I've been going to Dr. Sullivan for 20 some years and I'm very pleased with him and his office staff. He does very good work and is a top rated dentist.

Awesome experience having some dentistry care with Dr. Sullivan and his team. They are always professional and caring and nothing short of the best will do in their commitment to dental hygiene for their patients. They come highly recommended from our family to yours.

After waiting 3 years due to a horrible dental experience in WA state and after having received a marketing guide from Artistry in Dentistry and doing some research I made the decision it was time to get the dental care I was in desperate need of. My first consultation with Dr. Sullivan was Nov 22nd 2021. I had a follow up one week later. I was referred to an oral surgeon that Dr. Sullivan is completely aligned with and collaborated with for my entire procedure. On Dec 29th, I had extensive oral surgery. I went in for my follow up on Jan 4th with Dr. Sullivan, feeling absolutely great. The plan for my care has fallen exactly where they said it would land. My biggest concern was TRUST. Dr. Sullivan and his entire team at Artistry in Dentistry gained mine almost immediately. I was seen during every appointment right on time, each member of their team did exactly the things they said they would do. From the front office, the administrative team, the tech staff to Dr. Sullivan, I truly had THE BEST dental experience I have ever had.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Sullivan does a quality job with everything that needs to be done and ONLY what needs to be done.

Been seeing Dr. Sullivan for over 10 years and the staff has always been great. I live out of state now and still make a point to come here for my routine dental visits when seeing my family.

The most in depth, comprehensive dental exam I have ever had. All staff was amazing from the moment you walk in the door! Highly recommend for everyone from basic routine dental exams to more extensive dental needs!

Great dentist, I have had Dr. Sullivan as a dentist for a long time. I lived closer to his practice at one time and when I moved I tried a couple other dentists that were simply not the same. I now make the long drive to Dr. Sullivan’s office every 6 months because…well, it is worth the drive.

Everyone who works here is always so kind. I have been coming here for years and never have I felt unwelcomed. They are always smiling and greet you and talk to you like you matter. Doris has been doing my hygiene visits the past couple times and she’s such a sweetheart, gives great advice, and is wonderful to talk to. Dr. Sullivan is always kind and cares about his patients and Jackie is always smiling and takes great care of everyone who comes into the office. Thank you for always being the best dentist!!

I came to Dr. Sullivan several years ago after being told by another dentist that I would need to have a tooth pulled. A good friend in the dental business recommended Dr. Sullivan for a 2nd opinion. So I gave him a try, and he recommended having my tooth re-treated for a root canal - I had it done and saved the tooth! I've stayed with him ever since! His staff is caring and fun and always make you feel like you've been going there for years and they are happy to see you.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Sheldon is definitely above and beyond your average dentist and his staff is always super friendly and professional.

Dr. Sullivan is absolutely an amazingly talented dentist! I’m a perfectionist and he never disappoints me. Plus his staff is top notch. I live 1.5 hours from his office and he’s worth the drive.

Love this office! Doesn’t even feel like a dental office from the warm cookies to the paraffin hand wax and warm neck pillows. You can just tell Dr. Sullivan knows what he’s talking about when it comes to your dentistry! The staff is awesome and helpful! You can just tell they are on their A Game!

I’ve been to lots of dental offices in the past. This one by far exceeds my expectations of any practice I have ever been to... the Drs and team are amazing! I have high dental fear and they made sure I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time. They also ensure that I have a Hollywood smile ? I was looking for but also that my mouth is healthy too. I love them so much that I sent my entire family here too! Now I can smile the way I feel!

Unfortunately they do not welcome anyone if they are not white and harass them. Very sad that their mentality is so outdated.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Dr. Sheldon Sullivan and assistants made several racial comments/assumptions towards my family. So disgusting and completely uncalled for! Will be telling everyone I know to STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr Sullivan and Melissa are the most professional, knowledgeable and kind people in entire Phoenix area. Their dentistry is high tech and its amazing which makes it all so easy and smooth. Best in the valley. Recommend very highly.

upon arrival i was greeted by a lovely young assistant named emma, she guided me to my chair where i was then taken care of by dr sheldon sullivan. dr sullivan’s steady hands, knowledge, and his ability to creatively problem solve allowed for an efficient visit. shout out to all the staff members at artistry in dentistry. will definitely be back!

