STAY AWAY!!! This is place is sneaky and will straight up lie to you about their charges. They way over charged me for all these photos and scans that they said we included in the base price and were required for all new patients- even after I told them explicitly that I did not want them done if they were going to charge me for it. Total scam.

Dr. Mastro and all his staff are wonderful. The staff always makes you feel confident in their ability to assist the doctor in each step of your treatment. Dr. Mastro is a master of his craft and I highly recommend you see for yourself. He is the best dentist I have ever gone to in my 72 years.

I went to get a bridge from Dr. Mastro. I scheduled an appointment soon after because I noticed a gap between my gums and tooth large enough to push food through. The nurse looked at it before the Doctor came out and said "Oh no it shouldn't look like that". Dr. Mastro came out and said nothing was wrong, he said it was perfectly fine. Then told me to give it a couple months and make sure not to get any food in it. So I've been eating on one side of my mouth for over a year. 18 months later that gap has closed some but it is still open. I called to schedule an emergency check up because I believe my gums are swollen and I want to make sure I don't have food trapped, or possibly an infection. And Susan tells me that I cannot get appointment until I pay $50 for a missed appointment in March. I told her that Doctor Mastro has cancelled on me before so I will not pay. I was told I cannot schedule an appointment until I made that $50 payment. I'd like to add that I've spent thousands of dollars cash not insurance at this office. And she gladly told me to find another dentist over $50.

I have been with Dr. Mastro for over 6 years now and I am so happy with my dentist. The staff is so easy going and happy and his dental assistant, Jenny...Oh my GOD...the best!!!!!!!! LOVE HER TO PIECES. I'm truly happy she is apart of the Mastro team.

I have been coming to Dr. Mastro for a long time. The staff is friendly and explains everything really well. I had an issue with my insurance changing and they were very patient as I got that corrected. They use the latest technologies from appointment reminders to taking pictures of your teeth. Very well organized. I feel like it is a team effort to keep my teeth happy and healthy. Thanks to the team at Dr. Mastro's office!!!

This dentistry is unique in every way. The staff is so warm, kind and cheerful at all times. They treat customers like they have known them before. The administrators and very diligent to work out plans that give you the best care at the lowest cost possible. Dr Mastro himself is very professional, caring and does not leave any stone unturned to make sure his work on your teeth is perfect. He did my night guard for sleep apnea. I cannot be happier with the quality of sleep I now get. He also did my upper and lower gum refilling surgery and now they all look natural again. This dentistry has my highest recommendation and approval.

Dr. Mastro, his assistant and office manager, stayed late into the evening to make a crown for me after my tooth split. My appointment was in late afternoon and they managed to fit me in with other patients, while they removed broken pieces, built up the base, and crown itself. My pain was reduced, the crown completed and they went well after hours to finish. My visits over last year were impressive and the staff was very knowledgeable about insurance, billing and appointment management. Recommend them highly and was so appreciative for my dental treatments !!

Had my first visit with Dr. Mastro and his office right before the COVID lock-down. I went in for a consultation for some cosmetic fixes and could not have been happier with the experience. Dr. Mastro is extremely knowledgeable and detailed. He is clearly a dental artist. Being 50+, and "blessed" with poor dental genetics, I've had a lot of dental work done over the years. This consultation was one of the best dental appointments I have had. The office staff and nurses were very professional and friendly - even with the stress of the coming unknown virus activity. The information that Dr. Mastro passed on regarding my teeth and what he could do was fantastic. I am looking forward to life stabilizing so that I can follow through with the procedure!!

I just had my Teeth cleaned by Dr. Mastro’s office and they went over and beyond what was necessary to make sure it was done right. They always take the x-rays but they also photograph each tooth to check for cavities. They also checked my gums around each tooth to make sure that I didn’t have any potential problems. After the cleaning Dr. Mastro looked at each photograph and x-ray to make sure that my teeth were in perfect order. It was nice to have this professional service done. In all of my years I’ve never had this thorough of a cleaning and inspection of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Mastro‘s office to have all of your dental work done there.

Dr. Mastro and his staff are first notch...have been going to see him for the last 4 years and am very pleased with their services. He does great work and doesn't try to up sale services that your not interested in. He tells you what you need and will work within your time frame to get the best results for his patients. Took a friend who had two caps break, to this dentist. He was very rude, arguing with staff about price in the pesence of my friend, Very unprofessional. His prices are vulgar!

I had been considering going to Dr Mastro’soffice for several years. Every time I got the nerve to set an appointment, I would cancel because of dental anxiety. Finally, i finally got enough nerve to go see Dr Mastro. The office staff has impeccable professionalism as well as nice and patient with the patients. I needed extensive dental work done as well as bite restoration. The prices are a little higher, but it’s worth every penny! You won’t be disappointed! I am very pleased with Dr. Mastro’s work. Great staff and technology!

Recently, I had a 2 hours appointment with Dr. Mastro to have a 15 years old crown removed and replaced with a new crown. I was so impressed how efficient he works and how great is the equipment he owns! So, I was able to leave his office with a new crown after only 2 hours. Impressive!!

Everyone in the office is courteous, professional and terrifically friendly. Front office is e extremely accommodating when setting appointments and handling emergencies. The hygienists are knowledgeable and gentle. Dr. Mastro's work is above and beyond anything I've experienced anywhere else. This office is the best! (No compensation was paid for this review - I love the place - as much as anyone can love a dentist's office!)

