We have only been for our initial consultation but our experience was great. All the staff we encountered were very cheerful and friendly. It was obvious that the staff enjoyed working there. Our consultation went great- they were thorough and explained everything clearly. They are so good with kids, my son felt very comfortable and excited to be there. my daughter has enjoyed going, although from a parent stand point, financial discussion should happen without children around and before an appointment, the lack of communication is also pretty difficult, and decisions are made on the fly with zero notice until the child is seated in the chair. really put a bad taste in my mouth, will continue continue care with them, but will be very leary about their communication skills

My name Is Paityn and I go to Jolly Smiles, I have been going for a little more than a year almost 2 now, and its the best orthodontist i have ever visited! They Workers are always so nice and try they're best not to make you feel nervous! Five Stars For Sure!!!!!

Jolly Smiles was great. All the attendees are super nice and cheerful always have a smile on there face. It's super fun to talk to them when you have an appointment. The treatment worked really well and faster then I thought it would. Jolly Smiles Is awesome!

This practice is amazing, spectacular people and superb service. They are also one of the only practices in the valley that manage surgical cases, for which I am very grateful.

I was pawned off to Jolley Smiles against my will because my regular Orthodontist retired and sent all of his patients there. From the beginning, Dr. Jolley (who by the way is not very jolly at all) was trying to have my braces removed, even though there was still a large gap in my teeth. I would show him the gap and he would act naïve like he hadn't seen it then finally agree to not remove them yet. He did not have a monetary gain from me since I had already finished paying my old ortho off), He would spend all of two minutes with me and would not explain a thing. The doctor's there talk to the assistants in their lingo and act like you aren't even there. They also do not offer rewards cards to transferred patients as they do for everyone else. It was stressful going in there because I was not happy with my smile and I always felt rushed as if I were in a sort of Expressway Ortho Office. After months of being made to feel like a second-class citizen, I finally agreed to the removal. I am very unhappy with the level of service and the fact that there is still a small gap and I am now stuck with a very uneven bite. I feel like the thousands of dollars spent and the years of waiting were spent in vain.

Great place to have some ortho work done, super friendly staff, excellent efficiency and left with confidence in the recommended care plan from Dr. Jolley. Plus I got to visit Graff Dairy later that day too ;)

Jolley smiles is the place to go! Love walking in for my appointments being greeted by name & asked how I’m doing. One of the assistants, Tia, is by far my favorite! She remembers things I’ve told her from previous appointments and always checks in on me. Dr pitcher, and dr jolley both are amazing as well! They’re friendly, welcoming, and do their best at making every visit one to remember.

I took my kids in for a consultation and in addition to having them get braces I decided to get some too. I had braces when I was younger and my teeth had moved just enough that I kept biting my lip. They fixed the problem quick and it wasn't so bad. (Although I'm glad to be done. :) My daughter who was scared at first now looks forward to going to her appointments. I'm really impressed, and I love my smile. (And I'm not longer biting my lip.) They did a really good job.

I was blown away. Great waiting area, but the staff is fantastic. This is what customer service should be. They more than nice, actually talked with my kids. The doctor didnt want to just talk money he got to know them a little. Front deak super friendly...and Savannah what a badass!! I seriously was blown away by this staff. keep it up!

I wanted to share how Jolly Smiles granted me one the most profound acts of human kindness I have ever experienced. I don't know anyone at Jolly Smiles infact had never been there in my life until this past Saturday at around 3 pm. Which is clearly when they among all orthodontists are closed. I have had some rejection issues with implants from an entirely different entity. While trying to contemplate my next move I have been wearing a retainer containing 2 front teeth. That retainer was stepped and crushed on Saturday morning leaving me in an incredibly impossible situation. As I needed to attend a very important event and discuss a topic I am very passionate about. However, the thought of talking to anyone with no front teeth was more than I could fathom then or even the next day. I was in a sheer panic I called the Orthodontists I do know and while they tried they could not help me. I called JOLLY SMILES WITHOUT KNOWING ANYONE COMBINED WITH THE FACT ID NEVER EVEN BEEN THERE OR ASSOCIATED IN ANY WAY. I LEFT A MESSAGE AND WITHIN 5 MINUTES AS I SAT IN MY CAR IN THE RAIN FEELING HOPELESS MY PHONE RANG. SHE DIDNOT ASK IF I WAS A CURRENT CLIENT OR ANY REQUIREMENTS ST ALL SHE SIMPLY SAID CAN YOU MEET THERE AT 4???? I WAS DUMBFOUNDED .. WHO DOES THIS? ON SATURDAY? AND DOESNT ASK OR CARE IF IM A PATIENT PAST OR PRESENT.. NOTHING ..SHE WAS GENUINELY KIND AND SO UNDERSTANDING ON THE PHONE.. I GET THERE SHES THERE A COUPLE MINUTES LATER ..IM STILL WAITING FOR THE BALL TO DROP IN SOME WAY. IT DIDNT SHE WAS KIND AND CARING .. SHE WAS AMAZING SHE SPENT 2 HOURS MAKING SURE MY RETAINER WAS PERFECT.. I CANNOT EXPRESS MY EMOTIONAL GRATITUDE FOR WHAT THEY SHE DID FOR ME THAT DAY IT WAS BY FAR THE MOST RANDOM ACT OF PROFOUND HUMAN KINDNESS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED DOING THIS FOR A STRANGER ON A SATURDAY WAS FOR ME EQUIVALENT TO MOVING A MOUNTAIN.. THIS IS ONE AMAZING LITERALLY SPIRIT SAVING PLACE.. I COULD NEVER THANK YOU ENOUGH LOVE & LIGHT DENISE J

The office is high-end and clean, and the staff makes you feel so comfortable. Getting braces as an adult is no fun, but Jolley Smiles makes the whole process enjoyable! Will definitely bring my kids back when they’re ready!

My son started with Dr.Jolley when he was 6 years old. He had a severe overbite and was in desperate need of braces. Dr.Jolley laid out our treatment plan and didn’t force me into anything we didn’t need. My son did 2 rounds of braces and wore retainers in between. He is now 13 and had the most beautiful smile. Dr.Pitcher finished out my sons care and he is phenomenal. If you’re wondering who will take good care of your child or yourself through orthodontics- look no further. You have found your forever home for all of your needs. I’m kind of sad he’s done with braces because I enjoyed going to the office so much.

Jolley Smiles has been nothing but professional and courteous to my two little brothers who received braces from them in junior high. No issues with hardware or residue or anything! I would highly recommend them for your orthodontic needs in the future!
