Anytime Dental Gilbert

I mean this place was not what I expected. It was in a shopping mall center. Looks small but they have some serious talent behind those doors. I was welcomed with a friendly smile, given time to fill out paper work. Called in shortly after very clean and professional. Mind you I called the same day and gave me a appt that same day within 20 mins. I mean this pace is amazing totally coming back ! Thank you guys so much I had a amazing experience

Had a great cleaning here! Super friendly, and great first time client price! Hygienist (Kaylee) was very thorough, and one of the best cleans I’ve had! Melanie at the front desk was also super helpful!

I made an appointment here after a coworker had visited. I had swelling in my cheek for 2 days and ended up needing a wisdom tooth extracted. Although I was very nervous, I didn't feel a thing. I felt very comfortable throughout my whole visit by the entire staff. This will be my new dentist office. Thank you so much!

Best and easiest experience I’ve ever had, having a tooth extracted! Took him under 2 minutes to pull it! The longest part was waiting on my insurance. I’m also not bleeding much, and I’m a heavy bleeder! I have found a new dentist!! Everyone there is very nice.

I literally had a tooth that was killing me and this the only place that did same day extractions and did very very well my new favorite dentist tbh

Amazing! My tooth broke while I was visiting and they got me right in and out and were super professional and sweet.

I was visiting from out of state and was having horrible tooth pain. They got me in right away and found a cavity and abscess that another dentist completely missed. They gave me a local anesthetic to FINALLY relieve the pain, an antibiotic and a few pain killers to tide me over until i could get the root canal done at home.

Absolutely amazing care, from start to finish I knew I was in good hands, they worked with my financial situation as well allowing me to get aid in the first place, if your in pain, do yourself a favor and come to Anytime Dental, there for you, anytime.

I found this dentist on google after having a very painful broken molar. I work a lot of long hours and they took me in right away, got me out of pain and I signed up for implants and got my posts put in. Dr. Towner was very gentle and has a great sense of humor with a calming personality. They made sure I healed thoroughly and even checked in after the procedure. Melanie at the front desk is very efficient with an unbelievable memory. I’ve already recommended my coworkers come here since we all work the same odd hours. Thanks Anytime dental!

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this office. Even when faced with having a root canal at 6 pm on a Wednesday, the entire experience was amazing. The front office staff, dental assistants, and the Dentist were so helpful, gentle, and caring. If I wasn't moving out of state next month, this would be my permanent dentist. I used to love going to the dentist (I know I'm weird) until 2 years ago when I had an awful experience when getting my wisdom teeth out. This office has single handedly restored my love for the dentist! Thank you all!

I really liked my first experience with Anytime Dental today. I got it recommended from a friend, and they were as nice and low-cost as I was told. They also gave me a discount on my first day, which I appreciate. Moreover, I came to them after going to another dentist who said they could get me in in three months. They literally set up a time within the week. I appreciate it cause I had buildup and was worried about an infection I had a year or so ago.

Melanie is very personable and the staff is very friendly and professional. Cant wait to get my teeth cleaned again!!

I regularly see the staff at the San Tan Valley location but today I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and the Gilbert staff was nothing but kind. I’m a huge weenie when it comes to needles and they made the whole procedure painless and effortless. Post-op instructions were clear and I left feeling way better than I did going in!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Anytime dental. The staff treats you like family ( (sometimes better than family -haha) They are kind but professional, and time-efficient. Their place is crisp and clean. I’ve never looked so forward to going to see my dentist!

My husband was in excruciating pain tonight and he was able to get into their office last minute. The doctor was extremely detailed and honest! He took the time to thoroughly exam him and explained exactly where the root of the problem was coming from. The staff was very professional and friendly, they were able to get him scheduled the very next day for a deep cleaning. I highly recommend this dental office for any of your dental care needs. The entire staff was very professional, friendly, and gentle when it comes to dentistry. I was a new patient, called in the morning, and was able to get an appointment within three hours. They were able to do a temporary crown and had me scheduled within14 days to have the final crown put in place. Great experience considering I don’t enjoy going to the dentist.

Let me start by saying ..omg anytime dental is the place to go. I was in so much pain from needing a root canal and a crown .. I was in so much pain I ended up in the E.R I was just in luck because anytime dental was there for me in my case of emergency.. the staff is so professional and nice .. I was treated by kylee and Melanie and dr. Towner was my dentist he and let me tell you they are the nicest women and man in the world they helped me and care for me so much that I love this place and I will definitely make this my choice every time I need dental work .. thank you so much anytime dental..

I was in so much pain and just wanted to be done and part ways with one tooth specifically but based on X-Rays, it may actually be another toot as well as an infection. The staff took their time and showed care and concern, numbed me up well so I could stop trying to hold back tears, provided with recommendations for specialist as well as a couple of much needed prescriptions. One for a sinus infection that is probably greatly contributing to my extreme discomfort. I was fit in for an emergency visit at this location so though not my normal office to visit for my family and I, we’d be happy to travel again for future office visits if necessary. Our regular location is in San Tan Valley, so 2/2 on excellent service and experience! Would highly recommend.

