We have had Dr. Goodwin as or family dentist for over 20 years. He is the best dentist we have had in our lives (age 71). We drive over 50 miles for our appointments. He is extremely well qualified, graduating at the top of his class. He is both a highly skilled dentist/oral surgeon as well as a trained mechanical engineer. You will not find a better option in the greater Atlanta area.

Dr Goodwin is beyond exemplary. Caring, skilled dentist with a pleasant and professional staff. Look no further when seeking a dentist for yourself and your family. You will leave his office with a smile on your face!

I have had 2 great dentists in Atlanta . One was Dr. Gary Smith, no longer practicing. The other is Dr. Goodwin. I switched to Dr. Goodwin after receiving unnecessary procedures from Healthy Smiles of Georgia in Crabapple. Dr. Goodwin is honest & ethical & genuinely cares about his patients. The office is not fancy & the location is in an old strip mall that is challenging to get in & out of in Roswell. However, I would still choose Dr. Goodwin over a dentist who would try to convince me I need expensive treatment to help pay for his fancy office & lifestyle. I believe in the old saying that trust has to be earned.

Our whole family has been going to Dr. Goodwin for years. He takes a real interest in his patients. Because he's a perfectionist, you can rest assured that you will always get quality dental care.

I had a wedding to attend May 4th , I knew I had a cracked tooth that needed repair and I waited till the last minute. Dr. Goodwin and his staff stayed late on a Friday and 10 days later I had my new crown. I also needed 2 fillings 1 replacement and 1 new and yes I procrastinated , but the office staff were persistent and I finally got them taken care of with no discomfort. I have been to a lot of dentists through the years. Dr Goodwin and his staff are THE BEST!!!

Dr. Goodwin and staff are wonderful. They took my father in-law last minute appointment when no one else would. They even helped with a translator because his English not so good. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Wow I went here today for the first time and it was an extremely pleasant experience. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. I will be coming back and highly recommend Dr. Goodwin’s expertise. I just got fillings here 7/14/18 on two back teeth and it went extremely smooth. I am so thankful for this dentist office!!! I didn’t have a routine dentist before this visit and I couldn’t be more happy! The staff eased all my nervous fears and were very comforting. This dentist office is NOT about maximizing profit and is very honest. The staff from the front desk all the way back are phenomenal and friendly. I was given a free panoramic film that would have costed me over $100! Then when I went to pay, my insurance only covered diagnostic and preventative at 90% and this office said I didn’t even have to pay my 10% responsibility which was over $20! If you need a dentist please go here!!

Dr. Goodwin is a fantastic dentist! He is kind, caring, and thorough. He is also very responsive to the needs of his patients--even seeing them on the weekends. I'm grateful to have found him.

Dr. Goodwin is a an outstanding dentist! He has the gift of a reassuring and caring chair side manner splendidly blended with skilled professionalism. He also took the time to really listen to me as his patient and worked quickly to achieve my desired outcomes. His staff in the office are wonderful as well.

Dr. Goodwin and his staff are amazing! It is a breath of fresh air to find someone in the medical field who is not focused on 'selling' a service to me and is in the business for the right reasons. They truly care about their patients - unequivocally!! I stumbled across this practice when I moved very close to the office about 13 years ago, and turned out that it was a brand new practice then. Now, I have moved away from the area and happily commute back to the office passing several other dental offices. It is a family run practice, where he cares and takes a personal interest in his patients - as does the staff there. Well, no one loves going to the dentist, but Dr. Goodwin is as good as the experience gets in my 50+ years of many dentists. He's friendly & thorough & totally professional. Ditto everyone in the office from the front desk to the hygienists. It's a simple office without the hype and glitz of so many dentist's practices. His practice's focus is on the patient and dental health, not hard core profit maximization. When I had an emergency, they were quick to find a way to work me in the schedule. Over the last 5+ years I've had cleanings, fillings, & a crown. All were top notch and priced fairly in comparison to others. I've since referred my whole family and several friends there and advise you to consider him if you're shopping for a change or new in town & need a dentist. I found his prices fair and most importantly, he explained options, costs, benefits & risks in a clear & compassionate manner. He's saved me money over the years with careful attention and listening to my particular issue when he could have easily just crowned teeth that didn't require it. He stands behind his work and did follow up repair the one time I required it. Compared to other practices you'll see 'the dentist' more and he'll take real interest in your dental health. Highly recommended.

Dr. Goodwin is an awesome dentist; he is talented, knowledgeable, considerate and honest. He can also be very accommodating if you have an 'emergency' (chipped tooth included). He gives personal treatment- which you rarely find with most modern dentists/physicians. In the 9 years I have gone to him, I have never had to 'sit and wait' past my scheduled appointment time- and even if I am early his assistant will take me to a chair and start prepping me minutes after I arrive.
