This hospital impressed my family and I!! Unfortunately, my Uncle had to go to the ER over the Thanksgiving holiday. From the moment we entered the ER until we left, the staff caring for him were absolutely amazing. To quote my Uncle, " they were so nice, helpful and respectful". Thank you for being there and taking such great care of my Uncle!!!!!

6 hours to get some stitches in my sons head on a Sunday night. 5 hours just to be seen. Another hour just to get discharge paperwork. Absolutely terrible place.

It is the worst place that you can go. Please do not go to this place. The billing department over here is the worst. They do not know what they are doing. The emergency service is pathetic and will make you dead just by waiting outside for services.

A former friend (as of tonight) left against medical advice. Thanks friend for using me. As for the staff, apologize all you want, till you're blue in the face, you've lost my confidence. In the future I'll seek MY medical care from a source that does a better job. So here's an update (as of 10/17/2021): I'm not so upset with this facility as I was before. I've gotten some well needed treatment of my own and those experiences were great. As for the man I wrote about earlier, he would crash his Dodge pickup into cars along Converse Ave. and ultimately land upside down at the front entrance rock display of the VA Medical Center on the very next day (6/7/2021) and about a month later (after I obtained the apartment directly beneath his in the middle of July, I think) he would die in an office chair at my place on 7/2/2021. There's only so much I/we can do to help a friend or a loved one. The doctors know this and have shared their strength with me as I go forward. Bless them all and the hands they have to do the best work possible in difficult times such as we live in today. In Jesus's name, Amen.

I dont know why anyone would rate this hospital bad. The people I've met and the care I've been given is awesome. They have done everything in their power to make my stay as comfortable as humanly possible. The people have gone above and beyond to make my stay the best I've ever had in a medical facility. The treatment has been effective and wonderful in general. Everyone from the doctors to the nurses to room service has been very helpful and accommodating. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!...Roger Williamson

Me and my husband were coming from Oregon on a trip. I went in to the ED for some issues I’ve been having for months. The nurses and doctor did everything they could for me and we got some answers. I got further in figuring out my health here than I have with any other doctor. I appreciate how thorough the doctor was. Overall great experience! Everyone was very kind.

These guys don't even deserve one star i would die before going here the nurse made my daughter choke and just stood there then they keep her in the hospital they claim for other reasons when she was seen by a couple other doctors and was fine the nurse wont addmit she was in the wrong for giving my daughter medication and letting her choke in a carseat

The rn nurse travis in the er is very loud rude and very unprofessional. He approached me like someone on the street. Not the service I expect from a health care professional. He need to learn empathy skills which he obviously lacks.

We were basically threatened by the nurse when we brought my daughter in. She said that we can hang out for as long as it takes and help make medical decisions or if we don’t like what they do or decide we want to leave because we don’t like the care that she will mandate a 3 day hold and then they make all decisions without us. Almost immediately they told us as long as she hadn’t invested anything else she would be ok. Fast forward 4 1/2 hours and the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. We were told things would proceed one way...they didn’t. They would only let one person back at a time, then wouldn’t let the other parent in before making medical decisions. When I asked what was going on they lied and told me no meetings tonight, in the meantime were having a whole meeting with my husband to determine what’s going on. Slowest, rudest, most untrustworthy care. I will never go there again.

I went here back in April for suicidal thoughts (no plan, attempt nor threat) asking for help with medication. They had one social worker “assess” me, and he put me on a legal detention. I was treated like a criminal and locked up for three days. It was a traumatic experience, and for all that they refused to even help me with my medication. I will definitely not return here nor anywhere else in Cheyenne for medical care! Medical clinics in Africa and Asia are better than CRMC. I’ve been going back to Cincinnati Ohio for medical care, and for future emergencies hopefully I’ll survive the drive to Fort Collins or Denver.

My daughter ( 5 years old at this time) said my heart hurts. Naturally we went to the emergency room. I was notified by phone call since we share custody and was able to get there first to check her in. Scariest day of my life so far. When she was able to go in after they arrived, i was told only one parent allowed! What kind of monsters would do such a thing! My daughter asked for mom to be the one so i ended up having to take our other child home hoping for the best. She did live thankfully, but had deadly conditions. I didn’t even care about the treasonous mask policy, which i usually refuse when possible but i immediately our one in which was required before they would start the check in. I don’t see how these kind of people get paid yearly from our government with millions of dollars. I’m so conflicted because they actually saved her

Do not go there! I have been in twice for my stomach I was puking blood and all they did was an ex ray and send me home with a Prescription. The second time I had problems with my breathing. They just took some test and sent me home! But I was there for 4 1/2 hours. My brother just most recently went in he was sick and his side hurt so bad. Come to find out when we took him to Colorado he had gallbladder problems. We both do not go in unless if there is something really wrong. Something needs to change there you’ll have better luck in Colorado. If you don’t have Insurance Good luck. I understand that it’s emergency room but some of the stuff my brother and I had was life-threatening.

Going to the ER will never be fun. However the staff that we encountered were phenomenal. We were treated well by Leslie Herrera, Kevin (forgot his last name), and Dr. Lauver. All of these clinicians made a typically unpleasant experience very comforting and stress free. A big thanks to those involved.

They WILL kill you if you come here for their medical services. Or completely harm your overall well being and health even more. Seriously. If you go in needing stitches you’ll come out in a pine box. The medical staff and their toilet paper degrees are a gamble against your life. I’m sorry if you have no other choice but to come here in an emergency.
