A to Z dentistry is Great!!! Fast and efficient. Both of my children have been going here for years and they love it.

They’re great, quick & easy. Only problem is, I’ve been contacting them for 3 weeks. I go to school during the day & they have weird hours. It’s hard for me to get them to send me my toddler’s dental record. I’ve requested them by email. This past week. I sent them the release forms. I had a break during class & had called them to see if they received my request form, for them to release the record to me & my ID. ALSO if it’s been filled out correctly. The only response I had gotten was “let me check if we got it.. okay.. yes we did. We just haven’t opened it yet…………” I said okay, please check it & lmk! I had to go back to class. STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING, RECEIVED ANYTHING. Called for 3 weeks, emailed request forms for releases & even left voicemails EVERYDAY for them to send me the paperwork or at least call me back. My toddler is transferring, next week & NEEDS IT to start. I do in person schooling & I cannot miss class. ? I just need her dental records, can anyone help me.. because the people here really dgaf. ?

Our first visit at this office. My son fell sick and so I had to reschedule. I called the Dental office and the front office receptionist Sarah came off very rude, she was able to reschedule but again was very rude and unprofessional. You want your first time patients to feel welcome and comfortable with being able to make or reschedule their appointments with no hassle and no attitude.That means acting professional and using your best customer service possible.

We took our 5 year old here to have two teeth capped and everyone made sure that he was very comfortable and relaxed. It was really helpful in making the dentists office a not so scary place.

Always friendly & great with children.I've been coming here for the past 6 years with my girls. Always have been gentle and treated well.

I brought my little brother in for his first dental visit. After sending in the required documents for me to have him treated, the dental staff got him seen immediately. Dr. Zarah was amazing, she made his first visit as comfortable as possible. He had a lot of issues and she was very kind, she did work on what was most important and we rescheduled for the rest of the treatment. Thank you to all the staff, we appreciate you!

We tried to find a dentist for a year who took our insurance. This office was beyond amazing got my daughter in fast and took care of all of her needs. Amazing for a nervous momma and kiddo. I would and will recommend them to anyone!!!

Great dentistry, my daughters love it would recommend every one with kids to come here.

This was our first time here at this dentistry. We usually go to the grants office, but I got to say this place is definitely better! I think we will make the decision for our son to be seen here. He was scared and they did everything to make him feel comfortable. Our son even stated that he would like to come back here rather than the grants office! Everyone here at the office is so nice and warm welcoming. Everyone had a smile on their face. Thank you for everything and making sure our son was well taken care of. Will be coming back again.

We love this dentist! We’ve been coming here for about 2 years with my 4 year old daughter. She loves it here! They give her lots of goodies and make her feel very comfortable. They just remodeled the office & they have a new nice friendly dentist. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming here since before the chame change and I have to say I LOVE the new changes. They sent several reminders leading up to the appointment which was a plus for my forgetfulness. They were super nice and comforting to both my daughters, one of which it was her first dental exam. 5 stars no doubt and I will be recommending A to Z to everyone!!

They are super awesome. Staff is always kind and friendly. Appointments are always on schedule and done in a timely manner. Great customer service overall!

I do not have any complaints about this company. They schedule in a timely manner, are very kind, clean and patient. The dentist and staff are very good with my children. I reccomend to all families.

The new dentist is AMAZING! so caring and aware of the children's needs. I would recommend this place hands down! All the staff are great!

They are very kind, courteous people. The only thing I would say is they should add a little more kid friendly decor to the waiting room. It looks more like a place where only adults go. Children need wall art that speaks to them not adults. A few more toys would be nice as well.

The workers are always friendly and they answer at questions I might have. Appointments are easy to schedule and the dentists are really good.

These are the most compassionate and caring people in dentistry. I am so impressed with everyone that I came into contact with at this office. Other dental practices made me feel judged, but A to Z made me feel like family, guaranteeing that my children and I will definitely come back. Thank you!

I will never go back here again. We took my daughter here for her regular 6 month check up and the dentist said she needed caps and was insistent on doing them immediately. He said we had to give her silver caps and didn’t even give us an option for the porcelain ones. He made us feel very uneasy so we decided to get a second opinion and thank God we did. The 2nd dentist we took her too was in shock that the dentist would even recommend caps for what she need. She had a small brown decay spot on 2 of her teeth which he removed and fixed by filling them and then giving a fluoride treatment. The dentist here wanted to do a serious procedure on my daughter all for something that was fixed so simply. Seems like maybe he was just trying to get money from the insurance or something is just not right about that. So glad we found a GREAT dentist to take her to.

I highly recommend Just For Kids as your child's dentist. I had gone to about 5 different dentists trying to get my child's teeth fixed, where the outcome was always the same, being sent somewhere else. My issue was my child was pain, and even when I finally got someone to schedule an appointment to fix it, she was scheduled to be sedated at a hospital, two months away. Finally, I found Just For Kids. They fixed my child's teeth the first visit. They were fully staffed and ready to go, plus the staff was so nice and consistently updated me on her during the process. They were also super efficient. They do all the work right there in the office, so they will not send you somewhere else. They did restrain my child, but she was more traumatized by how long she dealt with the pain from nobody fixing it, then she was from being restrained. And they only restrain when the child will not cooperate, which mine was not.

