Went here for fillings for a couple teeth and ended up being told i need all sides of my mouth filled and my wisdom teeth removed. Got my wisdom teeth removed and they didn’t put me to sleep just gave me a couple shots in my gums. It ended up putting me in the hospital from the pain. I gave them another chance and went back for the fillings i needed and left hurting even more than i did before. i thought it would go away but i waited a couple weeks and still couldn’t chew on that side of my mouth. i went in TWICE more because they said they just needed the file down the fillings. the second time the dentist told me that if the pain doesn’t go away i’ll need a root canal. please find another dentist. i saw a couple of reviews that had the same experience of needing a simple filling and it turning into needing a root canal. it’s been 10 months and i still can’t chew on the side they did the work on. don’t even get a second opinion just don’t go here!!

Dr Olsen is the absolute best he made my journey to a beautiful smile stress free and pleasant. The staff was awesome and friendly, and treated me with great respect. Having dental implants done is a bit on the scary side but Dr. Olsen made me feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend Mesa Comfort Dental for all your needs thank you Dr. Olsen and staff for my beautiful smile.

Not super honest nor respectful of what I wanted to get done. Money grab. Just please PLEASE make sure to go get a second opinion at a different dental office before proceeding because they will likely tell you that you have 10 cavities if you really only have one or two, and drill in your teeth and leave lots of unnecessary fillings. It will really save money- and your mouth- in the long run. Just please go and get a second and third opinion, it’s the best advice I have. Good luck and God bless. Ps also they might INTENTIONALLY drill too deep, damage your nerve, just so you go to them to get a root canal and filling. You can use them just PLEASE go get a second opinion.

I checked the website of my insurance and it said that Comfort Dental accepted my plan. I called their office and they also said they accept my plan. They did not in fact accept my plan. I've had two cavities in my entire life. I had a full head x-ray and a cleaning six months ago. They said I now have five cavities. Sorry, no. Got a second opinion and they disagreed. Also left the office in the same amount of pain that I came to fix with no diagnosis of what the issue was.

As soon as i walked in, Yunibe was very welcoming. Kelleigh is an amazing assistant & was very informative about the process/procedure I was getting done. Dr. Van Dusen is friendly & outgoing. Melissa was friendly & efficient. The office staff overall is great.

I was very impressed with Dr Van Dusen work and professionalism.? I had to have a bridge. I was very surprised when the temporary was smooth and not hurting my tongue as it has in past with another Denist. My new bridge is comfortable and the color blends very nicely with my other teeth. I am a ? patient! I was highly recommended to visit Dr Justin VanDusen at the Mesa facility. Dr VanDusen is very pleasant, gentle, humorous, (helps me to relax) explains in detail what I needed done. He recommended a bridge. The first one I was not pleased with, to much space on top. He redid another one for me and I am very happy with it! ? My husband has a very difficult mouth for any kind of fitting of anything! ? Really!! He had to have a partial. He was very surprised that it was a very good fit! Awesome job Dr Van Dusen!! ? The office has a lot of employees. Tina, always has a bright smile, calls me by name and makes me feel welcome. Christine, assistant to the doctors. Is very friendly, gentle and keeps you informed what she is going to do. The young lady that cleaned my teeth did a fair job. I don’t know for sure I don’t think she is hygienist? We are happy patients and glad we have Dr VanDusen as our Denist!

Always have a good experience with the dentist whether it’s Van Dusen or Miller. Their assistant on my appointment today was nice and talked to me as if I was a friend, which is always nice. Dr. Miller explained what work I needed done and checked what insurance would and would not cover as well as payment options. Taking off one star because the receptionist that was there today rolled her eyes at me like I was inconveniencing her when I asked to update my insurance. Lol. Not a very friendly receptionist

Went here for "emergency" dental work. Waited 2 hours for them just to take x-rays and then was told I needed to make another appointment. Next appointment was too far out so I called their east valley office. Was then told needed to sign a release for my x-rays to get transferred. Went back into county club office and was told I would be changed $25 bucks for them to email my x-rays or would have to spend $19 to get new x-rays at the east valley office.

Doctor Miller claimed I needed 8 fillings despite not having any at my previous dentist six months ago. Had a second opinion at an outside dentist. I was told none were worth filling. Some of the spots weren't even cavities. I would not trust this practice with my dental work.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I love How Dr Miller & Dr Olsen treat and care for their patients! Ive always been really nervous and scared from previous other bad places but i know im taken care of with them.

