Very expedient service for a MRI, in and out in 30 minutes. Compare that to other places I've been for 1 or 2 hours. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, as well.

We were at the ER where the xrays CLEARLY showed an acromioclavicular tear AND separation and the radiologist Dr. (I say that lightly) Titus wrote in his report no acute findings; the acromiclavicular spaces intact. Yet the xrays and the fantastic ER doctor Ball, CLEARLY saw the separation and several tears. The ER doc was SUPER and said he will talk to him about his Mistakes.

Easy check in, short wait time, and very friendly efficient staff. My procedure was done by an excellent technician who made the process relatively fast and easy. I would recommend this group for any of your diagnostic imaging needs.

Super fast in and out! Matter of fact, I got there early by 20 minutes like they told me to and I was done before my actual time of my appointment! And they were nice too ?

Checked in 10 minutes early and waited 25 minutes beyond appointment time before being called back When I questioned the reason of an appointment I was told there running behind. I’m told This was after I questioned the reason for an appointment, not when I checked Running behind should not be my problem as it turns out it became my problem. Front desk was rude from my questioning I guarantee I will promote, avoid this facility and won’t be back. I should be allowed to bill them for my timeline

I experienced both the AJ and Gilbert Locations for my mammogram, breast ultrasound and biopsy. I cannot express how positive my experience has been! The women in these departments were so caring and informative. I can’t speak on behalf of the other departments but any women needing routine or diagnostic testing, I highly recommend this facility! Thank you AZ Diagnostics for making my scary experience so comfortable!

Fantastic experience, quick, easy and extremely helpfu.

Although it took a while for them to call me in everyone was very polite and professional. The woman who injected the dye was very polite and courteous. I am a hard stick and when I told her where to inject we did it her way the first time and no results and I suggested where she could get results she listened to me and got results. I appreciated that. She was great which made it even more of positive visit. She took her time and walked me through the process so appreciated!

The tech did her job and that was good. The problem I have is that I feel that there is a lack of respect for my time. My appointment was at 5:15. I was told to be there by 4:45. I guessed that was because I would need to fill out paperwork, but there was none. The facility was almost vacant and still I was not brought back until just after 5:30. Punctuality is important to me. I do not like wasting my time. I understand being a little late, but why bring me in so early? It’s very frustrating.

The tech who did the ultra sound was very helpful, friendly and professional. She explained each step and answered all my questions. The check on process was easy and they were on time. Very happy with this visit.
