I rec. .my 4th crown yesterday & by far this was the best experience I have ever had having a crown put in! Or any other dental work! I’m thankful to the entire staff for the wonderful experience!

Great place, you can’t go wrong. The staff from the front desk to the hygienist, and the dentist are by far the best dentist office in Cheyenne!!!! I highly recommend them. Thank you for your great service!

Exceptional care from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. I have a long history of dental work that has let me down and unnecessary procedures performed based on trusting my care to the wrong places. They were upfront about options, costs, what would be best for long term and made me feel like more than just an insurance claim that could turn a quick buck on. Same day crown placement instead of three separate visits. Staff that truly care. I will be recommending this place to everyone and anyone who has felt let down by the dental world. The treatment plan has given me hope that I will be able to have a close to normal dental life after this. My deepest thanks for this experience and I look forward to future care here!

Great Dentist , makes you very comfortable and at ease.

The staff were both courteous and warm towards myself and each other. From the receptionist to the doctor, they spoke very kind and politely to each other. It was like they all just got back from a two month vacation they were so happy and cheerful. They worked me into their schedule so I wouldn’t have to wait extra long to get things done. I’m very appreciative of them going that extra distance to help me.

I'm still in shock at how good they are. I was traveling west across I80 and cracked a molar - lots of pain, really needed to get something done. I asked a few friends in Wyoming if they could recommend an emergency dentist and that led me to Advanced Dental. They were able to see me on very short notice. I went in expecting to get a temporary patch-up job, but in just 3 hours they were able to give me a permanent crown. To put that in perspective, at my normal dentist in Florida it takes weeks to get a crown. If you're in pain and need help, this is the place to go!

Francis was my main nurse but she was outstanding & caring everyone there were very professional but made me feel more then comfortable this place 100/10

I found this place about 9 months ago and this is the best place I have ever been to. The dentists care, fix dental problems, the right way, the first time. They don't try to upsell something you don't need or send you for unnecessary consultations and procedures. The dental hygienist I go to is awesome. No pain, no zings, no digging fillings out. They are extremely professional, you don't have to wait AND they can make your crowns while you wait.

Emergency profeasionals. Amazing service. Technology utilization. And overall quite impressed with the ambient feeling and professionalism.

Very quick response for scheduling, excellent staff and knowledgeable. Crown and filling in less than 3 hours in one appointment.

They messed up my appointment twice, and when I finally got in they did an awful job. My teeth were filmy after a cleaning, as if they had only polished half my teeth! The building is clean and the staff are polite but the service is not good.

Dr Rocknak and his staff are amazing. Rhonda and Felicia you guy's are great. So comfortable coming here and love that you take care of my Dental needs same day! Merry ? Christmas to you all. You are the BEST!

There are not enough words to explain how amazing these people are. Told them my issue and they got me right night next day. The gal on the phone very friendly and helpful. Got there for my appointment and the front desk gals are very friendly and helpful. Then there's Dr Harvey, he is AWESOME!! He is so caring and concerned for the patients best interest. Also his side kick Sora is the bomb also. She is so up beat and caring. I for sure will recommend theses guys to anyone that is looking for a dentist. THANK YOU GUYS!! You rock!!

Refused to help my sixteen year old daughter because some one in her family owed on a past due bill.

They wanted to charge me $50 for a free cleaning. I pay every month for preventative dental insurance that covers 2 FREE visits, with a cleaning included, every year. Dr Havens bed side manner leaves much to be desired.... I do understand my insurance coverage. You wanted to charge an extra $50 for my Free 6 month cleaning that my insurance pays ALL of. I'm sorry that times are financially difficult for your office, but if you don't want to accept the payment that Delta Dental offers, you should not be one if their providers. And if you truly wanted to make things right you would call me, and not expect me to call you.

I recently was in a lot of pain and needed an emergency root canal and when I called Rhonda was very helpful and told me to come in right away and they would help me. It was nice knowing they took my pain serious and they took care of it the same day! Francis and Dr. Harvey couldn’t of been more helpful during the entire appointment and made me feel very comfortable! I would highly recommend this dentist and will continue to do so

Current insurance little too pricey for me, but hopefully new insurance next year will be better and will be able to try them out.

