Good service, staff, and well organized
Never ceases to amaze me how professional, helpful and friendly these people are! Wow!
Every aspect of my experience was wonderful. Every every staff person from the front door to the specialist made me feel welcomed valuable and respected. Every person I encountered was respectful knowledgeable and professional in a nutshell I was very impressed with my experience at anschutz. My visit was for ENT the front desk staff Summer and Meghan and the specialist Robie all were very helpful, caring and professional. Everyone was Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you
Good campus of 3 3 medical institutions see you medical campus children's hospital and veterans hospital it's a beautiful campus with good doctors I would recommend it for families with children veterans and everyday people
Dr McDermott is outstanding
Expect to spend 20 minutes to find a place to park.
I went up to UCHealth Anschutz hospital on Colfax in Denver to drop off some medical papers and the Valet Parking People were Excellent People they are Very Polite,Thoughtful, Helpful, Prompt. I wasn't able to ask for better Valet People. I was going to give them a tip yet I didn't have any cash on me at the time so when I go up there in a week or so I'll make up for what I didn't do today.
Lot of construction going on. Map out out
I never have any problems when I come here, everyone is very helpful and nice. Only problem I can say is an issue is parking, you have to get to here like half an hour before your appointment because it'll take at least 15 minutes to find parking. Other than that no other complaints.
Parking is a mess here, people are rude as they are trying to find a parking. Hope to never come back here
P.A. Georgia Foulds was amazing! She was strict with protocol and straight forward which I personally liked. I also like the night crew in the ER. They’re awesome! Good job Anschutz!!
The parking situation is unacceptable. I missed my entire appointment even after arriving 15 minutes early. No one alerts you to just how long it will take to park. DO NOT GO TO THIS UCHEALTH LOCATION IF YOU CAN HELP IT.
Birth. Nailed it
Awesome hospital & great work
This is a worthless institution!! So worthless the federal govt erased my debt including my student loans!!!!
The current team is like used to be.
Patient not able to reach phone, food button, or nurse call button! Cell phone moved to far away for him to reach! Table is always dirty and floors sticky! Apparently you are not allowed to say goodbye to dying loved ones if you are under 16... that is heartless!!! Don't go here if you can avoid it!
Great hospital, great doctors. I've bem coming here for years and I love it
Busy but really great doctors that I've seen.
Awesome care
Im very happy coming here for my health concerns. Clean,Friendly and caring.
Their Great
Good place to work at. Doctors are top notch some of the best in the state of not in the country. Main focus is on patients physical, and emotional health to get people back to living a fruitful life.
Anschulz Outpatient Pavilion is clean, organized for Covid check-in, nice staff. Thanks Univ of Colorado!
I had been a patient here for 4 months. 5 weeks in ICU and the rest in regular care. For the most part great care. Thank you!!
Good, no problems
UC Health has to be one of the top facilities in Denver metro area if not country. Their app is wonderful as well as staff members.
Top notch medical center and hospital.
These are doctors who couldn’t make it to a real school like UCLA, do not take your loved ones here if you want them to avoid being in excruciating pain like they put my sister through. Best hospital in Colorado is not saying much. You are better off going out of state. I wouldn’t trust them with fixing a sprained ankle.
I am a patient seeing the OBGYN I am 36 weeks pregnant high risk with gestational diabetes they are over worked and under staff I constantly see different people for my prenatal care no one is on the same page they all make different decisions on my care I was told we were gonna have a plan after my final ultrasound my baby is measuring big due to the diabetes so I was told I would be induced between 37_38 weeks pregnant today I see another new doctor to tell me I'm not taking care of my self and my diabetes and I'm fine to carry my baby to 39 weeks so basically full term knowing my diabetes is out of control and my baby is getting even bigger i had my son 13 months ago and had gestational diabetes also and I was very well taken care of by the midwifes my son was induced at 38 wweeks and we were released healthy from the hospital in 2 days.Today I left the hospital so upset I couldn't even catch my breath I definitely will not be coming back for any future care
(Translated by Google) excellent place (Original) Exelente lugar
Care in the endoscopy unit was great.
Best hospital in the state
I don’t recommend coming here to anyone. You’ll wait for months to get an appointment, show up to your appointment on time only to wait for an hour anyway. It’s literally impossible to speak to your doctor once your appointment is over. They will not speak to you at all, you will be at the mercy of their “nurses” who won’t care about you or your condition whatsoever, and will rarely ever get back to you. And to top it off, every desk staff member of the clinics are rude and unpleasant. Additionally, even though I pay all of my medical bills on time, I randomly get billed months after an appointment for things that don’t make sense at all, when I try to call the office to ask what the bill is for I get transferred and transferred until mysteriously the line hangs up and puts me back on the main line answering service. I have encountered so much inefficiency, rude staffing and so much wasting of my time that I have switched out all of my providers from UCHEALTH because Anschutz is so awful.
Great staff from valet to Doctors
Been to this facility many times, everyone is always so friendly and helpful
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Donaldson. He is an amazing orthopedic surgeon and so kind and caring. I wouldn't trade Dr. Donaldson for anything!! This review is not about my doctor. This review is about the Anschutz Campus. The Anschutz campus is another story. While Anschutz appears to be humongous on the outside, in reality it is not. They have two hospitals and several clinical buildings with hundreds of clinics inside those buildings. None of the roads, parking lots, elevators and waiting rooms were built to handle thousands of people each day. Even with COVID-19 restrictions in place it is still too crowded.
They have great operational execution with patient care. It's a big place, but it doesn't feel big when you are there...
Eye clinic is always nice and quiet and polite services
Very clean and professional. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Professional and organized nurses and medical assistants! I went to the Cancer center infusion dept and it was amazing! Patients are given warm blankets to warm up themselves! Who can beat that? Warm hearted nurses and medical assistants to take care of you also.
The Dr's, the office staff just about anyone here are great. The care is exceptional. Can't say enough good things about this place. If you have a choice of where to go for treatment, this is where you want to go.
The food was probely the best thing or experience I have had with this hospital. Only because they kicked me out when I felt I still needed help and because they did not have any idea how to check that I have had medicaid all of my existence. Not to mention I had horrible night terrors while there. Possibly due to having a eary feeling they were talking about me behind my back. And I'm not talking about medical terminology that would pertain to me.
The valet parking attendants at the cancer pavilion are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