Dr Sullivan deserves recognition for all he does for me. He has turned my dental care 180 degrees around from terrible to the best. He is patient and caring always making me feel I am important, because to him I am. He is deeply concerned about my teeth and overall health including sleep apnea which also treats me for. I love coming to visit the dentist here at doctor Sullivan's Sullivan's all of his personnel are very polite and nice and friendly. Melissa has been especially a big help with my new trez everybody should give them a try they're wonderful.

I've had some REALLY bad experiences with dentists over the years. I'm almost 50 and this is the FIRST time I've ever been to a dentist and not felt any pain. They have cutting edge technology. They mill, fire and put your crown on the same day. The entire staff is extremely professional. Every time I'm there they go above and beyond to make sure it's a great experience. They gave me a stress ball, which I didn't even need after my first visit. They give me lip balm every time I go. They put essential oils on my bib. They offer paraffin wax for my hands. They give a choice of either a warm or cool neck roll. They give me noise canceling headphones to listen to music. They even go so far as to massage my jaws with warm stones. I know it's hard to believe that you could have a spa like experience at a dentist's office but I'm telling you, you totally do!! Thank you so much Dr. Sullivan!!

Thank you to the entire staff for my making my appointment so comfortable and easy. I just moved to Arizona and was recommend by a neighbor to Dr. Sullivan and I couldn't be happier with my visit. Dr. Sullivan and his entire staff were so welcoming and thorough in explaining everything regarding my treatment options to me. Dr Sullivan is very comfortable to be around and very patient with questions and concerns. I have also never been given a complete tour of a Dental office before or introduced to the entire staff like they did. I can see why my neighbor raves about this office and the people who work here. I would give them more stars if I could.

The office only cares about money up front before procedures. Long stories, but I will say I tried to have work done in January, they couldn't get my face numb, went home with lock jaw, horrible. Then in July tried to have more work done, they refuse to bill 2nd insurance, I paid money upfront, when I got there they wanted more money, and honestly had just gotten some bad news and was upset, I was told it didn't look like I want led to be there and to reschedule. Anyway. I found a great caring dentist who not only bills both of my insurances, saves me money, and didn't make me pay for treatment in order to make appointments.

I have been going to artistry in dentistry for 8 years and WILL NOT go anywhere else! The doctors and staff are the finest in the business. Doctor Sullivan has gone above and beyond during this pandemic to keep his facility clean and safe for all. Thanks for everything Artistry in Dentistry.

My wife and I have gone to Dr. Sullivan since our return to Arizona. I can honestly say that we have always received excellent care and review of all kinds of teeth related issues from cleanups to implants. All work was perfectly completed. The assistants are friendly and very talented, caring and knowledgeable about their work and about modern dentistry. My wide and I sincerely recommend Dr. Sullivan for all dental problems no matter how big or small.

YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THIS DENTAL OFFICE. After receiving treatment today, having just been to another dentist 5 week's prior who I’ve used a few times, I told Dr. Sullivan and my hygienist Chloe that the difference between the two experiences was like eating at a food truck and eating at a 5-star restaurant (that’s being generous because I actually like food trucks). ---If you don’t want to read all this, you can skip down to “HERE’s the KICKER” at the bottom of the page.--- I’ll say it upfront, “I don’t like dentists!” I went to one awesome retired Naval Dentist couple for 25 years until they retired from dentistry, and most other experiences I’ve had with dentists have been inferior or worse. Here's My story, with Artistry in Dentistry: I Hadn’t had a cleaning in over a year due to COVID and, I was having serious pain in my #30 molar, cold and pressure pain. I’d had a great experience with Artistry in Dentistry 2 ½ years ago getting a broken tooth replaced with an implant, but, without having dental ins., I had it in my mind that their office was a little expensive, so I went to a dentist close to my house that I’ve used a few times who was a little less expensive. They did the cleaning, took x-rays, and determined inconclusively that I probably needed a root canal. The dentist told me I could let it go for a while or be aggressive and they could do the procedure now. I waited, wanting to get some estimates of what the procedure would cost for a RC and a crown. It wasn’t cheap anywhere. In conclusion of this long story, I made an appt. with Dr. Sullivan’s office, signed up for their special program for people without dental insurance, had a fantastic experience with the hygienist, who explained everything, was not pushy trying to sell me something, but was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. We also had some great conversation when her hands weren’t buried in my mouth. HERE’S the KICKER… First off, their state of the art “Star Wars” technology did somewhat of a CAT scan of my jaw and indicated that there was not a dead root in the tooth, meaning no need for a root canal. Further, after Dr. Sullivan checked me over, doing some cold, hot and pressure tests on a few teeth. On the sore tooth, general pressure hurt. But when he put pressure on different parts of the sore tooth, there was only pain in one part of the tooth when pressure was released. Dr. Sullivan explained that this meant there was a crack below that part of the tooth (why don't all dentists know this?). Bottom line is, I don’t need a root canal. They’ll put a temporary crown on the tooth, wait a few weeks to make sure the pain goes away, and then put a permanent crown on it. I don’t think Artistry in Dentistry is the cheapest dental office in town, but they're reasonable. I think I have to go with my grandpa’s wisdom on this one… “you get what you pay for.” I wish I’d just gone to them first. I highly recommend this dental office. The whole team is amazing.