I called looking for an emergency appointment as o was having major tooth pain, they got me scheduled same day, I showed up two hours early in so much pain and they got me back right away! Dr.Rocknak took a look at me and decided that the only way to ease my pain was to get my wisdom tooth out, well he took all four of them out right away! I felt no pain and feel much better today now that he helped me! I will be going back to this office for all of my dental needs from now on! Thank you Dr. Rocknak!!

This is a great place, everyone was kind and comforting. Dr. Havens put me at ease almost immediately. They answered every question and concern I had. Went for my deep clean today and the hygienist Cassidy was wonderful, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Overall just a great experience.

Great group of people that take care of you.

I have an irrational fear of dentists. Since coming to Advanced Dental things have been easier. The doctors there have a way of putting me at ease and helping me with my fear. I still don't look forward to going to a dentist, but knowing who will take care of me helps a ton.

The dental office is beautiful, and the technology nology is A+. Most of all, Brittanii, Rhonda, Dr. Harvey and the front desk staff are all bright and cheery, friendly. Explanations of procedures, choices of treatments, and costs are clear and concise. Bravo! to all.

My doctor was amazing! He met all my needs. He listened to my concerns and was understanding. I highly recommend them.

The staff at this facility were all welcoming, kind and compassionate. They did their best to comfort me during an emergent and painful procedure. I called with pain and they got me in just 10 minutes later. I have had difficulty finding the right fit for a dentist office but I think my search is over. Thank you to everything this staff has done to ease my discomfort!

Very pleased with your services

I have always been terribly afraid of the dentist and I have never had good experiences in the past. The team at Advanced Dental are so kind and patient and understanding. They take their time to explain everything, give you options, and make sure you are comfortable with everything. I still don't like going to the dentist, but I don't feel afraid to go to Advanced Dental.

Finding a dentist can be the most stressful part of relocating, but once I found Advanced Dental by Espire I became immediately relieved. They are always super professional, incredibly accommodating, and always do a stupendous job with teeth care. I had to make a last-minute request for an appointment and they worked their magic & squeezed me in - major props to Rhonda!! Truly some MVP of dental hygiene in the house! They are so good, I was willing to drive all the way over from Laramie to Cheyenne for their fantastic services!! Highly recommend if you’ll looking for a freakin’ amazing dentist!!

Advanced Dental is the best clinic in Cheyenne! The atmosphere is very professional and comfortable. Lisa is an amazing hygienist, and Dr. Havens is extremely knowledgeable!

My daughter had been a patient at Advanced dental for many years. She had an emergent dental issue and when we got to her appointment this morning we were notified they no longer accept her insurance. It would have been great to know that when it changed!! Very frustrating and terrible communication on their part.

Had an emergency and called in to ask for an appointment, Rhonda had me seen same day, and coordinated my care plan to the last detail. Frances was assigned to me as my Dental Assistant, and made sure that I had everything I needed during the original appointment and those following. Doctor Rocknak was quick to alleviate my issue, and quickly handled my situation in a prompt and professional manner. Strongly recommend this office. You can tell a lot of thought went into the offices efficiency, while also leaving room to feel personal and attentive.

Dr. Rocknak is phenomenal! He is the very best Dentist EVER! He explains everything and tells you how much it will cost and exactly what to expect! I need Novocaine almost when I enter the office and he never forgets it’s always the first thing he does! I was driving to Fort Collins for Dentistry until I found him and now I would never go anywhere else! Plus his staff is incredible they treat you like family and are very professional but always kind and considerate! DOCTOR ROCKNAK AND STAFF ARE ONE OF A KIND!