I was lucky enough to find this AMAZING dentist when I was in ALOT of pain. They were able to get me in so quickly and that's just the begining. They got me out of pain,and are now helping me through a process to be able to SMILE again,its been a very long time since I've been able to smile proudly. Every single person there has ALWAYS been kind,caring,sensitive, and eager to help. This place is AMAZING!

My teeth hurt so bad, I was in tears. I called every 24/7 dentist on Google - no Availability. I finally got to Anytime Dental Gilbert. They could see me today! They were very clean, professional and friendly. The entire staff were empathetic and kind. They found the problem, talked over alternate solutions gave me some relief and comfort. They even gave me a pain management plan until I could get an appointment with an oral surgeon. They are my new dental office!

I went to Anytime Dental for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. The staff was AWESOME from beginning to end! Dr. Borgia made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I have zero complaints. We’ve found our new family dentist :)

Front desk staff wasn't wearing a mask. The hygienist seemed rushed. Had by far the most painful dental cleaning I've ever experienced. Hygienist showed no concern for my obvious discomfort. Not thorough at all. Probably one of the top worst experiences I've had at a dentist office.

I had a dental emergency and Anytime Dental was the only place with later hours of operation. I appreciate this as a busy working mama. They took me in right away and the office was charming. Everyone was very nice and welcoming to me. I decided to switch my care over to them solely. Recently, Kayley cleaned my teeth and she was so sweet and attentive. The woman at the front was very nice too but I didn't catch her name. I recommend this establishment to all my friends and family!

I love Anytime Dental in Gilbert, AZ. I actually moved out of state but still schedule my cleanings with Kayley. Dentist offices normally give me anxiety but she is so friendly and calming and she never hurts my gums when cleaning my teeth. I've had other deep cleanings at other dental offices where I would be in pain afterwards, but not with Kayley. She is very meticulous and a joy to be around.

I had a dental emergency in the midst of the holidays and they fit me in immediately! The staff was welcoming and the dentist was amazing. I will never go to anywhere else!

My normal dentist office did not pickup the phone and I had a filling fall out. I called Anytime Dental and they told me as soon as I showed up that same day they would get me in and fix it. I walked in and was greeted by friendly staff at the desk. As soon as I turned in the paperwork I immediately was brought back and they started doing what they had to. Courtney was very courtesy and professional and I cannot speak highly enough of Doctor Towner. They were both very nice, professional, and very personable. They made the fix quick and painless. It was such a great experience here at Anytime Dental that when I was done I decided to switch and make Anytime Dental my permanent Dental Office and scheduled my next appointment for full exam and cleaning. I cannot speak highly enough for how great this place is!

As a Snowbird, I experienced a serious toothache. I called Anytime Dental & they got me in right away. I was very impressed with their all round Xray machine(I have never seen this begore) & mini camera which was used to take close up photos of the darn tooth. The extraction by Dr Townsend was absolutetly painless even to my wallet. I highly recommend this Dental Office. They have a great Visitor discounted package too. I went to the Gilbert location.

Took 3 hours just to do a cleaning and one filling. Had me sit in the room for 30 minutes then another 20 minutes. They were one of the slowest dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr.Towner was ok but he needs to quicker

Great Experience! I went in feeling dirty and came out feeling clean! Kayley was my hygienist and she does great work and is EXTREMELY friendly! They really seem to have that southern hospitality that everybody loves! The entire office staff was so helpful and nice. I will reccomend this company to anybody and everybody!

Anytime Dental in Gilbert is literally AMAZING. My entire experience overall was more than I ever could have asked for. I was so nervous moving to an entirely different state to ask a brand new dentist to do some cosmetic work on my teeth. He was so patient, intelligent and so caring of my desires for the outcome I wanted. Dr. Towner literally did such an amazing job that I will never see another dentist unless I absolutely have to. As if my experience couldn’t have gotten better, the entire staff of the place was just outstanding. In particular, Melanie at the front desk was just amazing to work with. She tried everything in her power to work with my insurance, get me the best deals she could and update me on anything and everything possible. She always greeted me with a smile when I came in & made me feel very comfortable and welcome. All of the other dental hygienists and staff in the back room were fabulous and they all worked so nicely and professionally together. I found out about this place by getting a flyer in the mail. I called and made an appointment and once I walked into the place, it was absolutely stunning. The place was nice ad welcoming. Clean as can be. I was welcomed by two lovely ladies which their names were Melanie and Rose. I filled out the paperwork and than was helped in the back by Kayley who is the hygienist. Unbelievably sweet and kind and educated me on my teeth. I was impressed on how well she made me feel comfortable at the dentist. I met Dr. Towner and right away he was polite and funny. As I was checking out, Melanie and Rose were great on letting me know about their insurance plan and making sure I enjoyed my visit. My teeth feel amazingly clean and fresh. Happy about my experience here. The time frame I was at the dentist made me feel they were one big family that I happened to have joined in. I would HIGHLY suggest this place to anyone. I was in the market for a new dentist. And I was referred to this anytime dental. They are fantastic!! I had a busy toddler with me and they alll tried to help me keep him busy and quiet during my appointment. I appreciate How they all understood and didn’t judge. They are also extremely nice!! I have no complaints!