Great welcoming staff and Dr., Fast and awesome service. First time patient and loved it, worth the drive.

My kids are still traumatized. Restraining children and not allowing parents back isn't right.

I have been going to Just For Kids since I was a little. Although I have not gone in the past few years since I am no longer a child, I would highly recommend any parents to choose Just For Kids as their children's dentistry. I am not only satisfied with the work that they perform, but I am also impressed by the staff and the dentists, especially Dr. Mortaji as he ensures that all his patients are comfortable and receive the best care possible. I have never had any complaints with the staff or the dentists, and they are devoted to provide excellent care to all their patients. The staff and atmosphere have always been welcoming and I would highly recommend them as your child's dentist.

Our grandchildren have been dental patients here for years and we've always been grateful for the kind, courteous and excellent work our grandchildren have received on every visit from the doctor and staff! We've always been satisfied with the outcome of their visits to this dental office!

I have been bringing my kids here for 7 years. The staff are always compassionate about their job and treat the patients and their family with respect and love. Dr Mike is amazing work everyone and is always there when you have a question. Wouldn't go anywhere else with my kids they test is like family.

Excellent! From coming in to leaving everyone here was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them! I had recently moved here and had tried for almost a year to get my sons teeth fixed at another dentist in California. Just For Kids Dental Clinic was able to do his crowns the first visit. They were very fast and I'm extremely pleased with how they came out. My 2 year old son did well and he even wanted to stay and play in the waiting room after.

Been taking my 4 children here for 7 years. The dentists make my kids feel very comfortable which makes me feel good about bringing them. The hygienists are all sweet and great with them.

I did not have a problem with the doctor, but I had a problem with the dental assistant. First, she didn't put the lead apron on either of us when she took an x-ray of my sons teeth. My son was only 1 year old, so I had to put him in my lap while she took the x-ray. The whole point of the lead apron is to protect our body from any scatter radiation. Second, she was very aggressive when brushing my sons teeth, she obviously had no patience. I am NEVER going back there again. The dental assistants are obviously not trained properly.

Front office staff was very rude and prejudice. I'm dissapointed because the dentists and staff in the back were excellent.

Took my 4 year old to see the dentist for the first time and we will never fo back. The saff is friendly but the way they do their procedures is not ok. They dont let u in the back when they are filling for cavities and they restrain the child. All i coule hear is my child screaming and crying. It was a very unpleasant visit. Never again

I decided to bring my daughter here since this was where I went as a child, well 15 years definitely made a difference. .. my daughter ended up going back alone to a new place with complete strangers and was in tears, she needed caps on 4 teeth, after coming out in tears she had 4 silver caps on her front teeth I was told her insurance would not cover white caps. One week later, on Christmas eve one of the caps fell out! I called panicking and the receptionist said if I could get there in 15 minutes they would help, but if not I would have to wait until they opened up after the Holiday weekend! Knowing that leaving the tooth exposed could lead to infection I rushed to get it fixed. Once there I pleaded with them to let me back with her and once again i was told no that it was not allowed by their insurance for me to go back with her both of us in tear, she went back alone again. After that I switched dentists and when she went in for her new patient appointment the new office was appalled that they put silver caps on her front teeth, and let me know that in most cases medicaid allows white caps on visible teeth but not molars... A month later a second cap fell out and i was instructed by my new office that just for kids needed to be the ones to replace the cap because they need to be responsible for the faulty work. Once back at just for kids I was informed my daughter was due for a cleaning in the next month and I told them she was being seen at another office. . Once my daughter had her cap replaced the dental assistant had to "relay a message" from the doctor, he instructed her to tell me that "if I was taking her to another dental office for her regular check ups, If another cap falls out, my new office should be the ones to replace it, regardless of just for kids doing the original work, and that your daughter will not be seen here again." Since then I get a call every 6 months to remind me she is due for a cleaning and every time I have to remind them of how my daughter was treated and what I was told! I DO NOT RECOMMEND JUST FOR KIDS TO ANYONE!!! save yourself worry and your children traumatizing dental visits and find a different dentist.. oh! As a side note, my daughter, 2 years after this Incident developed a similar cavity on her front bottom incisor that just for kids said filling that sort of cavity was not possible,she got her cavity filled, and sealed by her new office without one problem! Just for kids not only provides sub par, outdated work, and techniques, they are liars, and, extremely rude to parents.

Office staff is extremely rude. In addition, they wouldn't let us be anywhere near when our six year old was getting a cavity filled.

I have been taking my kids here for several years and they enjoy it. The Doctors and staff are great with the kids and make them feel comfortable every time we go. My kids enjoy the kid friendly waiting room and exam rooms. I highly recommended this office and I would send family and friends here. Thank you Just for Kids team!

I use to take my kids to kids choice dental on 4th street, they traumatized my older daughter... I was referred by another patient because she has 3 kids that go here. I couldn’t be happier with the service they received. My oldest daughter is very happy and comfortable with coming here than she was with her old provider. Yes the children go to the back by themselves, so if your not comfortable sending your kids alone then this is not the place for you. But we are very satisfied patients so, if my kids are good with Just For Kids Dental then I’m a happy mother as well!!! :)