This dentist office is amazing! My son had to have his teeth removed in October before a bone marrow transplant. I called Advanced and they got him in within the week to see about dentures before a trip we had planned to Mexico 3/14. His first appointment was 2/16 and Dr Rocknak went above and beyond! He met with my son during his lunch hour and then he carried the molds (I hope that's what they are called) to Loveland himself!!! My son had his dentures on 3/12!! Highly recommend him and his staff. They are all awesome!!

This place is very professional and everyone went out of their way to make it very relaxing . I can’t brag enough on Dr.Rocknak he is outstanding . And he has a awesome crew ! Even the ladies that answer the phones are awesome ! I highly recommend them .

They are great people to work with, from the receptionist to the dentist. I went in for a cleaning and a crown on a tooth. They did the crown all in one day. In and out in two hours like they had promised. Calm experience all around with these folks. They even called the following day to make sure all had gone well. Wonderful service.

I’ve struggled with finding a decent dentist for years, I called and they got me in right away! I had to have a root canal and crown and they did everything they could to accommodate my schedule! This by far has been the best experience I’ve had in my life with a dentist!! I highly recommend this facility and Dr Rocknak! Also my anxiety of going to the dentist has eased a lot because of the kindness and work this facility provides! Thank you again Dr Rocknak and staff! You guys are the best!!!!

I am more than pleased with the cleaning that I have received. It was thoroughly done and with gentleness and such a comfortable atmosphere. I didn’t have any dental work done at this time , but absolutely would trust the staff and Dr Rocknak.

I moved here from another state where I had excellent dental care. A piece of my tooth broke, and my daughter recommended Advanced Dental. I was seen 1 day after calling and had the crown was put on the next day. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly, polite and professional. Dr . Havens was very skilled and informative. I am adding an update to my review. I went for a dental checkup and cleaning this week. I only have rave reviews. Cassidy my hygienist did such a wonderful job, was informative and very gentle. Dr. Rocknak also was informative and professional. I highly recommend this office.

My husband just had a crown put on. It was very timely service. The care received was excellent. This is the third crown he has had and all are very will.

They have been amazing. New patient, they got me in on the day I called within an hour. Everyone I spoke to, from the front desk to the hygienist, dentist and billing director were friendly, helpful, professional and made me certain this is the only dentist I will go to from now on. Most recent visit required some serious work, and not only were they fantastic, but they did their job so well that my pain afterwards was basically a zero. This is my dentist forever.

November 2020 update: I was impressed at the fact I had the same hygenist as I had during my May appt. I believe this enables them to detect problems quicker since that hygenist is familiar with my mouth. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentists are friendly, engaging, informative and accommodating. If you're looking for a great dental care home, these folks come highly recommended. May, 2020: My husband and I are new patients of Dr. Rocknak's and I can give him and his staff my highest recommendation at this point in our relationship. They understand first impressions are important and we were impressed with how easy they made everything from making an appointment to checking in and going through the work up process. We appreciated that they were attentive to our insurance requirements of exactly 6 months between cleanings so that we aren't hit with the bill. The technology Dr. Rocknak employs in his practice played a significant part in our decision to go there, having had crown replacements re-done multiple times in other practices before they got it right.

I called many dentist offices first thing Monday morning in hopes to be seen the same day because of intense tooth pain that started over the weekend. I was seen at Advanced Dental within an hour of calling, as a new patient and without an appointment. I was immediately given answers and temporary relief until my appointment for the very next morning for my tooth to be extracted. Dr. Rocknak was incredibly comforting, patient, and kind! I am so grateful to him and his wonderful assistant, and for such quick relief!

I had a chipped front tooth and was able to get it fixed within hours of calling to schedule. Dr. Rocknak and staff were very professional, thorough, and truly concerned not only with this issue but with other dental needs and expectations. All service options and fees were discussed upfront, no hidden costs. My only regret is that I did not discover Advanced Dental when I moved to Cheyenne 5 years ago!! I highly recommend them!!

My experience with the doctors and staff at advanced dental was phenomenal. I had to have a root canal done. What would normally take several appointments was able to be done in one afternoon. I was so relaxed I was able to take a nap. Crazy at that may seem. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
