Amazing office. The whole staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Ricketts was incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of my tooth. Although I hope to not need another procedure in the future, I would absolutely return to them!

The staff and Dr Ricketts all were very professional, supportive and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Altitude is the best in the business! Going there for a treatment from Dr. Ricketts is almost enjoyable. The only thing I would change is your location. Aurora is a very inconvenient place to go. I’d like to see something more south.

The treatment was explained to me in detail and in a manner that I could easily understand. Altitude Endodontics was my literal life saver. I had an infected rod (was for stabilizing my tooth) and I was in so much pain. They got me in, seen and took care of me. I cannot recommend Dr.Ricketts and his staff enough. If there were 10 stars they would easily get.

Look no further, than Altitude Endodontics. I was the patient that had put off treatment for so long that I was just accepting constant pain and eating on one side of my mouth. I originally went in for a consult because of unbearable dental pain and Dr. Ricketts was able to find a decaying wisdom tooth that the dentist I was working with overlooked. His team helped me coordinate my wisdom tooth extractions and my root canal therapy on an adjacent tooth. He listened to my concerns, answered every question I could think of, and his team was dynamic, engaged, informed and responsive and they work so well together. I honestly almost fell asleep during my root canal because it was such a painless procedure. I never leave reviews but this is a practice I am happy to stand by / refer friends and family too and recommend. Thank you Dr. Ricketts and team for the amazing care you to provide to your patients!

Awesome staff and doctor. Front desk is exceptional and professional. Back office made me feel completely comfortable. This is the only place that will take care of me if Endodontics is needed. I’m grateful to everyone I met in their office.

Very professional, very nice! Excellent at their job. When they did my root canal I didn’t really feel anything and I was conscious the entire time.

Dr Ricketts was absolutely amazing. He is so gentle and explained every single step.on the evening of each treatment, he sent a text to find out how I was feeling. The staff was amazing too. , I could go as far as saying that this was my best dental experience ever!!

I highly recommend Altitude Endodontics! This is my 2nd time visiting and they are very thorough! All of the intake information is detailed & they ask a ton of questions to make sure they know everything about your needs & concerns. They are also VERY detailed when it comes to COVID procedures. The staff is very helpful & friendly and I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Ricketts is very knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions & concerns about my bothersome tooth! He also followed up with a phone call after each of my visits to make sure I was feeling ok about the visit & recommended treatment. Now that is great service that everyone needs!

Great experience for the most part! Staff and endodonist were amazing and kind. So professional and attentive! Gorgeous facilities. My only disappointment was the cost, over $400. I spent more on this appointment to not get much done except a fancy 3D xray (which I guess I didn't really need now that the tooth is gone) than I did to actually get the tooth extracted elsewhere ($75) or at my first appointment at my own dentist.

They were able to get me in for an emergency root canal on very short notice. The office was very professional, courteous and genuinely concerned about my well-being. Dr Rickets and his staff went out of their way to make me as comfortable and pain free as possible during the procedure. Their work was exemplary.

My daughter had to have a root canal and internal bleaching done on her front tooth, and Dr. Ricketts and his team did an amazing job, from making her feel comfortable through every appointment, to making sure the result she wanted was gained. We are so happy to have been treated at this office and we will definitely be referring anyone we know to them!

I was referred here by my great dentist when I needed a root canal. I am not a fan of tooth work so I was not thrilled to go in, but at the end of the experience, it could not have gone better. When you arrive , they explain how the procedure will work. Dr. Ricketts was professional, meticulous and patient. It turns out I had something rare like a triple root and he was able to navigate it successfully with minimal pain. A few weeks later, they even gave me some tickets to a movie. The price was reasonable and if I ever have the misfortune of needing another root canal, I would go here without hesitation.

Root canals are a major operation, and I am so glad we found an endodontist who is so trustworthy! As icing on the cake, my insurance covered more than the estimate and Altitude's fantastic office manager worked to get us a refund. Big thanks to the full Altitude team!

Exceptional care. They take their time with you, are friendly and accommodating, and professional. The office is very clean. Dental procedures make me extremely anxious, and they are able to help with this, my dental tech (I’m having a memory lapse and cannot remember or find her name, short brunette with curly hair) is also so sweet and offers such a calming presence. Would recommend this office to anyone. I was rescheduled both visits, and I’m not sure if this is common or not but did want to mention.

During my visit Dr. Ricketts did an amazing job going through and explaining all of the results from my exam. He's thorough, personable and made my experience enjoyable which is tough considering I do not like dealing with dental issues. This place is great! I felt safe and comfortable their. The staff are always so nice and they quickly get the job done. They take the time to answer your questions. I had broken a tooth fairly badly and needed a root canal. Definitely not an optimal way to meet Dr Ricketts. I am SO glad that we crossed paths. Our daughter had work done by Dr. Ricketts and the staff. We were very happy with the dental work and the follow up calls after the visit. Our only concern was the follow up visit was scheduled 6 months in advance, but when we arrived, the office was closed for the day. It wasn't a problem re-scheduling though.
