I had sprained my ankle, was taken via AMR as I am new to town and have no ride. I called at 2:17 and was back home by 4:30. During my we visit, they’d given me an ultra sound as I was unsure weather I had ankle issues or blood clots, I’d previously had DVT’s and PE’s. And x-RAY’S. Unlike many other hospital visits they only took a current and relevant med history, and didn’t have to tell every staff member the same story! And they didn’t have 10 people come in and grab my leg and say does this hurt? After wrapping my ankle I told them I didn’t have a ride home, they had a service to take me home!!!

Worst doctors appointment in history. They emailed paperwork with an address, went to said address. Wrong building, found where I was supposed to be was ten minutes late. Grouchy old woman at counter said since late I would have to reschedule. I will but somewhere else

Possibly the slowest, least professional, AND poorly run office i have ever been to.

Came back after a bad experience with one of the NP here and saw Dr Harnish. Glad we did because our son finally got the expedient care that he needed! If you are seeking a doctor whom will take the time to listen and care, see Dr Harnish. Our son received the care he needed today, and received it with compassion.

The one NP here is beyond stupid. Total waste of money bringing out son here.

I am not posting about the doctors but about the staff of nurses that may be staffed incorrectly or underknowled, for our simple fact is that for about 1 1/2 years the allergy shots , simple, have not been near on time and a few times have been rescheduled due to We don't have your specimens, due to their neglect on ordering , and due subcondtions presumably it is said that not all of the allegy shot givers are accurate. No excuses. We had not a problem where we started , do we have one here. I am under paid though i do the best that I do.

Friendly, professional, and everyone in the office knows what they're doing and does it well! From receptionist, to nurses, blood takers and especially the doctors. We have been "patients" there for almost 20 years.

I love going to see my doctor. I started with Dr. Medina who had a rough bedside manner and continuously misdiagnosed my issues, but since I switched, I have gotten much better treatment.

I absolutely love this clinic my son sees Dr. Medina and Dr. Kisicki and I feel they always listen to my concerns and are very thorough.

I feel Dr. Medina listens really well and is invested in the visit but I don't get call backs regarding results like they say they will. Need to be more proactive with your care with this facility and make them keep up with you.
