All About Braces

We came in for a braces emergency. They were extremely kind in seeing my daughter and clipping the wire that was poking out. The office setting is brilliant with eye, dental and braces for kids in one convenient office. I definitely recommend them.

My Granddaughter got braces at All About Braces and we were very happy with the service. The care was exceptional. The staff is caring and all concerns were handled professionally.

I don’t know of any other healthcare providers that allow their office managers to text private patient information which violates HIPPA And attempt to bully people who are struggling financially to come up with money they just don’t have due to circumstances that are out of their control BUT I do know All About Braces does and BBB has been made fully aware. This place fired my son as a patient during this pandemic and sent a 19yr old to collections because I was unable to keep up with the monthly payment due to loss of income and now I have no idea what to do. What kind of a healthcare provider fires their patient during a pandemic when millions of Americans have lost their jobs! Horrible human beings work at All About Braces

All about braces are the best! I consulted with several other services before them and they were by far the most professional. A real high end service without the high end price tag!

AMAZING staff. I’ve been going here for about two years now for Invisalign treatments and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are affordable and the team has been dedicated to ensuring that my smile ends up being exactly what I hoped for when I started this journey. Highly recommend. GREAT SAFETY CONCERNS. I was very satisfied with the treatment my kids got until the very last visit. Without any notice (written or oral) my kid was offered an iodine mouth rinse. I realized that it’s iodine due to the strong odor. The assistant at the door was not able to answer my questions about it. I got a call back from Dr. Baskin trying to explain that some kind of study shows a decrease in covid activity by using iodine solution. But her information study didn’t cover anything about the use of it for people with previous exposure to the radiation. My point is that my kid was born in an area contaminated by radioactivity due to the Chernobyl disaster and iodine might cause development of thyroid cancer this provoked the reaction that “hopefully most people were not exposed to radiation”. Doc, it’s MY kid it’s not “most people” and I don’t care about “most people”. My kid was your patient and you’ve exposed your extremally unprofessional attitude. And as a person who pays for her treatment, I would say we don’t need that kind of service anymore. If the issue of the safety of my child was not even worth your apology… Not much I can say. I can understand that during this difficult time everyone is extremely concerned about safety but the safety of my kid comes first. I admire that you take the safety of your staff seriously, but I would like to see a doctor that considers the safety of her patients on at least the same level. I would recommend future clients understand that the SAFETY OF YOUR KIDS IS NOT THEIR TOP PRIORITY. So, Dr. Baskin, you’re right. I don’t have to go to your office. And I’m not going to and I truly hope that you’ll be out of business with this kind of attitude to the clients. IMHO you deserve one-star rating.

Today, I'll be starting a new treatment that I had to pay for out of pocket AFTER undergoing treatment a year and a half ago. Before I began my treatment in January 2017 here, I paid for my treatment upfront. What my insurance didn't cover I paid for and because I was paying upfront the entire staff was seemingly pleasant. My biggest concern was that I knew then I was not going to be in Denver for long. I was there for a job & always planned on returning to New York. They assured me several times that even if I did move that they had "sister" offices in New York where I would be able to go to New York to continue my treatment or get follow up treatment (they as in the receptionist staff and Dr. Baskin). Feeling fully confident in the staff and the promises that they made up front I proceeded with my treatment. I moved back to New York shortly after. During my treatment, I met Dr. Crystal. She seemed to be more pleasant and more attentive than Dr. Baskin had been. I was adamant about her finishing my treatment, which she did in August 2018. At the conclusion of my treatment she assured me I would be able to receive lifetime treatment and follow ups if necessary at any of their offices. She also assured me to call back if I had any future issues. 2 weeks after my treatment the "permanent" retainer that she had glued in my mouth at the conclusion of my treatment come off. I called back to their office. She told me just to wear the plastic retainer and I would be ok and I was welcome to come back (from New York to Denver LOL after spending $400 in airfare to go back 2 weeks prior) to start treatment yet again. The plastic retainer did not help, my gap is back. I called back a few weeks later and spoke with the receptionist. She informed me Dr. Crystal had told her since I would not be able to return to Denver for follow up treatment, once I found a orthodontist who would be able to provide the treatment necessary, they would cover the expenses for any additional treatment I would need after being under their care. I spoke to the office a few more times after. I finally found an office. I called back to the office to have them submit payment for the treatment that I need. I was given a number to contact Dr. Baskin. I called her and spoke with her. She informed me that she was not aware of the conversations I had previously had with Dr. Crystal. So she would contact her and get back to me once she was up to date. She never called me back. Instead, she had a man (who never identified himself) contact me. A man I do not know, never met, who never identified himself calling to speak to me, a client about my PRIVATE MEDICAL RECORDS. The man was very rude, and very aggressive. Each time I went to speak he would start speaking over me or interrupt me instead of allowing me to speak. He told me Dr. Crystal is one of their workers and it isn’t her practice nor did she have the authority to make the type of decisions about clients that I had stated were previously made. The conversation went nowhere. I concluded that it would be best if he had Dr. Baskin call me back instead of continuing the conversation. Instead Dr. Crystal calls me the next day. Dr. Crystal was very confrontational and her tone was very demeaning. Each time I tried to speak she too would speak over me and interrupt me. Everything I said she kept telling me I was wrong and went as far as to call me a LIAR! She told said anything that happened after my treatment was completed was not their problem. When I brought up the initial conversations that were had about the “sister” offices they said they had in New York she was dismissive and again reiterated there was nothing that they could do to help PEOPLE LIKE ME. She became irate saying that I was threatening her and called me back immediately after I ended the call. Dr. Baskin never called me back, never attempted to even apologize for her counterpart or even the random man's behavior.