I decided to try a new place fresh start because i was unhappy with the old one but thats enough about the past. My experience here at Anytime Dental was a bit unreal... not in any way bad but i couldnt really believe that they actually listened to what i was there for they explained what they saw in the x-ray and instead of doing there own thing they talked to me answered my questions and asked what i wanted to do and not tell me what they were going to do and suggested or gave me options on what the best route was to accommodate what i was trying to accomplish.... in all i havent gone back yet for a follow up but im glad i found them im confident “WE” can move forward on taking care of my teeth .. what profesional should feel like , really from the front door to the back i appreciate the service and im excited to go back ..

Very nice office- friendly, and got them in and out very quickly. My 3 yr old got a hair barrette wedged in her two front teeth. I believe it was Dr Jones who helped her and was able to keep her happy and got it out without too much trouble. Thank you!!

Before walking in for my appointment I was very concerned about how it would go. I knew I needed major work but I was concerned about pain and cost. Those concerns quickly went away. Every staff member was overly friendly and they explained everything to me. They made my experience seamless and painless. If ever there were a good dentist experience this would be it. Anyone fearing dental work should really consider this office.

Office is ultra clean and neat. Staff is friendly, professional, accommodating, considerate and patient. Loved the dentist! He was super kind and thorough in answering all our questions. So blessed to have found this gem!

I could go on and on about how amazing this dentist office was, they made my girlfriend who’s prone to high anxiety feel welcome and safe. We had her wisdom teeth taken out and she was experiencing a lot of nausea the day after, so I called and spoke to them about it. Melanie said she would take care of getting some anti-nausea medicine and called back an hour later saying they had a prescription ready for us. The professionalism and timeliness at this dentist office is nothing short of amazing!

Although I've only been with this dental office for a short time, Anytime Dental in Gilbert is by far the best dental office I've been to. Melanie at the front desk is very sweet and professional. The waiting area is clean and nicely decorated. Customer service here is amazing. My appointments were quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.

I moved here from California two years ago not knowing the area or even establishing a dentist. I received a mailer and Decided to set an appointment and the moment that I came in, I was Pleasantly greeted. I didn’t have insurance yet, But they had great alternative payment programs. Their communication with their clients is the absolute best, and this is my new found dentistry in my new home state. I highly recommend. They know me and my kids by name and the trust factor is definitely there. I just want to give a huge “thank you” to the staff - you guys rock!

Melanie the receptionist is always so sweet and very accommodating when I come into the office. Robyn the dental assistant was amazing and very calming to be around she definitely made the experience less stressful as did Doctor Towner. He is a fantastic dentist who is extremely knowledgeable and does amazing work. I highly recommend this dentistry for it’s professionalism and amazing staff they always make me feel welcome and at ease.

Best place!!! The people are super nice and they don't make you feel like they are judging you by that state of your teeth ( coming from a ex-smoker that means a lot ) not to mention they get you in on time and are fast, efficient, with great quality of work. Love this place will always keep going there!!!!

5 star dental office! I have a lot of dental anxiety, so visiting the dentist is something I try to put off as much as possible. Dr. Towner is all around the best dentist-wonderful bedside manner combined with clinical expertise. Robyn and Melanie provided excellent customer service, making a trip to the dentist as pleasant as it can possibly be. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new office for their dental needs.

The front desk receptionist isn't wearing a mask. The doctor's assistant touched almost everything possible in the studio and then opened a sterile pouch for x rays without washing hands or wearing gloves. So basically all the germs she could have she would have put directly into my mouth. When I asked her why she wasn't wearing gloves before touching sterile tools, she laughed in my face. I told her if that was a bother I could just leave, but she turned her back and didn't even listed/respond. So I left without doing anything and informed the front office about it on my way out. Their behavior is unprofessional and dangerous!!! I can't talk about the dentist because I didn't get to meet him, but if the assistant doesn't care, I believe the doctor doesn't bother to tell her.

A very comfortable and inviting visit! All of the staff were very kind at all stages through the process. Melanie was super friendly, Robin and Dr Towning were also super nice and mindful of how I was doing during my proceedure.

From the call to come in for a last minute appointment due to severe tooth pain from an infected wisdom tooth, I received nothing but hospitality and professionalism. Melanie was really courteous in getting my paperwork, prescription, and intake/outtake completed. Dr. Towner and Robyn were awesome from x-ray exams, to extraction procedure, to final instructions to take care of myself while I’m away from them. I really really appreciated everyone’s gentle and genuinely caring demeanor, and how awesome they were at ensuring I was comfortable at ALL times. I’d never gotten a tooth pulled as an adult and they made my experience a pleasant one, even when part of my tooth didn’t desire to cooperate. Overall, I’m excited and appreciative to have been able to experience the staff at Anytime Dental in Gilbert, and will recommend them to anyone I know from here on out!! You can’t buy that kind of care and attention to detail, especially when their prices aren’t through the roof as most dental procedures are. Thank you guys at Anytime Dental so much!!!
