Great Expressions Dental Centers

My appointment was with Dr. Abied, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the procedure that I need in detail. Sharice, the dental assistant went above and beyond to make sure the billing was correct. She was very efficient and kind.

So, our experience here has not been great. First of all, we've been going since 2008 due to not having access to better dental insurance. But, literally my kid was seen there every 6 months and I have proof of that. Second, each time we went there was a different dentist and we waited very long periods of time too. Like being told to be there at 10AM only to be seen at 12:30pm. No respect for our time, but if "we" are late, we have to incur fees? Is that some joke? Now, after going there since 2008 we're told my child need a root canal, and on top of that they are coercing us to do it without any guarantee that the insurance will cover the crowns. I want to know how is it that we went there every 6 months and they did not see the tooth had an issue? That sounds like a lot of incompetence to me. For your information root canals are Americans' dentists cash cow, so we can see why they purposely not treat that tooth properly. However, the way we were spoken to by their "office manager" was very disrespectful and rude. No customer service from her what so ever. I don't think we'll be returning there after this.

I was a little flustered as I had a 9:30am appointment and I was called in 30 minutes later. Because of this I was not able to see the dentist even though it was scheduled but my hygienist Albert is the best. I have to give him a hard time before he starts but he maintains his composure and never gets mad at me. Thank you guys at Great Expression Dental on N Dale Mandy in Tampa. You guys rock!!!!

I love this dentistry... I hardly wait very long for any of my appointments... the doctors and nurses are great in explaining anything that I dont understand ... they are very courteous and respectful... and They are WONDERFUL.....

They were able to get me in for a slightly painful situation on a tooth, which was much appreciated. The dentist is very good and always concerned about making the dental situation be improved and doing it gently.

All the staff in great expressions are very welcoming! I love how professional they are…and how they ask to see how your life is doing! Which I find very kind of them. I highly recommend this dentist!

Great experience from beginning to end. The staff was all very warm, welcoming and informative and I was seen in a very timely manner. Dr. Salomon was amazing and his calm, friendly demeanor made me feel very relaxed during the consultation. Very, very knowledgeable and truly wants what is best for his patients

Albert the hygienist and his lovely assistant Tanya were very professional and I learned a lot especially from Albert in regards to better caring for my braces. He was very helpful. Both are very good at their job and seem to enjoy doing it.

Well I couldn’t be happier this facility bar none is great they actually were filling in for my other dentist same company different location but boy was I floored this place is ridiculous as in greatness in the building. Not only they had another locations back but they had my back and fixed/Repaired my teeth at a moments notice hats off to great expressions because they definitely left a great expression with me thank you again

Review is for Endodontist at the location on 15148 Dale Mabry in Tampa. Good work on my root canal. I would have given the doc 5 stars if he had shown a bit more empathy toward his patient's pain threshold. Every patient expects discomfort but empathy is still important and nice to see.

My family has been going to see Dr Kathrak and Albert fir many years! Very professional!

I have been a patient of Dr. Karthik for several years and have only experienced very caring, professional treatment. I am 64 years old and was just fit with Invisalign braces to help with ongoing TMJ problems. My pain and discomfort have completely gone away !! I would highly recommend Dr. Karthik and her practice to anyone seeking dental care!

Albert is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. He’s so understanding and compassionate! I always feel like I’m in great hands when getting a cleaning.

Have had really great experiences so far with office. Dr Mossak did my tooth extraction and he did awesome!! Was done in minutes with no pain! I absolutely love this office. The front desk personnel are so nice and helpful. I had a lot of work done by Dr. Karthik; she is so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable.

Albert is the best of the best!! If he ever leaves I will probably never get my teeth cleaned again, lol. My ONLY complaint is I had to wait 45 minutes before I was called back. The girls in the front were so nice!!

Went to the Great Expressions in Carrollwood and it was the most awful experience imaginable. The main reason for the visit was for an implant consultation. The dentist explained I needed more time to heal before the consultation could be conducted. I was then charged $43 for no good apparent reason. Great Expressions is all about money.Horrible service, stay away.

