This has been my son’s dentist for the past 10 years and they have done a great job, but this time i took my son for a cleaning and I would have to say it wasn’t great. The dental assistant who did the cleaning, did the cleaning under 10 minutes and she didn’t floss either. i felt like it was not a thorough cleaning. Definitely going to find another dentist.

Awful place refused to use my mom’s Medicaid for my brothers braces even tho she could use the Medicaid even if she has insurance. Saying it’s was a fraud to use the Medicaid when they know we have insurance.. Called another location and they said they don’t know why they said that but that it’s not a fraud gave us the number of the district manger of all three locations and he was super nice and is gonna figure this all out.. another thing the lady’s were laughing at my mother just cause she was gonna use the Medicaid instead of the insurance one of the mangers in that place also was leaning towards my mom and laughing as well and saying they could not take the Medicaid that they needed to take the insurance ? anyways Denver location is super awful I would recommend going to the Lakewood location.

I needed to pick glasses On saturday. I checked hours of operations before heading out it said it they closed at 2 I arrived at 1:30 and the vision office was close already! I had to leave work to be able to pick the glasses up and it was closed !!

My 5 year old had his first appointment at the vision department & it went amazing! They were So patient and extremely nice !!

This all helps make children a lot more relaxed…. I have previously took my older children to the Longmont location, but we have moved since. I’m glad this location is also good. I would suggest this place for any child.

I really like this location and will continue bringing my kids here for their vision appointments.

Receptionist and manager lied and changed reasoning several times about why the appointment was canceled. Horrible in person customer service.

I had an appointment there for vision first and everything went well that side very nice and great Customer service but whole different story there at the dental side the receptionist seating on the left side unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was the rudest person there, for whatever reason she was struggling to verify my kid insurances and I defend paid the price for it, she was rude short answers and she literally threw my insurance card back at me it was my first time using their dentist services and Definitely never again!! I don’t need someone to make me feel that way specially having double coverage.

But something I love about it here is the dentists really care with their heart they always make my kids feel better.
