I started with Dr. Michael when I was in 3rd grade and continue to have a wonderful experience even all these years later. My teeth look phenomenal and I get tons of compliments on my smile. The time she puts into her work 100% shows and remains to show all these years later through my smile. I absolutely love the entire staff. Becky and Desi have always been awesome and to this day still remember me even though I am now an adult and haven’t been back in years. If you’re looking for a caring orthodontics who also gives you a winning smile than look no further then Arapahoe Orthodontics.

Everyone in the building is very nice and treated me great. They’re also very easy to talk to and it’s pretty clean inside as well. I definitely recommend them

Update 9-24-2020--In addition to my three kids seeing Dr. Michael, I am also a patient. I am so happy with the treatment and care that Dr. Michael and her staff provide. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I just started Invisalign treatment, and I really appreciate how the doctor and staff take time to answer questions and go over concerns. My family is so lucky to have found Arapahoe Orthodontics! Original review 2017-- Dr. Michael really cares about her patients and their dental health and overall health. I'm always clearly informed about any procedures or orthodontic work that is needed or will be needed. Arapahoe Orthodontics has very reasonable prices, and my kids love going to the office. My youngest son had anxiety about doctor visits, but Dr. Michael and her staff have really helped him get over his fears. I highly recommend Arapahoe Orthodontics :)

Not only do they take great care of my three girls, but she takes the time with the parents to explain and answer any questions. I take both my kids to see Dr. Michael. We love her and the wonderful staff at Arapahoe Orthodontics. My kids have a lot of anxiety about any medical treatment and though I never would have thought about it, but having a therapy dog there to keep their mind off what is happening is invaluable. Somehow, someway I crossed paths with Dr. Michael at another dental office where she practiced out of state. My lucky day. It has been 2 years and 18 months since I decided to get regular braces as an adult. During that time Dr. Michael and her entire staff have been truly wonderful. The office is smaller so it’s more of a family atmosphere. Everyone knows not only your name but after some time we all know a little more about each other. They are all professional, clean, gentle, and communicate what the days’ treatment will be. My journey has been long but I’ll take it. Dr. Michael has a great eye for detail and like my boyfriend says, “your mouth is going to be perfect.” Now he wants to go see her. Thanks to Dr. Michael and her staff for making this experience better then expected.

I got my braces from this Orthodontics office two years ago and my teeth are amazing! My brother and my dad got their teeth fixed there as well. The environment of the office is happy and inviting and no where near as scary as a big office. The staff are so welcome and friendly and really know what they are doing. They also have an emotional support dog for the patients to pet while they’re getting their teeth done. It’s so friendly for kids and people of all ages, their only goal is to give you the best smile ever!

Very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job of putting patients at ease. My sister and I have had fabulous results with Dr Michael. We have referred friends who have also had great results. Friendly staff and even has a therapy dog to put people at ease. Highly recommend her!

Dr. Michael represents the true meaning of a good, passionate, reliable doctor with a kind heart. My daughter has been her patient for 3 years now and still going due to her unusual teeth growth. Dr. Michael has always been very helpful and the process has been moving along nicely.

I would absolutely recommend this location for getting braces. While it took a while for treatment (as does every treatment), they did an amazing job and my teeth now look perfect. They made sure that I got the smile and bite that I wanted and also made the effort to know me personally to make the visits very comfortable. I am very satisfied with my treatment :)

Dr. Michael and her team are fantastic! The office is warm, relaxed, yet professional. My daughter came in as a transfer patient when we moved here from out of state. Rambler, Dr. Michael's therapy dog, is a sweetheart and I've seen him calm even very anxious patients.

My daughter is a patient with Dr Michael and she loves it. My daughter is normally anxious about doctors and dentists but the staff makes her feel comfortable. She also loves the fact that Dr Michaels dog is at the office and will sit with her while she has the work done. I highly recommend Dr Michael and her staff!!

Beware of this office. My son had braces here I had 2 different insurances. They never billed correctly at all. They charged me for missed visits I didnt have. I had to have his braces removed early because they couldnt bill my insurance right. Now 5 years later this lady is trying to sue me for more than what the braces cost. DO NOT go here. She takes ur money.

Staff is very friendly, the doctor is very precise and thorough. I love the therapy dog they have as well. He's very affectionate with the kids and seems to be a great addition to the office!!