The dentist was amazing, he made sure that I wasn't in any pain before he went on to the next tooth. Really happy with my experience here.

I was seen by Dr. Karthik (dentist) and Dr. Albert (hygienist). Both were very wonderful health professionals and knowledgeable in their field. They were professional and answered all of my questions. The staff at the office was also kind and thoughtful!

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with an Endodontist... The entire conversation he was very short with me making it seem as if I was being hurried or I was burdening him with my questions that I had regarding MY teeth and procedure. It took everything in me not to go off on him, but I kept it professional and CLEARLY expressed my dissatisfaction with him and how he communicated... I then INSTANTLY found another endodontist to go to and rescheduled an appointment SOON as I walked out of the building! (For the record the rest of the staff for Great Expressions were great, however the Endodontist needs to obtain communication and people skills quickly before he comes across someone else who may not be so patient & understanding. ?)

Albert, the dental hygienist is a great professional, he is informative, kind, and cares about the patient. He doesn't treat you as a mouth but as a person. The others providers are good as well but he and doctor Aneetha are my favorites. They are excellent!

Albert was great fill me in to a time slot. When he was very busy. Love him he is great. The front desk ladies are made sure I was taking care of and I didn’t have a long wait. They are great. Can’t wait to my next visit.

I've had great visits here. Had to get an implant done and was sent here by my main dentist. Dr. DeWeese did the implant and healing cap very well -then later my dentist was unable to remove the healing cap! This ended up in back-and-forth trips between the two to get the impressions done and the post in place, and he was gracious about all of it. Definitely an asset to this office!

Dr. Aneetha Karthik is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Makes me feel super comfortable. Super professional.

I had another great appointment at Great Expressions, Carrollwood Commons this morning. Got that periodontal cleaning with Albert (Dental Hygienist) and he did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Professional office staff.

Dr. Aneetha Karthik is a Great dentist. Albert the dental hygienist is also really great i’ve been going to him for a long while. Always does a great job and is always kind.

Stay away from this place they Rip people off ,the don't finish their work.

The whole Great Expression Dental Center is a great dental center. From the front desk and Albert the Hygienist to Dr. Karthik and Andrea. Especially would like to call out Dr. Karthik and Andrea. They are caring and gentle and the two of them make a great team. I will recommend this location. This facility is very clean and well ran.

Staff and Doctor was very friendly. Got me in for same day appointment and did a great job!

Needed a deep cleaning but would not do both sides of mouth at the request of the hygienist even though I was paying for the procedure. Aetna insurance reimburses me.

Outstanding staff all around from office manager Shannon also Dr. Karthik I love her and her asst. Andrea also Dr DeWeese and his asst. Jennie reassured me through the process it would be No pain. I promise when he extracted the tooth I didnt even know it was out. I love the staff they are a 5 star team.

Great expressions is great all there workers you should come and take a visit especially with Albert Tanks to him I have my teeth shining...

I was supposed to have my top 2 wisdom teeth removed, I was told to take medication prior to arriving, I did that. Upon arrival I had to be walked in by a family member bc I could not walk, that's how strong the medication was, so they take.me to the back, I am put in the chair, They gave me a shot in the top of my mouth, I flinched but did not jump or move in anyway. They told me I need to calm down. I was told here comes another one. I got a second shot in my mouth again I flinched but I remember thinking I needed to stay as still as possible, the dentist stood up put down his tools and says "Nope, It's not gunna happen" and I was stood up and wheeled out in a wheel chair. The nurses up front told my family member that I was given an open referral so I can schedule my surgery wherever I want. I feel like this dentist office just gave up, I was never given any gas that I was PROMISED I would get to calm me down. Why didn't they give me gas especially If I was so nervous that they wanted to send me some where else why wouldn't they just give me the gas. Also they told my family member that i needed support why wouldn't they let him back there to "calm me down." I am very unhappy with how I was treated. They just gave up on me.

Dr. Aneetha Karthik and Albert (Dental Hygienist) are 2 of the best in the dental business. ? They are both very knowledgeable, passionate, pleasant, gentle, thorough, and quick. I highly recommend them for your total dental care!
