When we originally signed up for our policies things went wonderfully. Over the last bit, things have really gone downhill. If you get in an accident over the weekend, there is no one to call. They do not back you up if you need something and it is the other drivers fault and suggest you not file on your own insurance for 30 days after the accident. In being proactive in updating an expired payment option we were told we could no longer use that option, when asked questions we were told we would get a call back and and we never heard another word. On the day our insurance was set to cancel, we were offered an option to extend with a one time payment so we could get other coverage in place. I am all around disappointed with our experience and wish it would have turned out differently.

Casey goes above and beyond as your agent. I cannot thank him enough. He is a diligent, hard-working man, who aims to make his client's life easier. Not to mention that the rates are great, but the customer service 360 provides is the star of the show.

They are very nice guys, however there are 2 big reasons I did not go with them. 1) their communication was just terrible, took them almost a week to get back to us multiple times. 2) their prices just aren’t competitive enough, progressive is a far better deal

I had a great experience with Rio Notch from 360 Insurance. He helped coordinate the two claims that I had going on concurrently - 1 for hail and 1 for a hit and run. I was able to rent a car for the duration of the time my car was in the shop that 360 paid for. He approved supplements that were needed and responded in a timely manner and was always professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend 360 insurance!

Absolutely would NOT recommend this company. They do not respond to phone calls. Taking care of their customers does not appear to be their priority, getting paid is. They make promises they do not keep. For example, I asked that they include an emergency / after hours contact number on their voice mail. Kurt said he would implement this change, however today when I called, I discovered that I could not even leave a voice mail for anyone including Kurt, nor was there a number. We are actively shopping for reliable and trustworthy insurance that offers peace of mind. Isn't that why we buy insurance?

Best insurance company threat I've had. I reckon then to anyone in need of insurance from personal to commercial.

Dan is an excellent agent we have many policies with 360 and are very happy with the service after having state farm for 15 years, 360 was cheaper and easier to deal with.

Joe Herd is great. He and his team are always available for questions. Very reasonable rates.

Good ins company, nice folks

We had to get a new business policy and Ashley made it so easy and explained the policy in an easy to understand way and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Take the time to go and see her and she will take great care of you.

Great place! I have had them for a few years now and I recommend to anyone looking for good affordable insurance. When I call, I always get a live person, they are local and always glad to help. Even when shopping for new cars they are always readily available for quotes. I think I called about 6 times in one day checking on rates while I was shopping for a new car & they were always glad to help. I now use them for all my insurance needs, Home Owners, Motorcycle and 2 vehicles, full Coverage on everything. Funny thing is…I actually saved 15% on my car insurance by switching FROM Geico! The staff is amazing. I absolutely can't rave enough about how helpful and kind they are. I bring my kids in with me when I go in and they are always sweet to them. If I call or email they are quick to respond. They help us worth personal and business insurance.