I had to make a last minute visit when my daughters molar crown was falling out. They were able to see me quickly and easily. The facility was very clean and all workers were very very friendly. The dentist was great. They definitely made my daughter feel comfortable. I would definitely come back. Great job Comfort Dental staff!

This place is a complete scam . They do not care about your teeth . Complete money hungry ppl. I paid 250 for cleaning . First visit they charged me 20 to tell me I had cavities when they already knew this when cleaned my teeth . Try to charge me 600 for a crown that was only 300 at other Denist’s. When I asked for my X-rays to visit a different dentist. They try to charge me 25.00 over the phone .. complete scam I had my tooth repaired an this guy filed my bottom tooth down why I don’t know he was repairing the top front tooth .. dude is total tool ..

It was positive experience from the moment that I walked in the door. Everyone was professional and prompt throughout my visit. I would recommend anyone to this office for their dental care.

Had a root canal about a week ago, not because it was hurting but it was part of my treatment plan. Since then my tooth has been hurting. At first I took it as it needs to heal. But the pain is getting worse. I called today and explained my situation but was told by the receptionist that I can’t get an appt for a week!! Very disappointed that they do not care about clients who are in pain. Especially when there was no pain when I went in for the procedure!

After asking the receptionist 40 minutes after my scheduled 9 am appointment this morning when they would see me, she said they were running behind and had no estimated wait time. This is the second occurrence I left because of a more than 40-minute wait for a scheduled appointment. I have never been seen within an appropriate window of time for a scheduled appointment (always running more than 30 minutes late). I will be looking for a new dentist. The lack of courtesy is not okay. I would have appreciated a call if they are running behind, saying to come 30 minutes later or ask if I want to reschedule when the office knows they are running behind.

Don't let the child decor fool you! This place provides an excellent service to the community it serves young and old alike. The Front Office staff explained my insurance coverage without sales pressure or tactics. The Dentist staff was friendly and accommodating. The Dentist did a phenomenal job. I had a pretty tough situation going on, but Dr. Olsen handled it like a professional. No pain, and in less than 5 minutes it was done. We waited a little bit longer than anticipated, but he seemed like the only Dentist in the busy Saturday environment. Overall, great experience! That's saying quite a bit for a dentist visit. Thank you Dr. Olsen and Comfort Dental! You have definitely earned my trust and this positive review.

Ok ok I just wanna say AFFORDABLE, FRIENDLY the girls at the front are awesome and remember my name every visit and let's talk about atmosphere... Clean and guideline approved ! Now let's get to the doc SHOUT OUR TO DR OLSEN ..OLSON NOT SURE THE SPELLING BUT AM 100% ON HIM BEING AN AWESOME DR AND PERSON ! PATIENT WITH ME AND ALL MY VISITS LOL always making sure I'm happy before I leave .. sum it up ppl you want affordable , dependable and friendly along with awesome service go to COMFORT DENTAL TELL THEM BRANDI SENT YOU ! This is the best dental place I’ve ever been to I made my appointment in what I felt like was short notice nope they fit in with my needs and comfort and I went to my appointment at 1130 and was out hour for me I feel like that is a fast visit and I will recommend them to everyone and I’ll be there again for my dental needs

I had a fear of the dentist for as long as I can remember. Wouldn’t go unless I had to. The staff at this location was great and quickly disappeared they did not disappoint. Thankful

Dr Miller and Andrea are the best. Dr Miller always does amazing work and Andrea is always nice caring and informative. Thank you for taking the time and caring about my families teeth.

If I could go lower I would. There dentist isn't bad but unfortunately you have to get through Katey to see them and she is awful. So awful intact that I would rather pull every one of my teeth out with pliers than talk to her. She is RUDE AND ARROGANT. She talked down to me so bad and all I did was ask appointment availability. I'm glad miss perfect over there feels she's better than everyone and feels she can get attitude and talk to patients like she'd talk to her high-school friends. Learn to be professional and treat people with some respect! If it weren't for us patients you wouldn't have a job, and to be quite honest I don't think Katey has ANY business being anywhere around people! Calling corporate to file a complaint. Looks like from reading other reviews I'm not the first to be verbally abused by her.