My family and I have been going to Dr. Mastro for about a year now and would not go anywhere else. I recently had an Orthodontic appointment with Dr. Mastro and he and the whole staff made sure to take their time and be as gentle as possible as I am not the best dental patient due to my mouth being really small, which makes any procedure hard to do. I really appreciate them looking out for me and constantly making sure I was OK, and giving breaks when needed. This alone makes you feel really cared for and shows that you are not just a patient or number you are a friend/family member. I highly recommend anyone who wants to be sure you are going to have the best treatment and be cared for to visit Dr. Mastro as you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Mastro and the entire staff! They do amazing work! Dr. Mastro was as particular as I was paying attention to detail! A well earned 5 ⭐ rating! From booking my first appointment down to check out my experience was awesome! Taylor did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, identifying possible problem areas and suggesting certain toothpastes to use that will keep my teeth and gums healthy. She explained what she was doing and why and was very thorough, caring and kind. Diane was great at helping me book and handling the insurance stuff. Priya was sweet, made sure I left with goodies and check out was a breeze. Dr Mastro was honest and goes the extra mile to make sure all questions are answered and what the plan of treatment is. He even took the time to show me a 3-D scan of my mouth and face, it was pretty cool! Found my new dentist!

Dr. Mastro and crew are simply amazing. I had the same dentist since I had teeth, until a few years ago when he finally decided to retire. I was so against going to another dentist that I just stopped going. I didn't trust anyone. That plan worked out great until I got this unbelievably painful toothache and finally had to break down and find a dentist just to get some relief. I walked into Dr. Mastro's office completely out of the blue, and made it all better. That was a few years ago, and I've been going ever since. He has all the latest technology, and a superior support staff. They're incredibly nice, flexible and generous in so many ways. They're like family every time I walk in. I had an emergency and the staff stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. I had never been here before, but was blown away by Dr. Mastro and his staff! They were all friendly, thorough and explained everything so well.

Once again, Dr. Mastro and team exceeded my expectations. Chris, the hygienist was personable, efficient, and gentle. Special touches such as a lap blanket and sunglasses (so the light isn't in the patient's eyes) were unexpected, but really nice. From Lois (at the front desk) and Diane, who always greets you so warmly, the team makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Mastro is spot on with exactly what is needed and never pressures you into a procedure. My teeth have never looked or felt better. What a great way to start the morning!

I had ten crowns put in by Dr Masetro eight years ago. Since then I’ve had three disasters happen. First was a complete replacement of one crown. Then three years later, a crown just fell off. Now, yesterday, an abscessed tooth. The Endo was able to save crown, thank goodness. I also had to wait Ten Months for my permenent crowns!! Beware I thought he was the best but I didn’t enjoy his bedside manner either. He was very late one time for my appointment and seemed rushed when he did see me. Would not recommend

Dr. Mastro is EXTREMELY wonderful at his craft. I was so impressed with the way my son's crown turned out after my son's implant. He really really is talented in his skill. The staff is absolutely TERRIFIC, FRIENDLY, WELCOMING. But, I have to agree with one of the earlier posters who commented on Dr. Mastro's impatience and his frustrations when asked questions. He seems to agitate easily. I would reccomend this office to others because of the professional and courteous staff and Dr. Mastro's talent. But, I feel that Dr. Mastro needs to improve on bedside manners and apologize when he raises his voice not only at staff, but especially at a patient. Because of this, I am so sorry to say that I've made the decision to seek a different Dentist for myself. I hope to seek out a dental office that has an equal quality of care and just as good at professionalism from staff like this office has.

This is the place you want to go. I live in Matietra and is willing to drive 45 mins to get my teeth done. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They seem to always greet you with a smile and talk to you as if they've known you for years. Dr. Mastro has been doing this for years and does a very good job. I've had 2 root canals done here and they make the crown on site So no temporary crown and having to wait 1-2 weeks. Highly recommend this place. Plus you get $50 for every referral you bring. Cool bonus if you ask me!

Dr maestro and his staff are very professional with there work. They all clearly take pride in what they do and my teeth have never felt cleaner. They are really some of the best in the business when it comes to dental work.

The most terrible experience. I spent 24,000 with this dentist 3 years ago. That was for 8 top teeth to be done. Left with one tooth gone totally. Now 4 out of the 8 are broken and I am once again spending a lot of time and money. Fortunately I have an exvexcell dentist now that absolutely could not believe what I paid for what I got. Beware!!!!

I came in to get a teeth cleaning and i left very pleased and impressed with how nice my teeth felt. Dr. Mastro had to also bond one of my front teeth, and the quality of work was exceptional. Dr. Mastro is a very kind, patient man with a one of a kind sense of humor. The ladies at the front desk are also always helpful and will answer any of the questions you have with kindness and honesty. They are always upfront and accommodating with billing info/cost, scheduling and future procedures, I enjoy my experience here each time i go.

Front office staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The dental hygienists are amazing - they do excellent work and are always willing to answer any questions/concerns. However, my last few interactions with Dr Mastro have been somewhat disappointing, as he seemed rushed and frustrated when I asked questions.

Best Dentist I have ever been to. Their staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Masto's Practice is excellent. I personally had a traumatic experience with the dentist as a child and a young adult. I was very hesitant about seeing any dentist. All of the staff from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and Dr. Mastro himself have helped me to overcome my fears and get me back to good dental health. In particular I must say that Linda the dental hygienist really heard my concerns. She takes special care to make sure that I am comfortable and well educated about my oral health!!

Dr. Mastro has state of the art equipment. I had X-rays taken & he showed me in 3D, tumors growing in my sinus. It was also causing some tooth sensitivity, pain & other problems. Thank God it was benign & has been removed. He is very warm & so are his staff! Everyone there obviously enjoys their jobs. If you are phobic of Dentists this is the perfect place. They will take care of you & alleviate your fear.
