Hands down the best dental office in the valley! Dr Eric and all of his staff are so knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. Kairee did my cleaning and sealants and she did an amazing job. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!

This was my first visit to this Dentist.. I have severe anxiety at the dentist after a traumatic incident several years ago. I recently moved to Grand Junction and the idea of finding a new dentist was very overwhelming. They were incredibly understanding and gentle. I am very grateful for that.. Erika is the gentlest hygienist I have ever had!

My appointment today was for gum therapy with Erica. She was very gentle and explained everything she was going to do, before actually doing it. I really didn't have any pain during the procedure, except for a small pinch when receiving the anesthetic. I also had sutures from a bone graft that were a bit overdue to be removed. Erica checked with Dr. Eric about removing the stitches and received the go ahead for taking them out. She did a great job on that as well. I highly recommend Erica and will ask for her for all of my future appointments!

People here are friendly and pay attention to details. Are also great at reminding you when you have an appointment you’ve set coming up so you don’t miss it.

Everyone at this office is very friendly and welcoming the Doctor is very nice and professional. Erika the hygienist was very professional and fast with x rays. I appreciate her taking the time to go over my treatment. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I have had several crowns and other dental work done at Grand Dental over the year's. The whole team is very professional and curious to any needs, if you need a break they have no problem with that. They work together as a TEAM and help each other if one of them runs into a slight issue and get it taken care of with great attitudes! My wife and I have no intentions of going anywhere else.

I have been going to Grand Dental for the past 6 years. This is an amazing practice with top staff. Dr. Eric installed crowns on all of my upper and lower teeth. The office has ALL of the latest technology. The staff make you feel very comfortable, which is important since no one "likes" to go see a dentist. Prices for services are fair and up-front. I live 60 miles from Grand Junction but I would travel twice that far just to see Dr. Eric and his wonderful staff. They always, always exceed my expectations. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option!

Dr. Eric is awesome, as is his staff. They are very caring and accommodating. I recently had to have a root canal done on a tooth in the back of my mouth on top. I opted for conscious sedation. The best experience I’ve ever had in a dentists chair. I highly recommend this office.

Highly professional dental practice that I continue to visit for preventative care after having highly successful dental implant surgery. They prioritize infection prevention and control and have implemented evidence based prevention practices that make me feel safe. My Dental Hygienist is efficient and takes time to educate me on my dental health. I really value the fact that they go above and beyond to communicate with me and make me feel welcome when I visit.

I love Grand Dental! Dr Eric, and ALL of his staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. No one likes the dentist but when you walk into Grand Dental there is a whole different feel. All the employees are kind and professional. Dr. Eric is outstanding and very personable. This place is always clean and has the newest machines. Highly recommend!

Grand Dental gives the best care possible. They are very gentle, friendly and very flexible. I wouldn't go any other place.

Not impressed with this dentist. They said I had 11 cavities that would cost $3,000 dollars. Had a lot of very nice and new equipment that I imagine they have to pay off. I got a second opinion from another dentist that said I have 2 cavities and that my teeth are in great shape. Seems slightly predatory to me. Even after I clarified that paying $3,000 dollars out of pocket would be hard and asked if we could make a plan to address the most detrimental cavities first, I received no response. Didn't try to work with me at all. Seems unethical to me. Do what you want with that information.

I love coming to the dentist. The fact that my dentist recognizes me outside of the "office" makes me feel like a person, not just a patient. ALL of the people in this office are genuinely kind and understanding. Dr. Benfield has always done fantastic work. He actually cares and isn't just looking to get $$$.

I feel they do a very good job meeting Covid restrictions. Everyone was friendly, & explained everything. I felt confortabe there. Got a crown today. It went very smoothly. Would recommend Dr. & staff to anyone. Very friendly, & efficient!

UPDATE 4/22: Dr. Benefield reached out after hours, and stuck with a couple rounds of phone tag. We discussed the pressure I was feeling from the office, the anxieties it caused, and embraced this as a learning experience. I will continue treatment at a future point in time. ***** Waited 4 weeks for a New Patient consultation. I need a full set of extractions and dentures. Paid $670 for imaging and impressions on a Wednesday, called the bank to move $7000 into an account to write a check. Scheduled surgery for 2 MONTHS out. Office is closed Friday. Monday received a voice mail saying 'pay the 7k now or we'll cancel the appointment'. The bank hold on the funds won't release until Tuesday. Either they're too busy and the appointment is needed for someone else, which means follow up care will be difficult, or they're in financial trouble. Not one expression of concern, or attempt to see if questions were the delay, or even what the delay might be. No empathy, no customer service. I don't feel comfortable being bullied into having my teeth ripped out. Serious front office problems at this practice.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Hygienist almost puts me to sleep she is so gentle. Doc explains processes for any needed work in layman’s terms. Very professional and high quality work Great place!

The building is tucked away in a serene little neighborhood, making you feel at home there. It doesn’t feel corporate or franchised at all. I feel that I’m in excellent hands at Grand Dental!

I love the gentleness of Dr Benefield. Everything is explained in terms I can understand. My grown children, my grandchildren, and 4 of my neighbors go here for their dentistry. I never worry about referring people because I know the level of care they will get from caring staff and Dentists.

I am a relatively new patient, but I’m having some serious dental work done. Each each appointment (4 so far) has been accomplished in a caring professional manner. Dr. Eric explained the options, including pricing fo each and I couldn’t be more pleased so far. His staff is amazing.

The dentist walked in without his mask. The office staff and hygenists all kept their masks on. The dentist took his off and stood 4ft from me, while I was on the chair without a mask. I had to ask him why it was off before he put it on. Office full with patients, no staggered appts for extra safety.

Fantastic staff and doctor! Very professional. They enunciate clearly even with masks on. They always let me know what was happening with the next step. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere which is a necessity in a dental office!