I strongly recommend All About Braces. My teeth were in pretty bad shape and I was no spring chicken. Against the odds, Dr. Baskin and her great staff helped me obtain a smile I can be proud of. I'll miss my trips to the orthodontist, lol.

I just had my braces removed after approximately 2 years of treatment as an adult. I've had nothing but positive experiences with All About Braces. The staff is comprised of friendly professional women who make even difficult appointments a breeze. I would highly recommend.

It was easy to get an appointment, the staff is friendly and professional, and it's nice to go to a place with plenty of parking and easy access. I was leery at first because I have had braces twice and don't want them again. I just needed a TMJ splint adjusted. Dr. Baskin did it in somewhere around a minute. She didn't charge me for this adjustment, and told me to return if it didn't work. So far, so good! Thank you!

I am very happy with my experienve here. They made me feel very comfortable and like I've been with them for years! They walked me through all my options to fix or replace my retainer and made sure i understood every step.

There are so many things that I love about All About Braces and the people that work there! For starters, they have different locations and depending on my schedule, they let me go to the most convenient one. Every location has has top-notch service and they always ask me if there's anything else they can do for me. I also like that it's a family business and isn't corporate owned...they make me feel like family, and that's priceless. They also have really good follow through. For instance, many times my son was out of the state and needed care for his braces. They were quick to respond to my concerns and even set up appointments at out of state offices. They treat my child with respect and dignity and answer all of his questions thoroughly, which I feel is really important in keeping my child engaged in the braces process. Last but not least, they have great coffee! I would definitely come here again!

My son just got his braces off and we had a wonderful experience here. We were anxious about having to transfer to a new orthodontist after moving to Colorado. They worked with us to come up with a plan at a reasonable cost and still made a donation to my son's school! We have always found the staff at the Monaco location pleasant and helpful. I went with a easy question .do you do surgeries? And she said yes she charge me and the doctor says we do not do surgeries here they didnt any xray or something it was a waste of money i wish to put 0 on it

My experience started with taking my granddaughter to received care from Dr. Baskin [Dr. B]. Little did I know within a few months, I would become her patient! The cost for my braces was very affordable out-of-pocket. The staff from the receptionists all the way up to Dr. B. were simply amazing and professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable as I am much older than the average patient in her office! 13 months later, I love my new smile and receive many compliments due to Dr. B's work! Dropped off my niece for her orthodontist appointment at All About Braces. Was amazed at how different this place was from what I remember about my check-ups for braces when I was little. Dr. Baskin was fantastic. I am an adult who got my braces off 15 years ago, but needed a replacement retainer. They have lower pricing than a lot of other orthodontists, as well as give excellent customer service. Dr Baskin went out of her way to try to repair both of my current retainers as a back-up pair. I also had a few teeth shift and she is designing my new retainer to fix that (without me even asking!) Very friendly, great service, and good experience.

Dr. Baskin is very patient and kind. My son was told many unpleasant things about braces by his friends, and he was cranky at his initial visit. Dr. Baskin knew how to handle him and get him to cooperate. My daughter is also receiving excellent care from Dr. Baskin. Dr. Baskin is conscientious and cares about her patients. She takes time to explain the treatment and what needs to be done.
