During these quarantine times it is especially comforting to know that everything extremely safe at Dr. Patrick’s office. I was very comfortable with the additional precautions.

I have been going to Absolute Dental for many years. Dr. Calalang—or Patrick as he prefers to be called—is wonderful! He is very skilled, knowledgeable, and kind. His staff are friendly and his hygienists are gentle, efficient, and very personable. We are treated like family at Absolute Dental. I didn’t care for any dentists I went to previously but Absolute Dental is top notch and I no longer ever dread going to the dentist. I highly recommend Patrick and his team.

Patrick has always been our family dentist. When we moved to Georgia 8 yrs. ago, I have to go from one dentist to another because I can’t seem to find one like the way Patrick treats his patients. Now that we are finally back in AZ, first I did was to make an appointment with Absolute Dental.

Absolute Dental is a wonderful place filled with great staff and dentists! Dr Calalang is very conscientious dealing with his patients and staff. Unfortunately, in the past year I have needed some work on a couple of teeth, other than cleanings and check-ups. He and his team have done excellent work, checking throughout the processes to ensure the patient (me) was doing okay. Dr Calalang allowed me to come in during the pandemic to fix a tooth I cracked in half. I have recommended him to family and friends, all are happy with Absolute Dental!

OK so dental work is not something we like to do. But a necessary,thing. I have been in the valley since 1982. I have been to probably 10 different dentists. Patrick Calalang is so friendly and understanding man and I wouldn’t go to another Dentist. He is soft spoken kind in his words, aware of the pain his work can cause and doesn’t allow it. He reinsures you as the procedure progresses continuously keeping you updated on how much more time it will take. His staff follows his lead and I appreciate their professionalism. Honestly the BEST dentist and staff I have ever had and I’ve moved around a lot. Everyone is so nice, it’s clean and everyone does their job well!

I’ve had multiple dentists in the last 5 years between being over priced or over fixing.. this was my first appointment with Patrick and I’ve never met a better dentist. Very educational, honest, and looks out for your best interest. I had no oral issues/concerns and he still spent time educating me on my imaging and dental health. Wish I would’ve found him sooner!

I highly recommend Dr. Calalang. He has a good knowledge of dentistry, good techniques, keeps his knowledge up-to-date, clearly explains treatments, and makes good decisions. In fact, I have recommended him to several of my friends. Although my teeth are in pretty good shape, some of them have been damaged over the years. I moved to Gilbert six years ago, and Dr. Calalang has resolved several problems with my teeth. In addition, I value Dr. Calalang's strategy. On several occasions, I asked if he would repair a problem tooth. Instead of making money by attempted to fix the tooth he advised me that; if a tooth is working OK, it is probably best to just leave it alone. After several such discussions, I think his strategy is quite sound. For that matter, the dental hygienist and staff in his office are also quite skilled and quite helpful.

I have serious anxiety about visiting the dentist. It has been several years since I have gone to the dentist. I came to Dr. Calalang a few years ago to help with a chip in a tooth and he was so kind that I knew when I could gather my courage to go back to the dentist for a full exam he is who I would go to. The entire experience was PERFECT. The entire staff was so kind and so gentle. I know Dr. Calalang isn't recommending unnecessary work and I don't feel like I'm getting overcharged - quite the opposite! He is personable and easy to be with and really put my fears to rest. I am so grateful that I found this place!

Dr. Calalang is on top of all the latest in dental technology. My recent crown replacement was created using a digital image of my teeth to produce an exact replica of the existing crown. Result: A perfect fit! The anesthetic he applied was so good I actually feel asleep during part of the prep. He has an outstanding staff in his practice- from Michelle and Jasmine and the other ladies up front to all of the dental hygienists- you will not find a better dental practice in the East Valley.

I am a very sensitive person when it comes to my teeth and Heather does an amazing job being patient with me during the cleaning process. Patrick is also very caring and knowledgeable, staying up to date with all the latest dental research. I always feel like I’m in good hands

The whole staff is so kind and caring. I have taken my son there since he was 2 and they made it so fun for him! I had braces, but my teeth were uneven sizes so I got that corrected at this practice . The dentist even made a tray for me to ensure I keep me teeth white. I am so happy with the results. They take their time, and they take every concern seriously. They’re so respectful and I truly cannot say enough great things!

My first appointment was a great experience! I didn't feel like Dr. Patrick was trying to sell me on any products or procedures, he was genuine and really just cared about my teeth being healthy. I haven’t seen a dentist in 2 years due to fear. I have super high maintenance issues and they were amazing! Amy shared some of my issues and was a complete angel. I made it through the appointment without crying from pain, never experienced pain and left with a smile on my face.. which has never happened before. Jasmine, the office manager assured me I would be ok and she was right! Thank you Jasmine, Amy, Patrick and staff for erasing my fear and allowing me to leave pain-free and happy! Miracles workers!

Those nasty impression trays can make you feel clostrophobic. Dr. Calalang and his assistant kept my daughter feeling calm and safe. Still, glad thats done!!

This office fraudulently billed my 20 year old daughter. They told her they were in network and gave her the treatment plan and stated her portion would be $120.00. She had the work done. She then got a bill for over $600.00!!! They then sent her to collections. This is not the first time this office has told patients they were in network and turned around and billed them as out of network. A BBB claim has been filed. Beware of this office and their shady illegal billing practices.

Dr. Calalang is absolutely amazing! He and all his staff are always so nice and welcoming! I have recently got some work done by him and it went amazing! He always makes sure you are comfortable and never feel pain! I would recommend him to anyone! So great!
