Aurora Dentistry

Once again Justin and Dr. Tesar saved me. I broke a tooth and they got me in same day and fixed me. They also have a new, lovely tech named Sequoia who put my mind at ease. She fits great with the rest of the staff. Honestly, if you need a dentist go to these folks, they are THE BEST.

Aurora Dentistry provides excellent care. But, neither my wife nor I can get out of that place without some dire prediction to our dental health unless we have this or that procedure done. I do not appreciate it when they do a sales job on me. It seems some of their x rays and recommended procedures are unjustified.

Do not think it professional to ask someone to come in to put a bridge in and have to wait and wait and wait...until 2 hours later I am out of there. Felt discarded and that they were cramming them in...no matter the wait...very unprofessional. Also, the insist on xrays as the cure. Way over the top and unnecessary. Like the gal dentist but she has to follow the leaders rules a shame!

Front office is terrible, rescheduled me 3 times without notice. No resolution just explaining that the computer did it. I scheduled 6 months out and got two confirmations one with the right time and one with the new "computer caused" time. Find someone else its not worth the headache.

I've only been several times in the last 2 years and somethings not right as the initial dentist i saw left soon after. Dr. Brad is very proud of his "30 years of experience " as he regularly says. I came for a cleaning and as usual with a new dentist something always needs doing or replacing. I said no and never heard the end of it. Well next visit, asked to see a different dentist and Dr. Brandt was a bit less pushy and per the recommended replacement of a filling I decided to let her do it. What a mistake, 3-4 days as she said for "discomfort " is still going on after several months and multiple visits to try and "adjust " the crown. The story changed to 3-4 months and then the possibility of a root canal if it doesn't get better. I had zero problems before allowing this mistake. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find somewhere they don't try to get every last dime from your insurance company and do unnecessary work.

Dr. Brandt is a wonderful Dentist she really explains things thoroughly. Dr. Brandt really cares about her patient and their well being and does not force treatment on them but works with you to come up with the plan that works for everyone. The whole staff works well together as a team and is a great place to be.

I'm so grateful I found Aurora Dentistry. My dental plan is complex and frankly I was very nervous about it. The whole team has been super supportive and fully explains everything to me. They are all understanding and very caring. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!

This is the best dentist in Aurora! The receptionist was very sensitive to my financial situation and helping me understand my insurance. I needed a deep cleaning and she explained every fee and step also explained what was optional and offered payments plans. Brandi and Dr. O’Neill are phenomenal with their bedside manor and truly care about their patients. The whole office from the front to the clinical staff went above and beyond for my care. Had a highly unprofessional experience here in which the receptionist discussed my account details with other members of the dentistry while I was within earshot, claiming the dentistry had "lost a lot of money" as a result of their previous receptionists incorrectly billing me for the past four years. I was berated by the receptionist in the middle of my appointment about the bill, following her discussion with the other employees in the hallway. Extremely inappropriate, I will not be returning.

Best dental care I've experienced. Always professional and thorough while providing me with a great smile.

Stop looking for a good dentist, this place is great. Clean and professional all while they take really good care of you. Wish I would have gone to this place sooner.

I had trouble getting in touch with the team, however after leaving a review here I was immediately contacted by the staff. I have always had excellent service here before and I hope to continue receiving the same great service going forward.

Awesome staff! They respect your time and your wallet. They are very caring and you can tell everyone loves working there. They listen to your concerns and provide budget conscious solutions if possible. This is a dentist you can actually trust.

I was very satisfied with this office.Al the staff was super nice. I was seen by Dr. Brandt and I had the best experience ever. Especially because I hate going to the dentist. She was very gentle when I had my teeth cleaned and was very caring. I will be going back to see her and this office for future cleanings and any dental issues.

I wish I could give them 10 stars.. Kat, her staff, and Dr. Pham are phenomenal and know how to treat patients with the utmost respect and care. The entire team goes above and beyond to make your visit with them a positive and welcoming one - especially when you are a bit nervous! :)

Will not return, and do not recommend you go either. Dr. did not treat me with kindness or respect. Dr. did not listen to my concerns and I would describe it as conveyor belt service, and a 'my way, or the highway' type attitude. Fortunately Aurora has a plethora of dentist to chose from, so no need to put up with this condescending arrogance.

This is the BEST dentist office!!! I have quite a unique situation and haven't been to a dentist in years because of it. But finally I tried Dr. O'Neil and had one of the greatest experiences you can in a dentist chair. He and his team, are very open, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them to everyone!

I am super pleased with the professionalism and kindness shown here, from the minute you walk in the door. The front desk staff, hygienist and Dr. Smith were outstanding. I am nervous at dentist offices, but they made it painless. There was no pressure to do the crown I need but can't yet afford, either. I recommend them highly!

I LOVE this place! I'm so glad I found them when I needed urgent dental care last year. They are all fabulous. Dr. Smith is THE BOMB!!! They are GREAT with kids. My kids are 2, 4 and 7 and they all love to go to the dentist. They never what anyone (kids especially) to have a poor experience and do an outstanding job. Thanks for all you do Aurora Dentistry. Your facility and staff is simply the best.

They do good work but their oral surgery schedule is terrible. I scheduled more than a month out because they are only there once a month for oral surgery. I prepaid for this as well. It was really hard to schedule a ride but I had that all planned out to make it work. They call me 2 weeks before the appointment and reschedule to a date that doesn't work for me. Next month I will be out of town the only day they have available. I was happy with this place but all it takes is one mistake.

Best dentist I've ever been to. They were so friendly and beyond helpful. They are knowledgeable about insurance and explain exactly what your insurance will cover.

I just went in yesterday for a second opinion regarding the condition of my teeth and Dr. Smith confirmed everything for me. She also informed me of other issues I was not aware of. I knew I wanted to move forward with this office because they were so amazing about working with me and my budget ( I think Dan was the gentleman's name) and they just wanted to help get my teeth back to good health. I went in the next day for my deep cleaning which was extremely over due since I have never even had one. The hygienist, Marilyn was so amazing. She made sure I was comfortable the entire way through and it helps to have someone who genuinely cares about her patients. She was so pleasant, truly such a pleasure to be around. I have always been self conscious about my smile..it was not always the whitest and I had dark spots on my teeth from all the tartar build up. But now my teeth look and feel so good! I have not stopped smiling all day..seriously my teeth have never looked so good. I almost cried when Marilyn handed me the mirror but I didn't wanna be all extra lol. I feel amazing and I'm so glad I had a great staff to work with. I'm so thankful for them. I can't stay out of the mirror :) thank you guys for helping me. -Kayla
