! I had no idea of this, and he said, this was most likely the reason the tooth wasn't getting any better, you know how dangerous that is for the baby?!?! Well, I call acacia endodontics the following monday(today) to let them know i want a refund of the full 330 dollars i put down, and they're giving me the run around, first it was i had to wait for the office manager to call me and talk to me, and after she talked to me she said she had to talk to the "owner" of the company to ask about the refund, I don't hear back from them, so i call them, then she says the dentist hasn't had time to review my file, and that she'd call me back, THEN she calls me and says, "oh that wasn't the doctor that worked on you, he's out of the office today. ill have to talk to him tomorrow" How did the office people not see what dentist worked on me? Why did it take until the other dentist reviewed it to see that it was the other dentist who worked on me? And now she's telling me, i won't get the full refund back probably because i still need to pay for the dentist's time... what the whole 30 minutes? AND then trying to say that the file was in my tooth before coming to them?!?!? I SAW the xray they took, there was no file in there... and if by SOME chance it was there (which it wasn't) why wouldn't he have said, "oh look, a file was left in your tooth, this is harmful for your pregnancy, and is probably what is causing your pain, let me take it out, or send you to someone who can help get it out" no, none of that... Own up for your mistakes, and just give me back the 330 dollars, i paid you to get me out of pain, which you did the opposite and lead me to getting it extracted and paying even more money... if they keep giving me the run around, i'm reporting their company to 12 news.... This is ridiculous.

I've been to Dr. Cullimore at Acacia Endodontics several times for my teeth. Because of some weird anatomy in my mouth, I've had to have several procedures done. Dr. Cullimore has been one of the most amazing physicians I have gone to, I'd feel very safe to say, in my entire life. He has not only made me feel comfortable in his office and during every procedure, but he has even made himself available if I had any problems or issues after hours. It's hard sometimes, in my opinion, to find a doctor who is both good at what they do AND compassionate and attentive to their patients' needs. Dr. Cullimore is all of these things. I would recommend my family and friends to him for any endodontic work, as I would recommend anyone else inquiring where to find a great endodontist. His staff has also always been kind and receptive to my needs and questions. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I will be returning to Acacia Endodontics in the future for any endodontic needs, although, nothing against them of course, but I hope I don't have to!