Dr. Sullivan does excellent dental work based on your dental issues. He is thorough and a perfectionist that makes the difference in wonderful caring dental care. I’ve had dental care for over 20 years from Dr. Sullivan and he keeps up with the last techniques in dentistry. This makes an important difference in each patients dental care. Dr. Sullivan really cares!!!

I am so glad I found this place. I have had dental anxiety since I was a kid and I finally got up the courage as an adult to head to the dentist and they were so sweet and understanding and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable! All of the staff is so sweet and I’m already feeling so much better about going to the dentist knowing they will take care of me and make me feel comfortable!!

Hands down the best dentistry office out there. Every single one of the staff is so personable and kind, they greet by name and try really hard to make each visit personal which is so great. Also feels more like a spa than a dentists office, they offer warm neck rolls, bottled water, and chapstick so your lips don’t dry out. Dr. Sullivan is also seems very experienced and confident with his work and skill; I had two crowns and multiple composites and he was fast did a great job. I even had restoration done on a front tooth and it came out flawless. I did their whitening program as well and had a great experience with that, (such a great deal). There is a reason this place has 5 stars, I would highly recommend to anyone and it’s very clear they go above and beyond for their patients, I don’t have a single bad thing to say about my experience!! Lifetime patient right here!!

Outstanding Job!!! I rarely take time to write a review but I have to share how fantastic Artistry in Dentistry is. I went in for a new patient consultation and I was impressed every step of the way. All the staff were warm and friendly and explanation everything. I’ve never had such a positive dental experience, they all were comprehensive, confident, competent and compassionate with regards to my care and took care of every need and question I asked of them. I now look forward to my next appointment to see their friendly faces again. That’s coming from someone who hated going to the dentist, well not anymore. They explained everything and reviewed all treatment options, they weren’t pushy or aggressive just informative and the encounter was educational as well. I’m very grateful to have such amazing care by amazing people. Dr. Sullivan was fantastic just like his staff and I’m lucky I found them. Was able to be fitted for a crown and walk out with the finished product in on sitting They have the latest technology and allowed me to view their high speed milling machine create my crown from a scan of my tooth

I got a root canal done and went back to Dr. Sullivan for to finish it off. Now two years later I am with a different dentist and that tooth is hurting again. Turns Dr. Monahan (I believe he’s the one that did this work, not Doctor Sullivan) never took out the cotton from my tooth and put in the permanent filling like he was supposed to... so obviously it just got infected and now two years later I’m having to pay to have EVERYTHING redone. I am livid. I’m glad I already changed dentists, but I would really like the over a thousand dollars I wasted on this work back.

I have been going to Dr. Sullivan for a few years now. Everyone there is very professional and is very kind. My last two visits are good examples of how they treat you there. When my old filling came out from one of back teeth, they got me in right away. And when I cracked one of my teeth eating roasted almond right before weekend/fall break, Brittney, Dr. Sullivan’s wife squeezed me in on the same day I called, so that I didn’t have to deal with the broken tooth for a whole week. Dr. Sullivan is not just an awesome skillful dentist, but he is very kind just like his wife. As a matter of fact, his whole team are very nice and welcoming. I recommend Dr. Sullivan to anybody who are looking for a great dentist.
