We saw multiple doctors over 2 years. I had a child in perul and after 4 messages no one ever returned a call. It was terrifying. We found a doctor in Ft Collins and I would never go here again.

A little bit of a goat rope style process to get records for yourself about yourself. I could see if i was not getting records for myself but this has been the worse records request process i have ever gone through.

They are very rude. They are very incompetent. They will schedule you with one person and then they cancel and send you to someone else. Or the therapist quits.

My daughter sees Dr. Eicher and we absolutely love her. She has always been spot on with my daughter's treatment needs and she us very down-to-earth and very easy to talk to. The nursing staff are great as well, very efficient and straight forward.

The mental health professionals are wonderful, the facility itself however is completely unpleasant and unreasonable to deal with. I have never felt more like a number or dollar sign in my life. If you have to pay for your mental health care anyway, go somewhere else.

I agree with the previous poster about better training for theie front desk staff. We have a behavioral client who absolutely needs his meds. After many years they denied services because guardian paperwork wasn't current. His guardian lives very far away, which is why it was set up years earlier. Because of their refusal, a client who was living on his own is now in a lockdown facility. I've never in 18 years doing this type of work, seen anything like it.

I would really like to thank all the people at Behavioral Health Services especially Nurse Ann and Dr. Jasper. All of the people that work at BHS are very good at what they do. A very good friend of mine needed their help and got it, she was seen by more than one doctor but Dr. Jasper with his ear to ear smile and Nurse Ann's "I could see it in her eyes" genuine caringness helped her more than anything. They have a lot of good doctors, nurses, councillors, therapists and a lot of good programs, so if you need their services feel free to call them I'm sure they'll be glad to help you.

The front desk is horrible. They have absolutely no concern for their patients whatsoever. My wife arrived to her appointment about 15 minutes late and the lady at the front desk acted like it was going to come out of her paycheck. She acted like their time was more important than anyone else's. Only after my wife complained did she mention that she could call the doctor to see if he would still see her. She didn't greet us with a smile or even smile at all for that matter. There was no positive experience at all even though they had a sign on their wall that talked about having positive communication with patients. Maybe they should screen their front desk staff a little better. Then they might get some better ratings.

I hated this place when I first stared going. But finally after 2 doctors I finally got a Dr. That does his job and is willing to do to make sure that my medication is the right dose and that I'm on the right medication I'm just thankful that he works with me and he does not just talk to me about my medication he talks to me about other things that are going on in my life
