Everyone knows my name. They know my family and ask about them. The staff are friendly. Reminders come early and often. They offer to get me in sooner. They are gentle.

Visiting Arizona Smiles today was a very good experience. Honestly, I don't go to the dentist very often, but Kimmie was a great hygienist - gentle but thorough, even with my permanent retainer as an obstacle. I even made another appointment for 6 months.

Best dental experience. Everyone is very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Was taken back right on time. They explain to you everything they are doing and keep you in the loop. Hygienist, dentist and staff are very knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Bollwinkel and his staff represent the latest in dental training and equipment. Dr. Bollwinkel is recognized as a leader in his field. His expertise saved my smile. I had had expensive veneers placed on my front 6 upper teeth by another dentist. One tooth developed a flaw. Dr. Bollwinkel took the time to match the product used in the veneers, one that was no longer in use, in order to match the damaged tooth perfectly to the other 5…renewing my smile. Besides being expert at what they do, Dr. Bollwinkel and his staff are warm and caring towards their patients. I consider them all close friends. I highly recommend Dr. Bollwinkel and his staff.

From the best cleanings to helpful managing of insurance details, these people are super professional. Oh, and by the way, Doctor Bollwinkel is very nice too!

Like most people, I have always dreaded going to the dentist. It hurts and costs a lot. That being said, I am so glad that I found Dr. Bollwinkle. I have had extensive dental work at Arizona Smile Center. Dr. Bollwinkle is amazing. He is very kind and compassionate, and his work is perfect. His staff is great! The services are very affordable. I never thought that I would review a dentist, but Arizona Smile Center has given me the best dental care that I have ever received. I highly recommend this dentist. From start to finish, I had a great first time appointment! The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and some nice small talk while getting me checked in. Kim was another friendly face who took my x-rays and Dr. Matter did a nice job of answering my questions about my teeth sensitivity. Allie (sp?) gave me the most painless cleaning I’ve ever had. I usually dread the hygienist’s tools touching my gums, but she was super gentle. I appreciated how everyone at AZ Smile center took care in making sure I was relaxed. The dentist’s office, in general, isn’t the most fun place to be, but the staff really put me at ease and I don’t despise the idea of going back in 6 months :)

I just moved here from out of state after finishing college and getting married, and had put off finding a dentist for a very long time. Embarrassingly enough, this was the first dentist appointment I had ever scheduled as an official adult and the process could not have been easier. From start to finish it was seamless, there were zero complications, and I will recommend this dentistry to everyone. Not to mention the whole staff is so nice, takes their time with you, and speak to you as a real person, not just a client.

I walked into this place expressing that I have not only dentist anxiety, but pretty severe covid anxiety. I asked what the office could do to assist with my anxiety, of course with front desk staff and multiple others around unmasked and knowing the answer probably wouldn't be compassionate in any way based on the woman at the desks blank stare. The front desk lady literally blankly stared at me, said "what do you mean, I think we are good here" and then when I explained again I was looking for a dental office that could help with my anxiety and wanted to know their protocals and precautions she said ... "precautions? I dont know what you mean. so, you want an appointment or what?" This place doesnt even know what the word precautions means apparently and are so dense they don't care to ease anxieties of patients walking in looking for care. Sad... seriously.

Can’t say enough about Az Smiles. I get great dental care from the dentist , dental staff and office staff. In this day and age it is rare to say I’ve had the same dentist for 20+ years . I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else I can’t say enough about my hygienist - she knows her job .

Dr. B IS AMAZING! Best Dr. In AZ. Beautiful office, professional and friendly staff...and perfect results. My daughter was terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience at a pediatric dentist. But she can't wait to go visit Dr. B. If I could give a 10 star.... I WOULD!

Had my third visit at the new facility today and I think it’s a lot better then the one they had over in the mall. The staff is professional as well as friendly. I’ve had several procedures done pain free. They take good care of me and I have to say this is the best dental office I’ve ever done business with.
