I would like to say that Brock Pumphrey’s office is an awesome place to go. Every one that interacted with me had stellar patient care and concern. I had a great outcome, and Dr. Pumphrey has wonderful skills with great attention to detail.

I was referred to Dr. Brock Pumphrey by my dentist in February for a consultation re: an extraction and possible implant. Dental work usually causes some anxiety and I was first met by Bita. Before long, I was quite at ease and I felt like I could handle whatever was needed. Dr. Pumphrey was very reassuring as he presented his treatment plan - and so personable, too. As we were about to schedule the procedure, the next patient canceled & I was offered that app’t. Without hesitation, I consented. The procedure went smoothly and I was given good directions for the post op care by Monte. I had 2 further follow up app’ts & all is now ready to return to my dentist for the crown. I will refer anyone to this office who needs Dr. Pumphrey’s expertise. Everyone in the office was absolutely wonderful. Thank you to all.

If you have gum recession and you're considering the Chao Pinhole procedure, the doctor you're looking for is Brock Pumphrey! He expertly performed this surgery on both my upper and lower arches and charged a fraction of what other periodontists quoted. I'm overwhelmed with the results and so appreciative of him and his amazing staff. Just a great bunch of people who I highly recommend.

Everyone is responsive and informed for questions or concerns about scheduling, insurance, and upcoming appointments or procedures, etc. They take COVID precautions very seriously, including a pre-screening prior to appointments. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice and Dr. Pumphrey.  Every member of the staff was knowledgeable about the treatment plan and operations of the business…and I asked A LOT of questions! I have high anxiety and was super nervous about going to a periodontist for the first time and what the treatment plan would be.  However, Dr. Pumphrey and the entire staff were very understanding of patients with high anxiety and listened to me and made me feel comfortable during every step of the process.  You really get the feeling they genuinely care for your well being as a person and do not just treat you like another patient that walks through the door…a rare thing to find these days! Dr. Richman and his staff are angels sent from above. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist and found out I needed some major gum and bone graphs all over my mouth. I freaked out, cried continuously, and thought I'd never survive. I saw a few other dentists somehow got referred to dr. Richman (THANK GOODNESS). His staff was incredible and calmed me down the whole time. When I met Dr. Richman, I was crying and freaking out. He was so gentle and so kind to me. He's even a little goofy! He took a look and told me his plan. I knew immediately I trusted him and had to go with it. He preformed two very scary and intense surgery's on me, and I survived! Him and the entire staff made me so comfortable throughout the procedures. I now see him on a regular basis (teeth cleanings, check-ups etc.) The Hygienist and the whole staff have taught me incredible techniques to keep my gums healthy and clean. My gums have improved significantly, I can't even remember the last time I bled during a floss. I do everything they tell me to do and I trust no other dentist/periodontist except him! DR. RICHMON AND HIS TEAM ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Dr Richman did bone implants and skin grafts, on all four quadrants!, several years ago for me. The entire experience from the initial consult to the after care was exceptional! I was so impressed with the time and care Dr Richman took in explaining what my needs were, why I had those needs, and how he could treat me. The staff are a warm & professional team that work together seamlessly. It’s obvious that each person is knowledgeable not only in what they are tasked to do but in the entire process. There is an emphasis placed on continued education that truly benefits the staff & patients. In my case, Dr R. worked with Dr Gray & Dr Zandstra to put together a treatment plan specific to my needs. I benefitted greatly by their willingness to work together on my behalf! I continue to return so that Maggie can do my cleanings. SHE is fantastic!!!

I have had several complicated procedures performed by Dr. Richman over the past 10 plus years, as well as regular maintenance visits. All this with perfect results with no complications. Dr. Richman and his excellent staff are at the top of their professions.

After living in Connecticut for 12 years I moved to Roswell, GA. I have had full mouth surgery 11 years ago costing 10,500.00. I was transferred to FL for 7 months and was unable to locate a periodontist and truthfully didn't want to as I lived in GA and wanted to find one at home. I made an appt. to meet with Dr. Richman, sent my x-rays and medical records from CT to his office. After my extensive consultation with Dr. Richman, to include more x-rays, photographs and probing, he was able to tell me that I had gum disease. (Actually, I told his office that I had gum disease and that is why I needed a periodontist) No big surprise there. Then I was transferred to another room to watch a video on the laser surgery. The office woman sat with me after I watched the video and told me once I asked, the surgery would be 7,400.00 which I said I could not afford. I was charged 345.00 for the consultation and received a packet in the mail to sign for the surgery. I contacted the office a week later and said I could not afford the surgery but needed a deep root cleaning as it had not been done in over a year. While in CT, I went and had my teeth cleaned every three months faithfully. The receptionist made an appt. for me today and I came to my appt. ten minutes early. His hygienist introduced herself to me and sat me down in room four. Then she proceeded to tell me again about the laser surgery and I again refused as #1. I can't afford the extra 7,400.00 for the surgery and #2. the whole reason for me to go to him was to have my teeth cleaned. The hygienist walked out, Dr. Richman walked in shook my hand and said "we had this discussion before, you have gum disease. I said, yes, I'm aware of that. He then said and I quote..."I am not willing to maintain gum disease! Let's end this relationship". I have news for you all, whether you have the surgery or not, you will ALWAYS have gum disease. His statement that he is not willing to maintain gum disease is absurd and frankly irresponsible and neglectful on his part. Unfortunately, Dr. Richmond does not care about the health of teeth, he cares about the income from the surgery. Truly unfortunate and disappointing. I wish you all good health and hope you all do as I am being forced to....find another periodontist that puts teeth before the dollar. Good luck!

Dr. Richman is very professional, upbeat and wants to aid you in every way to have better oral health/hygiene. Maggie is a wonderful tech. My mouth/gums feel fantastic after being there. Both are very gentle while doing a fabulous job with keeping your mouth in top oral health.

He's knowledgeable, thorough, & caring about his patients. I've had several grafts done since 1990, with the last graft in 2011. Maggie is great with the educating her patients about proper & thorough oral hygiene & and she holds her patients accountable for their oral care. Excellent as always. The office was running a few minutes late due to a late arrival prior to my scheduled appointment. They called me to let me know and advised that I could come 15 minutes later than scheduled if I wished. I have never had a doctor call me to let me know they were running behind. Impressive.

In 2011, I needed dental implants for two lower left molars; this practice was recommended to me by my dentist. As I did some research on my options, cost, long term benefits, etc., Dr. Richman patiently answered all my questions so that I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. The entire team (Dr. Richman, Bita, Mante), are not only techically very competent but also have a very good bedside manner. I was very happy that the implants were put in with no complications during any step. Recently I went back for a 6-year checkup...things look very good! Dr. Richman and his staff are amazing, and I highly recommend this practice for people considering dental implants.

I first met Dr.Colin Richman by referral from Dr. Lee Dodson in 2008. I needed extensive reconstruction of my entire mouth. I have never been associated with a more professional group of people. They did a fabulous job of giving me back my smile. I cannot heap on enough praise for the work they have done. I continue to see them for periodic cleanings and maintenance.