I have 3 children seeing Dr. Michael. She is so wonderful with kids. My 4th child will be seeing her soon for her first consult. With my son, she estimated his time in braces to be 26-28 months...but took his braces off at 23 months because his teeth moved quicker than expected. If she moved her practice to the other side of the city, I'd travel to see her!

I've worked for Dr. Michael for almost 12 years. She is more than willing to answer any questions our patients may have. She takes as much time as needed in our new patient exams to answer questions so that the patient fully understands the process and is comfortable with it. She also takes the time at each of their appointments to address any questions or concerns they may have. Dr. Michael is more than willing to answer questions or concerns over the phone as well. She is very dedicated to doing the best possible treatment for her patients. She is an excellent, down to earth, very experienced orthodontist. She has treated myself, my husband, my sisters girls and will definitely be treating my own children when they are older. I wouldnt have it any other way! I highly recommend her!

I am baffled by the last review I read since Dr. Michael did such a great job restoring my daughter's beautiful smile, that I entrusted my younger daughter to her. Sure enough, both of my girls now have gorgeous teeth.... and know how to take care of them. I am not sure why someone who wants a consultation wouldn't just call the doctor's office. Anytime I have a question to be answered, Dr. Michael answers it promptly and in person. We even had to call on a holiday weekend because of a broken bracket, (She has an emergency number, which she answers) and Dr. Michael came into the office to fix it. I often recommend her to friends who are looking for orthodontists for their kids.

Beware of this office. I went to see Dr. Michael for a free orthodontics consult and was very pleased with her expertise. I was going to get braces through Arapahoe Orthodontics but I wanted to verify that my bite would be corrected as well as the gaps in my teeth, as other orthodontists had given me time quotes based on how long it would take to simply straighten my teeth. I gave the original message a week before I realized she was not going to reply. Thinking the message simply did not go through, I sent another message to the email she provided me (the one that she claimed she would answer any questions I had through). She still proceeded to ignore me. I am extremely disappointed with how unprofessional Dr. Michael has turned out to be. If she refuses to answer questions now, I can only imagine what it would be like if I got braces through her. Thank goodness I found out how negligent she is before I paid her for braces.

I 'treated' myself to braces for one of those BIG birthdays and couldn't have chosen a better orthodontist than Dr. Debbie Michael. Dr. Michael is highly skilled, caring, and committed to her patient's well-being. I now have a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Michael and would highly recommend her to children and adults who need quality orthodontic work. Most recently, a mischievous dog (I won't name the culprit!) chewed up my night guard. Although I no longer live near Arapahoe Orthodontics, I chose to have them make a new one for me. I am so glad that I did. Their prices are reasonable and the service is top rate. I am grateful for my experience with Dr. Michael and her staff!

Dr Michaels just completed phase 2 of my daughters orthodontia, and her teeth look fabulous. She was very thorough and I always felt that she would not rush the process and made sure every tooth was in the proper spot before removing my daughters braces. We started with Dr Michaels with phase 1 when she had a Cherry Creek location (convenient for us), but we drove out to Centennial for phase 2 because we had so much confidence in her. I highly recommend Dr Michaels for your child.

Dr. Michaels just completed the first phase of a two-phase treatment for my son. I researched orthodontists extensively before selecting her practice. After having a less than positive personal orthodontic experience as a young woman and several less-than-professional evaluations from other orthodontists for my son, my husband and I decided to go with Dr. Michaels. She explained her course of treatment extensively, offered us several alternative treatments, and was upfront about all pricing. Her practice has a lot of incentives built-in to encourage patients to practice good oral hygiene and consistent use of orthodontic appliances. My son proudly wears his t-shirt and looks forward to earning his wooden nickles. I look forward to working with Arapahoe Orthodontics over the next several years as my son prepares for his Phase 2 treatment.

I have known Dr. Michael for over 12-15 years. Dr. Michael managed my son's braces just before his scheduled orthognathic surgery. Because Dr. Michael served as a general dental practitioner before she became an orthodontic specialist, I felt my son was in good hands. I have been fabricating orthodontic appliances as a lab technician for over 37 years and have made appliances for Dr. Michael so, I have a very good handle on how she prescribes various orthodontic appliances. Dr. Michael pays close attention to the exactness and final fit of all appliances she delivers to patients. What that means to me is that she really cares! Dr. Michael is a full-bird colonel in the Army reserves and that has only widened her experience base. I have referred patients to Dr. Michael simply because I know she cares sincerely about her patients and their outcomes. From a subjective point of view, I appreciate her professionalism and thank her for a job well done on my son!
