So have a question, well too bad trying to get to talk to anyone. Horrid phone system does not recognize question. Worst I have ever experienced.

I have had Humana for years covering my dental insurance. This last year I could not find a Dentist on their coverage list who would provide the two teeth cleaning and x rays as provided in my contract. They all would were requesting an additional copayment of $75 and up as the dentist noted the reimbursement from the Humana was not enough. In my opinion Human is selling a service with their providers list who refuses to cover the services under their contract. I should not have to pay these additional copays and feel this is a breach of contract as Humana is not providing the services that I was sold.

Refusing to cover ESSENTIAL medications prescribed by my spinal surgeon/pain management doctors?? Seriously?? If 3 spinal surgeries (in 2019 alone) and 10+ years of trying to find relief for severe nerve pain & peripheral neuropathy doesn't qualify me to take this medication, what does!? Poor coverage. Poor customer service. Cheapskates. DO NOT GO WITH HUMANA IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE.

I recieve spam mail every day from this company. They send out adds is fear mongering red letter envelopes with, “time sensitive materials”. This is disgusting because they are targeting the known elderly person in the house. This is a disgusting practice that needs to stop. Sending letters like this is predatory and disgusting.

I've had Humana for years, it's one of the best companies ever! Customer Service is A1, and they're right on in dealing with any issues or concerns of mine. Both my parents had this company and I noticed how hands on they were, the follow-up they do, and communication is fabulous!

This is a fraudulent dental plan! I had dentures made from Humana’s dentist list, which was Dental Works in Stow, Ohio. They used unacceptable materials and don’t fit. I was told by Dental Works they would get a refund from Care Credit and now they will not take my call to get the credit. I have tried to reach Humana Dental Insurance which is almost impossible and they disconnect me! I will have to obtain legal assistance to get my refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible, morally corrupt company.

Humana is a terrible insurance company, please do your research before even considering them for your business or personal use. Most of the time dealing with them for even the simplest things is an uphill battle.

As an insurance coordinator for a dental practice Humana has one of the worst customer service departments I have ever had to deal with. Luckily today I managed to speak to someone that knew what she was doing. In past experiences, the representatives speak poor English and don't seem to have enough training.

Describe my Experience : !! there is not enough room here to do so. I sent pmt for Feb. it was received Jan. 30th .. on Feb. 20th i received letter in mail that i had not made pmt. for Feb. and account is "in delinquent status " . I called my bank and they tell me that they have never seen the check. Letter from Humana says I must sent pmt. now of $72.46 for two months.. this would be for one Due on March 1,2015. -today is the 20th of Feb. SO , the guy on phone is looking at copy of check they are holding for Feb. - Why do they tell me check was denied , when my checkbook shows me it is holding over 1200.00 ?? at the time of check written. Add to this , that the letter sent shows NO phone # to call them and discuss letter. i must have been on the phome for hour and1/2 !! no answer made any sense !!

I am please to review Humana here because this is an elusive, tricky insurance company (?) who I dropped because I was promised dental co-pay, when I joined 3 months ago BUT Humana has only taken money from my account AND my dentist told me it was a terrible policy. It was not what I thought I was paying for and I told Humana online to stop my policy and return all of my money because I was given a false one. Today I received a letter that my policy was being stopped because I was OUT OF STATE??? Of course, I am out of state. They knew that I lived in CA ??? I did some internet research and saw that some multimillionaire is deeply involved with what is going on at Humana. I am going to REVIEW Humana on every internet site I can. Stay away from them unless you do not mind being cheated!
