Cheyenne Regional Medical Group

I've been a patient here for years, and twice now the doctor/nurse that I see regularly has left this practice, and I do not get notified when this happens. I've called with concerns regarding medication that I cannot simply stop taking, and each time this office acts like it's my fault and my problem that they didn't inform me that my provider is no longer available. This failure to be professional and ethical is outright terrifying. This is their medical care? Patients have to suffer because they don't do their jobs. This is why Cheyenne residents choose Colorado medical professionals over these people that shouldn't be in charge of anyone's care.
